Hello,I am a rooted OnePlus 6 user i downloaded latest oxygen os 9.0.3 from oxygen updater ok and flashed it and twrp.zip ok I reebooted my phone everything was fine now I need to install magisk.zip right when I flashed it and click on reboot it keeps boolooping to recovery ,,,need serious help .. I even changed to open beta 10 and tried to root and same thing happens please help quick

I am getting error 7 when trying to install latest Oxygen OS (v 9.0.5) on my Oneplus 3 via TWRP v. 3.0.2.
ADB sideload does not work (cancelled after 4x%).
If i try to flash the unzipped image via fastboot and then reboot to recovery, then for some reason, somehow, lineage os instead of oxygen os appears.
Even though internal storage was formatted before trying to install oxygen os. How is that possible??
Installing a modified oxygen zip as suggested in this guide did not help either https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2302599.
Does anyone have an idea what is going wrong here?

issue resolved - cause: did not use latest twrp version
Hi
I tried to flash bootlegger rom,Gapps-arm64 super ,Magisk. but now i am struck in TWRP as it says there is no OS installed.
Tried push Oxygen OS from mount.....not happened. Tried to adb sildeload also not happening as it was stuck in TWRP and command prompt give up long list of 163 comments.......
Please help how to install the bootlegger rom or oxygen os

I need your help guys.
I kept on getting this error saying "E1001: failed to update system image.
Updater process ended with error 7" everytime I flash roms on my Redmi note 4x SD variant Mido. No matter what the rom I flash and recovery I use results were all the same.
I already edited the roms that I have, I removed all the asserts scripts from the updater script but it was still the same.
I have been flashing roms before but I am not completely familiar with this error and on how to fix it.
I hope you guys can help me.

They've failed me, and my phone is dead until now.
I also tried to flash fastboot global miui rom, so what I did is I boot my phone to EDL then used miflash the latest one to flash the rom into my phone. Flash attempts were all successful, but my phone kept on being stuck on Mi Logo. I can no longer think of other options.

Hey, I faced the same issue today.
I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I think I wiped my data incorrectly or something.
I tried many things but it wouldn't work.
Here is how I resolved it.
1. Installed Orange Fox Recovery (Maybe not necessary, but that's what I did)
2. Format Data. (Not Wipe, Format)
3. Flashed ROM again.
Voila, it flashed.

_Sighs_ I suppose I can whip up a stable kernel tree and get some type of Custom Recovery operational on this device. I'll have to post it along side the Hard brick revival guide once I have success
FYI, there's no TWRP for pixel 6 yet. Don't trust such articles.
I came from the 4a forums b4 I traded it in for the 6a. Both A/B slot devices.
nikamura deved a working twrp for 10, 11, 12. It did req. bluspark kernel for a ram drive or sumthin'. If anyone can point u in the right direction, it's him. jusp ignore my noobish Qs...lol
