Good afternoon
I bought a smartband amazfit heart and I can not connect to bluetooth with the amazfitt health software (the recommended one). There is a possibility that I might have screwed up and had the smartband updated and it stopped showing indications on the screen of the wristband.
Can someone give me directions on how to solve the problem?
Thank you

Hi guys.
My pace (Int version) start having problem with continous heart rate measurement since 2.8.0.5 update. It works for a few hours then turned off by itself (see attached image, I always wear the watch the whole afternoon). No problem found with manual HR measurement. I've tried restart and factory reset but the problem still presist. After 2.8.1.0 update, the problem also presist.
Is there anyone having same problem? What should I do to fix this? Thanks
Inaccurate HR
There are others with same problem. The issue with HR measurement inaccuracy started a few Rom versions back. You can see it referenced in other threads.
I like others have reported this back in March to Amazfit support. Their standard reply is that they have found the problem and will fix it in the next release.
This hasn't happened to date. The issue is most apparent in Sports activities where the HR is grossly inaccurate.
Your best option is to report it to support, by e-mail rather than through the Watch/App as you won't have a record of your complaint:

Hello,
in Germany, last night clocks were adjusted at 3:00am to 2:00am due to dayliht saving. My Android phone switched the time instantly, my Amazfit BIP ignored it, even at 11 am, the time was still faulty, syncing with the Mi Fit app didn't help. The only thing that helped was to unbind and rebind the BIP to the phone
This is really a pitty, I wonder how often at all the BIP does syncronize at all, and why the people developing this piece of software are so ignorant not to implement the most obvious use-cases.
Any tips and hints how the time sync behaviour can be improved? Thanks!
Turn off and then on the Bluetooth. That's all. Works every time. I travel a lot and that's what I do to sync the time when I change timezones.

A lot Xiaomi/Amazfit Products (Miband, Bip, Cor etc) has to connect one time to mifit after time change to get the right time again! I use mifit since a few years now and i‘ve never a problem with the time change!
I tried reconnecting bluetooth as well as syncing in the MiFit App, both did not help. Only unpairing and repairing solved the issue Even if these two did work, it is a shame that things like that do not work automatically out of the box...
Hello, i have same issue. Just turn off and on your bip and it solve the problem.
Restart the phone
I had same issue today and restarting the phone connected to my BIP solved the issue instantly. Hope it helps!!
4 years later and my brand new Amazfit Band 7 ignores daylight saving even after a full shutdown. Disappointing indeed because (almost) all my devices, clocks, watches use either DCF or NTP to avoid this issue in the first place.
Hi,
My Amazfit GTR 47mm is fully updated with latest app ver 3.6.2 and watch firmware is 1.3.5.37. this version supports Always on display with Smart feature. In smart feature the AOD should turn off automatically after a while when watch is removed or when sleeping, but this is not happening. Can any one help how to make this work.

Having exactly the same issue. AOD doesnt turn off when i am sleeping or the watch is of my wrist.
Probably worth reporting the issue via the Amazfit app.

I figured it out. If automatic heart rate detection is turned on then the watch never goes to sleep. Try turn off heart rate detection after that it will go to sleep as expected. Hope this helps.

I tried to disable the continuous heart rate monitor, but the issue remains.
I described the issue through amazfit app, and sent it to them, hope to hear soon from them.
So, to all who is still watching this thread, i have an official update from amazfit gtr support.
Bottom line:
global version GTR does not equip with capacitive sensor, so it does not support off-wrist detect function.
I went through a few iterations with their support on my ticket, including sending them logs and what not.
They ended up sending me this message [1].
Which i dont entirely agree with, because they didnt mention why the AOD doesnt turn off when you fall asleep. I mentioned this again in my reply. But i doubt they will come up with any other reasonable explanation...

Sorry that we made a mistake that we describe wrongly about the Smart Always-on function. Actually, global version GTR does not equip with capacitive sensor, so it does not support off-wrist detect function. When the watch detects you falling asleep, the Always-on function will be turned off. But putting it on the desk does not meet the conditions of "falling asleep", so the Always-on function will not be turned off.
We will modify the description about the Smart Always-on function in future firmware update. Sorry for all the troubles we caused.
Thanks for sharing this information. I never thought that the Chinese and global had hardware difference.
Apart from this the AOD is very weak in sunlight, my friend has a Huawei gt2 watch his AOD is very visible in sunlight.

I've had my BIP for a while and after I finally got it working (it took over a month to get it working at first), I have enjoyed the BIP and it's functionality. The other day both the MiFet and Amazfit apps connecting to my watch. I tried resetting the BIP, only to end up with the screen locked on, "Open the app to pair". Neither app will connect to the BIP and no matter what I do, I can't even get to the time.
If anyone might have a suggestion for how to get back to normal I would sure appreciate it!!
Thanks all!
Richard

The Zepp app is very poor at tracking deep sleep. Anyone with the same problem?
Notify & Fitness for GTS is tracking fine.
Two months ago,it tracked sleep normally, but now it doesn't.
Any help? I also reinstalled
See attached images
Yes, I also have the same problem with deep sleep tracking! I made a complete reset of the GTS but it doesn't work. The problem is still the same! I also noticed that since the Zepp update the heart rate is not so accurate as normal and also PAI isn't working. Very disappointing, the GTS was great but now I am thinking to switch to another brand.
