About Us:
ColtOS Project is presented by a team of learners and it is crafted from Lineage Source with optimal but all the necessary customizations, without compromising the stability and security of the device.
We have cherry-picked the features from many other roms/projects and we are very thankful to them!! The OS is still in beta phase and growing like a vine.
Although there's no apparent bugs experienced by us or the testers, if you find any, please let us know with a logcat.​

Flashing Instructions:
- Verify that you're using the latest version of TWRP
- Perform a FULL WIPE as described below if coming from another ROM or a different version of Android
(A full wipe is when you wipe System + Data + Cache + Dalvik ART Cache)
- Flash the latest version of the ROM
- Flash recommended GAPPS linked below
- Flash Magisk / SuperSU if you want root
- Reboot and ENJOY!!

You have to use opengapps 8.0

I done a full wipe using official twrp , flashed ROM plus 8.0 stock gapps but keep bumping into enter password after boot ? What have I done wrong , thx

Use format option on recovery instead of wipe. You may get an error. Retry it.

I got round it by formatting everything including userdata (internal storage)
Flashing lineageos 14.1 & booting fully
Once encryption has been removed you can then flash the oreo rom - you can encrypt again once you have booted oreo
Took me a few attempts but until you get encryption removed from the nougat rom the oreo rom won't boot

Everything hardware related is working. Maybe a few software bugs because Los is still WIP

Got it working here.
Most of it works fine, the only thing sort of working is the camera (Not working on Google and Moto Cameras, working partially on Camera2 app [Only Frontal camera works] and working fully on Color Picker camera (which doesnt take pics)).
Aside from that, everything else seems ok, battery like seems like it will be better than Nougat roms. Nice work!

im using lineage 15 (to which I presume this is based on)
I use open camera and both front and rear camera works perfectly fine
