Just go to install CM11,then install Sony Media Apps,Ported Apps for CM11,Z2 Status Bar & Home Launcher then lastly install Xperia Z1 CM11 Theme
Those ported app can be found on XDA Themes and apps forum and Xperia arc forum

There is no CM11 Z1 style ROM for Xperia U. If you want Z1 style ROM, then Sony must release Z1 style ROM for similar chipset atleast then it may be possible to port it.
the best way is to first install CM11 and install some of the sony apps. available. Note that you have some bugs in CM11 and there is no guarantee that the all Sony apps works well on CM11

Magisk has to be patched in order to use on Sony devices running stock ROM.
And as always, Google is your good friend.

There is different ways to root xperia z2. Your build number important is here. Unfortunately i must say google it "how to root z2 ..... build number" because there is no "best-easy" way. You need to learn some terms before rooting. That thread is one of them that can help you, https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z2/general/tool-rooting-23-5-1-291-supersu-t3437280
