I accidentally flashed a Retail US version on my Moto Z Retail EU, and now I am having a "bad key" at the Warning on boot up. Can someone provide me with a 7.1.1 or 7.0 link for Retail EU for the XT1650-03? It's for the normal Moto Z, not Play or Force. I NEED an Retail EU Boot as I flashed a wrong one and I cannot go back to 6.0.1 to fix it, so my Boot is broken until someone gives me a proper EU one for 7.0 or 7.1.

Fixed. Flashed a Retail US 7.0 STOCK ROM even though it said "bad key", and then I flashed erfanoabdi's "Stock" 7.1.1 ROM which flashed a working boot.img that doesn't cause this problem.

i see erorr bootloader not found when i flash with fastboot i mean my phone didn't boot in recovery or normal just fastboot

Alright, here. Make sure that you have ADB installed System-Wide on your PC, you can use ADB-AIO for that if you don't have ADB and Fastboot Tools installed yet.
Anyways, once you have that, download my .rar file (Yes, .rar, install WinRAR if you don't have it, I won't use .zip in order to compress much more and save space and download time for you), and then run the "Moto Z Automated Flash.bat" file, it should do everything for you, but make sure to READ what I wrote in it, when it asks you to "Press Enter", please READ everything carefully, I will NOT explain further here, everything that you need to know is described and explained to you while you use the "Moto Z Automated Flash.bat" file as a form of guide.

Hi,
I tried to unlock bootloader following instruction on Motorola website then my moto z play has "BAD KEY" and keep restarting with that message on the screen. I found and used your file but it didn't help my device out of the "BAD KEY". Please help. Thank you

I was also stupid enough not to make a backup.
Hopefully someone will post his/her backup here.
I didn't made any modification on my Desire 610 (it's Full Stock for now)...

I have looked into this option and I have found one solution you can try:
Backup custom recovery
What you need to know before flashing custom recovery:
After flashing custom recovery you can always revert to your stock recovery. This procedure will be described later.
Your bootloader needs to be "UNLOCKED". "LOCKED" or "RELOCKED" bootloaders can't flash custom recovery.
This operation will cause your bootloader to show "TAMPERED" text below "UNLOCKED".
For safety reasons, first what you should do is nandroid backup inside recovery. You might need it during "going back to stock" procedure.
1. Download this mini-sdk package and extract it to c:\mini-sdk
2. Download custom recovery of your choice and rename it to recovery.img
3. Move recovery.img to c:\mini-sdk location
4. Connect your device to the PC
5. Boot your device in fastboot mode (like you did during unlocking bootloader - power off the device and turn it on using power + vol down buttons and select "FASTBOOT")
6. Open up command prompt ( Start > Run > type cmd and hit enter ). The window that appears is called Command Prompt. <click here to see the image>
7. Navigate to where you unzipped "mini-sdk" package (type in Command Prompt: cd c:\mini-sdk). Note: make sure the path is not c:\mini-sdk\mini-sdk
8. In the Command Prompt type following command: fastboot boot recovery.img (this command might not with newer hboots)
Command above will not permantently flash custom recovery, but it will just boot it. Why? Because that way we can backup your original, stock recovery image before we replace it with custom one.
9. Perform a nandroid backup.

you can simply use google translate to translate a full page, and the files have English names, what file can't you download?
It's just a one click download, you choose the file and you press the big blue button that has a white arrow looking down

Yes I'm pretty sure because they're all for the same model number as yours and the title of that russian page and the files names' are all with the same model number which is NX549J.
And for more sure, the xda thread i linked in my first post is talking about your phone and it's where i got the links, Don't Worry

When you flash TWRP, make a factory wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik cache) and install this LineageOS 14.1 i told you about if you want a pure rom without any customizations, and flash gapps from Opengapps.org (ARM>7.1>Pico), if you want a rom with customizations, use this Resurrection Remix Marshmallow rom and flash gapps that is (ARM>6.0>Pico).

You have to rename the TWRP to twrp.img and then enable usb debugging in your phone and connect it to pc, and proceed with the rest of the guide.
"Waiting for device" can be fixed by installing PDANet from Pdanet.co
Download it and install it then disconnect your phone and reconnect it to pc and start over.
Ps: there is no commands like the one said above, the right commands are "adb reboot bootloader" and "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" there is a step by step guide here:

Enable usb debbuging, enter fastboot via volume - and Power....probably volume down
Type: fastboot flash recovery twrp.img in cmd window that you opened in the twrp folder.
twrp.img file needs to be in the same folder as adb

How did u install TWRP? My device is not being detected under fastboot.. adb drivers are installed.. I can see my device when I give adb devices.. But I can't find my device when I type fastboot devices. I tried installing universal Google drivers.. but I got error code 10 the device can't start..

1. put device in fastboot mode but dont connect
2. open device manager in pc(assuming u have windows 10)
3.now connect device , as soon as u connect device u will see unrecognised fastboot device
4. double click it and install fastboot drivers
(u should have universal adb and fastboot installed already)
Just picked the phone up, instantly unlocked the bootloader, flashed patched boot.img Magisk gave and root has been achieved.
Now to enjoy this beast as it should be enjoyed. Sure, the camera broke but screw the camera!

You get it from kernel.sin which can be found in the firmware. You can use rar to open it and extract kernel.sin.
I used a little tool called unsin.exe that converts the kernel.sin to kernel.img and you simply rename it to boot.img.
You put boot.img on your phone, load up Magisk, press install, press patch boot image.
It will put patched_boot.img in your downloads folder which you put on your pc and simply flash patched_boot.img via adb.
When you've done that, boot the phone and you have root.

If the original posters are still around - what exactly do you mean by the camera isn't working? You aren't getting any photos at all?
I followed this but after converted the B6B5.bin into boot.img and flashed it, I got stuck with "your device is corrupted" and couldn't boot into recovery or anything. I'm on H8166 Dual Sim. Not sure if that makes a difference

don't panic, it's pretty easy.
all you have to do is just install boot.img in the stock room. and the problem is fixed

Guys finally I found the way to recover the device.
It should work on any real me device currently I am using real me 3 pro with color OS 6.0.1.
This is the solution for recovery/ boot destroyed message.
Here are the steps :
You are probably facing this issue because you have unlocked your bootloader.
First of all you have to lock bootloader of real me 3 pro using fastboot
Reboot your phone to bootloader mode
And connect to computer with USB.
here are the commands to lock the bootloader
fastboot oem lock
fastboot flashing lock -- this one I used
fastboot oem relock
( No need to use all you can try anyone of them )
Once you type this command in computer and hit enter it will ask to confirm the lock on phone
Use volume down keys for confirmation.
So here is the trick,
Color OS recovery is made to wipe the data whenever you lock / unlock bootloader.
So once you lock your bootloader on you real me 3 your color OS recovery will pop up ( even it is broke) for some seconds which will format your internal data.
Once you format the data your phone again will boot to recovery mode and same error will popup
" Boot / recovery has been destroyed "
Don't worry
Again power off the device wait for 10 seconds and reboot to bootloader mode not to recovery (very Imp) by pressing volume down + power key
Now you will boot in color OS recovery
( Note : if you didn't succeed try the above step 3-4 time because it took 3 attempt for me )
Surely you will boot in color OS recovery.
Now download the color OS OTA update file to your Memory card
( It is necessary to use SD card )

Download the latest firmware ozip file
Now create the folder in memory card and paste the firmware file over there
If you are already in color OS recovery don't reboot the phone just insert the SD card and select update. Select storage as
SD card
Select the folder and file and update.
It will take few minutes and you will be able to successfully boot in stock color OS ROM.
Enjoy.

Looks like the ozip file is not downloaded properly
Download the diffrent version and check
You can also try to flash the flashable zip from xda without bloat...

i also tried a14,a8 ozip stock rom.but after starting installation 2 minutes then failed
I have a bricked Hisense A5 (Qualcomm, China) device which stays in a bootloop and I don't know how I can unbrick it.
Facts are:
Device: Hisense A5 (HLTE202N)
Firmware: Stock L1657 6.03.02.00 / Kernel 4.9.112
- I could flash in edl mode successful a stock firmware, but nothing changed after a reboot
- Device stays with "Hisense and powered by Android screen".
- The bootloader can't be unlocked
- teardown device and disabled battery for some minutes and tried to charge it with a wall charger -> bootloop
What I can (like before flashing in edl-mode):
- Entering edl-mode with a xiaomi edl-cable (Qualcomm HS-USB 9008er mode and diagnostic mode 900E after flashing)
- entering fastboot (pressing volume up while rebooting and connecting pc)
What I can't:
-flashing TF-Mode (Firmware on microSD)
-rebooting to system
-shutdown
-recharging wall charger (bootloop)
-not detected as usb-drive for filetransfer
This bootloop mode you can read quite often. The Xiaomi guys can fix this by flashing a fastboot Firmware, but they have an unlocked bootloader
Anybody knows a solution or what I can try to fix this?

Yes, sorry forgot that to mentioned. Good point. That was the first I tried with some other guys in the thread but it doesn't work at all. Tried different microSD and formatting.
Well if the TF Mode not working with 6.0.9 and you have 6.0.3 which is already rooted logic say to try not with 6.0.9 but with 6.0.4 update or better with 6.0.3 but original i.e not rooted. I think something in 6.0.3 is not compatiblle with something in 6.0.9. Simply as that. I remember I say guy in thread for Hisense A5 root which had all update files and WeChat group?
I think you have damaged the recovery or vbmeta partition. You can try to flash back the original boot, recovery and vbmeta partition of 6.03.02. I think this will unbrick your phone. I have uploaded these files to Google Drive. You can try to flash back these files to see if this can save your phone. These files are the original partitions from version 6.03.02. If you still fail, then you may need to flash back system.img or vendor.img, these files are huge. You can ask me later if you still fail.

Great, these files are working flawless in qfil. Could recover the system and then update in Tf-Mode to actual 6.09

I'm sorry for asking what is probably a silly question, but how exactly do you flash files like boot.img using Qfil ?
I can get into fastboot., but not edl mode.
I know old thread, but am having problems with a bricked A5. After a lot of trial and error, it sometimes gets into Fastboot mode. I can then ask for fastboot device and it responds with a hex number and fastboot.
When I try to flashall new partitions, it fails with:
fastboot: error: ANDROID_PRODUCT_OUT not set or non allowed.
Once I could flash individual partition with:
fastboot flash boot boot_recovery_vbmeta_6.03.02/boot.img
Sending 'boot' (65536 KB) OKAY [ 2.113s]
Writing 'boot'
But then it just sits there and nothing seems to happen.
Anyone has suggestions on what to try, am running out of ideas
.
It would be amazing if anyone could share:
- Stock ROM 6.12 full QFIL backup.
- EFS/QCN backup files.
