I have been very interested in purchasing a Honor 5X, would just like to know when the release date for the Honor 5X is for the European regions, because I from Ireland. I understand that the Honor 5X was released in the U.S. At the time of CES. Any response would be grateful. Thanks.??
It is already available in Europa. Look at e.g. Vmall or Amazon.
I have just got it on the 3 network UK. Very nice phone. Just looking forward to dev support.

Hello, anyone have an idea if there is going to be official firmware for US honor 10? I currently have Chinese version AL10 and it does not support LTE bands on top of that it's fully operated in Chinese except for some apps were translated to English once selecting language.

What ebay store did you buy it from? I just got an Honor 10 COL-L29 which is supposed to have US bands. If you keep an eye out ebay has 15-20% coupons which bring the price down to 359-380-ish.
My friend bought Honor 8X in India and he went to canada last week and observed non of the local SIM purchased in Canada are working.
I tried looking for some answers in other forums and couldn't get anything conclusive. Hence, as always ended up here to get some answers.
The model is JSN-L42 IN Honor 8X.

Hi, i got an update via Huawei Support (Hicare) saying to update now and when i got in settings it was checking for updates and said it was up to date. What do i do?
Probably my friend you live somewhere in South Europe like many of us ( Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria etc).
It's about 2 days now that we all have a red dot in update of Support app but we also have the same result... No update inside...
Huawei trolls us... as we are the last with Honor 8X that we are with 9.1 still.

Just wondering if it's been confirmed either way if the USA version of the Mate 10 Pro will be getting EMUI 10? Have been seeing stories posted on other sites that it's rolling out in many other countries, but we all know the USA variant is the red-headed stepchild of the Mate 10 Pro family. Pulled mine out of a drawer and tried to update to see if maybe a miracle had happened but only got an older security update. It's still running EMUI 9.0. Looks like most other variants are running 9.1. Thanks!
