How can I take out all the Karean Hollidays out of my calendar. SM-N935K
Use Google calendar & be done with it.
go to calendar,
click on the three dots in the upper right corner,
click on manage calenders,
then turn off all the calendars you dont need including the Korean ones.

Simple query, but I cannot find out how to get back to "Today" once I go to another date in the Calender. There must be a one touch to get me back to the today option.
Use the back arrow (bottom right).

This takes me out of the Calendar app. altogether.
Is there a way to delete a comment on a post / status in the new facebook app ?
To delete statuses, just go to your timeline and press the three dots in the top right corner and you can hide/delete the status from there.
No idea about comments, it just opens it up in a screen that you can't do anything except read or add a comment... I wonder what made them think to remove it...

Hey There,
Im running SlimKat on my Nexus S. Unfortunately I can`t edit my lockscreen. Anyway, there is a dashclock widget on the lockscreen. I want to replace it with a different widget. How can I do this without Lockscreen Settings within the Rom (SlimKat Bulid 3)?
Thanks in advance!
fluxional hineicd
Same problem here.
The dashclock app doesn't show my messages, missed calls, whatsapp messages and email. It only shows temperature and gmail email count.
Noone knows about that?!?!
Put your finger on the clock, drag it down to the lock icon, now you have a settings icon on the right of the clock.
+1
Moreover go to Settings > Security > Check 'Enable widgets' under 'Screen Security'.
Go to the lockscreen then press and hold the finger on the left and swype to the right to show up a new screen to be able to add new widgets.

That was the first one I tried I've gone through the whole settings menu at least 5 times but not a thing about changing the widgets on lockscreen. At least I got rid of the Dashclock widget by disabling the app.

Just to add to what has already been posted, I was Googling for a solution, found it and then found this thread. I am running Slimkat on my LG G Pad 8.3. Adding extensions to Dashclock can help. To edit settings, on the standard Slimkat lockscreen, there is a small gear icon on the right-hand side of the clock, tap that, unlock your screen, and an "Extensions" screen pops up. Extensions can also be deleted at will.
There aren't many extensions installed by default (4 or 5 I think) but you can add more through the Play Store (tap on the top right hand side menu, then tap Get more extensions).

Are you using Dashclock or another type of widget?
If you tap once on the clock, then unlock, what does your screen show?
If you press and hold just under the clock, can you tap on a giant "+" that appears on the left (and add another widget) or delete the clock widget altogether by sliding it to the left on the Remove option?

What firmware are you on? Mine definitely lets me organise them up and down. I'd do a screen recording but I have pictures and names set in my favourites that I'd prefer the whole internet not to see

I was about to say "yes, it definitely works" - but alas, it only appears to work - after clicking the tick on the top-right corner (presumably to save), they revert back to their previous order.
FWIW, I'm using a Mate 10 ALP-L29 with 8.0.0.128(C636) firmware.

127-C432 firmware
Same here. Once you tick the sorting is gone.
I just discovered this, after I had absolutely same issue with the same phone:
In Chrome open contacts.google.com, where you can edit and organize all your contacts.
In the left menu click on your starred/favourites,
Deselect all contacts that have, until now, been selected as favourites, but don't click on anything else after this.
In your phone, go to Settings > Users & Accounts > Google > [your Google account] and hit "Sync". After a short while, your phone's favourites should be empty.
Back to Chrome, mark a contact as a favourite (add the star to its name), then hit "Sync" in your phone"s settings, then check in your phone contacts. That contact should now be the first on your favourites' list. Then go and repeat that with the second and third contact and so on. After each sync, the favourite contact should appear in your phone's favourites in the order you have selected them as favourites.
Moreover, now you can rearrange them in your phone without the arrangement being reset every time you hit the check icon!

I have Google Feed when I swipe from left to right, on the default Huawei lanucher.
Try to press the wallpaper on the home screen or pinch in with two fingers. You should see a bunch of options appearing (Wallpaper, Widgets, etc). Press Settings and on the bottom make sure Google Feed is turned on.
