Google Live Earth wallpaper used to work fine on my Redmi Note 3, but it doesn't work properly on Redmi Note 4. It makes the phone laggy. Anybody with a solution?

Has anybody tried Doggcatcher (main podcasting app) on Redmi Note 2. The Doggcatcher internal player is unable to play anything. This is the same on MIUI 6 stable as well as on the new MIUI 7 Developer Roms posted here. Has anybody else experienced this?

One of my most used apps is Plex. I use it to watch media from my home Plex server.
When I open this up on my Redmi Note 3 Pro Global (Snapdragon), it straight away crashes. I am using a "kate" model with MIUI 8 Global 6.9.8 (Android 6.0.1).
Does anyone else out there use Plex? Is it working on your Redmi Note 3 Pro? Is there a fix I can do to make it work?

Update - I put CM13 on my "kate" device. Plex still crashes.
Could it be hardware related?
Hi, after changing from Redmi Note 3 Pro to Redmi Note 4X (snapdragon) I've noticed that in Pokemon Go on for example pokemon list or certain pokemon page my fps and overall performance of the phone is really REALLY bad, somthing like this never happend in previous xiaomi. I'm using AospExtended now, but the same thing happened on LineageOS, don't know about MIUI. Phone is rooted with Magisk and root is hidden. Can I somehow fix it?

At first you can see me using everything perfectly smooth, even pokemon page is smooth right after I catch it, but next time I open it performance tanks down a lot.
Is your device lagging too? I can see the UI lag and small stutters on this when i transfer to one app to another. It is annoying.
Anyone is facing the same issues?
I did a factory reset on this phone and after a while this problem returned.
That's basically animation lag. MIUI 11 does have this. It's not as smooth as Stock one,
