Hello, I used Autorec to install TWRP on my Lg g3 .
I booted successfully into TWRP two nights ago. I am thinking about installing a custom rom onto the device, however I cannot boot into twrp anymore. I still have root, I believe.
I am running latest stock, 23c, lollipop.

just flash the recovery back on with n app or DD code, there must be something else going on, because the answer to your question is obvious.
use this
And learn the key combination to get into recovery
Hi xda!
I have a Z5C and i was tired of sonys laggy version of Android so I decided to install zombie kernel with twrp as backup.
The kernel works brilliant but I can only boot to recovery with help from fastboot. I would like to be able to boot to recovery directly from my phone without the use of fastboot/PC..
I also have a z4 tablet with Androplus kernel with twrp recovery.. And I am able to boot directly from the tablet to recovery.
So I decided to install Androplus and twrp for my z5c. I tried to install twrp through twrp and it looked like it was installed... However still not able to boot to recovery without fastboot. Then I tried to install with fastboot and I got an error - picture attached.
When I look under "about phone" the phone tells me that I'm still using the old zombiekernel??
How do I get Androplus kernel and working twrp installed on my z5c?
Thanks in advance

To boot to recovery in the z5c you gotta pudg the volume up while booting over and over until you see the notification LED go red-yellow-orange
Once you're in recovery you could restore your old kernal if you made s bsckup
I know... But that is not working. The only way i can get it to boot is with fastboot. What to do?

Try flash tool to push anew kernel maybe.I've never done it but from what j have read, download your firmware from xperia firmware and use flash tool to only flash kernel.
You need to use fastboot to flash the boot.img to the phone and then do the same for recovery.img. It will then work with androplus kernel and twrp.
Thats my setup currently.

Sorry to resurect this old thread. Can you or anyone provide a boot.img or how to go about creating one? I am in same situation (stuck at boot screen) and only have access to fastboot. Thanks.
For which version of rom? I can give you 32.0.A.200 boot.img and twrp recovery.
Are you sure you're clicking volume up when booting? It doesn't work when you hold the volume up button down.
If y'all go to the twrp thread there is a modified boot.IMG that allows booting to recovery now.
Hello guys
I was on stock android and stock recovery oos 3.1.3. I tried to change recovery using fastboot so i tried so many recovries, but unable to flash anyone then i found twrp recovery by teamspark so i flashed it and successfully done, but problem with it is, i am not able toh flash paranoid rom and stock rom using this recovery and even the stock recovery is also not flashable now, just stuck on logo whenever i flash stock recovery. So which recovery i can use which can correctly flashable and i can flash paranoid rom by that successfully.
Thanks in advance.
Flash old stock recovery followed by any OOS 2.X.X firmware . Now you can proceed with PA. Note dont use any of the twrp's designed for mm bootloader.

First of all, you have to downgrade your bootloader. Then you can flash any recovery for the old bootloader.
Thanks i m done now

Hey Guys! I have moto g2 2014 (titan) XT-1068 mobile phone..... I unlocked the bootloader and was even successful in flashing twrp .....but when i go to recovery via bootloader its not opening twrp showing only blank screen and the phone boots again... i tried to flash the twrp in different ways but still no luck!! Hopeful that i get a solution for this issue!
Btw i also need official stock ROM and recovery with gapps for my XT-1068 ...There are so many showing and i am doubtful to pick which one.... cause unfortunately before unlocking bootloader i forgot to see my build version, system info ...Now i need to relock my boot loader and flash the stock Rom to make it like a new one ...
EDIT- I Reflashed again and now twrp works fine ....but help me for the stock ROM ...currently using cyanogen mod 13..
Thnx !
So i was trying to root my Oneplus 6t that was running OXynogen 10.3.4 Android 10 using TWRP & MagicSk.I read a tutorial somewhere explaining how to install TWRP recovery & then flash Magicsk.I successfully installed TWRP recovery on my phone using cmd with the help of fastboot. However, when i tried flashing Magicsk using TWRP,i got an error "KEY VERIFICATION FAILED".Now, i don't plant to proceed with rooting my phone any further. Can someone please tell me how can i undo all of my actions and get my phone back in original condition as it was when i purvhased.Like pure stock android with no TWRP,No unlocked bootloader...Just like a phone's software looks when purchased new.
TWRP can't get uninstalled. You've to flash Stock ROM to get rid off of it.

How do u suggest i flash the custom ROM? Will i have to do it using TWRP? Oneplus gives a .zip file of stock ROM on its website. Also will doing this lock my bootloader again?
@Illicit_Lokesh
I thought I made it clear.
FYI: Recovery and ROM are two completely independent different things.
No one needs a custom recovery as TWRP to flash Stock ROM: This can be done with Android SDK tools like ADB and Fastboot.
