I need help, please. - Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Questions & Answers

So recently, i tried to flash a new oreo rom for redmi note 4x 3gb/16 rose gold. When i did, the partitions i selected in twrp was:
internal, system, data, dalvik, cust, persist (I think there was another one but i forgot) then when i installed the oreo rom, bluetooth, wifi and all the sensors stopped working. I tried to flash the global developer rom for the device but it kept restarting this time, in the setup portion of MIUI 9, where you select everything and stuff, when i was going to select the network for my device, the wifi wasn't even on, then the phone restarted.
I also tried fastboot flashing the device using MiFlash, but it didn't work. Please send help, i'd really appreciate it.

Phone restarts every 20 seconds after stupid wipe and installed via fastboot

Hi i wiped everything in advanced wipe(dalvik,system,data,internal,cache,cust,persist,usb OTG,imei1, imei2)(yes i'm stupid)
and then installed latest MIUI rom via fastboot everything works, but the phone reboots after 20 seconds I was able to configure device to the last step when u have to wait about 1 minute to be able to use the phone. I tried to install other version(stable instead od developer) and other custom rom however the problem remained. (TWRP works) I had a backup on the sd card but accidentally deleted it today... I tried to recover it with some program but it does not detect the phone, and I do not have an adapter for the sd card. Please help. (Redmi Note 4 3/32 Snapdragon mido)

I wiped important system files that do not overwrite after doing fastboot flash. In my case backup helped, if you do not have it, I would try to describe the problem for xiaomi maybe they would publish required files.

Pls, help me, i dont know what to do ;-;

Until yesterday I had the MIUI ROM for my Redmi Note 4, however I wanted to send another two ROMS (Lineage and Resurrection Remix) to see if they would convince me.
(I clarify that I already knew the process to install Roms).
So I rebooted in Recovery mode, hize / wipe and then install Lineague, but automatically I realized that I was making an error, saying that the rom was for Mido and that my cell phone instead of mido was, literally, a point.
So I turned on the pc, use the xiaomiMiFlash tool to install a miui rom (of course, with the option of clean_all) and unpleasantly I was surprised that it restarted every 20 or 30 sec., Please I need help, because I've tried other roms and it's still the same, turn it on, exit the start menu and after a few seconds it restarts. Tell me what I can do.
What does this mean - "my cell phone instead of mido was, literally, a point"? What cellphone do you have?

I have a Redmi Note 4(Mido, the version with a Qualcomm CPU) and this restarts every 30 sec, I've even used MiFlash to flash the rom with the option to clean everything and even so it remains the same.
I already try with this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-4/how-to/how-to-fix-totally-dead-redmi-note-4-t3746465 and nothing, I get an error of "Sahara" with qfil

I guess you flashed a treble ROM using a non treble recovery. Use this recovery and try to flash lineage OS again.

Phone Switching off and Restarting only after Wipe

Recently I've encountered a problem on my Redmi Note 3 Pro 3 gb ram 32 gb. I've been using custom ROMs and Kernels for a while. One day my phone switched off after getting warm. It switched on after some time. Then I tried Wiping Cache and Dalvik through TWRP and it didn't work as I had the same problem over again. Then I tried flashing another ROM through TWRP and I couldn't complete it as my phone restarted while I tried to flash a new ROM. Then I tried copying my files from phone to USB OTG and that too failed as phone continued to restart. The only option I had is using Fastboot. I downloaded the latest Global ROM MIUI 10 and flashed new ROM using MiFlash. Phone booted perfectly and after I synced my Mi account and Google account the phone switched off again and when I tried to restart it boots up till lockscreen and switches off Immediately.
Again I booted up Xiaomi Recovery as TWRP was now gone and Wiped the ROM and it booted up normally, after few tries I finally didn't sync Mi or Google account and Didn't install anything on phone as it might switch off again. I'm pretty sure it'll switch off again. Other than that I think the device is okay as I'm posting this thread from the same phone. It couldn't be a ROM issue as you can see I've tried different MIUI ROMs even the Custom MIUI ones. What could be the reason for this behavior? I hope someone could help me as it is my main device and this issue is driving me nuts.

Make sure u selected clean flash while flashing fastboot rom including cleaning user storage and internal sd.
Dont encrypt.
Are u rooting ? If rooting use magisk only.... not supersu.
Remove sd card, sim card . clean it. Put back.
If still cant solve....open back cover. Remove both battery connecter and connect again. Charging board flex connector on both end and connect again. Sometimes carbon can create problem.

Problem with TWRP, boot, stock ROM and custom ROM (Mi A1)

So, to begin with, yesterday Mi A1 got the Android 9 update. As I always do, I went to uptade it with Magisk (it worked with 8.0 to 8.1 and with every security patch, so I, as a newbie, thought, "why the h3ll not?"). Obviously, it didn't work and I got into a boot loop. So, here are the [lot] of things I have tried to do.
-Downloaded MiFlash and the latest OS version from Xiaomi site (8.1 witch november patch). Tried flashing a lot of times, I always get the boot loop after installing it. Wiped all data with TWRP and still didn't work. Always the same problem. Tried with different versions as well.
-Downloaded latest AOSP ROM for the device, flashed it, wiped cache and data, instaled TWRP (3.2.3-0), but the system never initiates. Doesn't even restart (20 minutes after my last try and it still is in a black screen).
-I've tried the same thing with Lineage 15.1 as well. Checked with MD5 in both roms. Doesn't work at all. Followed every tutorial I could, step by step, don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Can any one please help me? I don't know what to do anymore.
EDIT 1: So, I thought nothing happened, but after installing AOSP, I rebootet the phone holding the power buton, and during boot, I can see the "Powered by Android" from the custom ROM for a few seconds, but then the screed turns black and nothing more happens.

Interrupted encryption and now impossible to install any MIUI based rom

Hi all, I'm experiencing a strange issue but very annoying and I hope that I can find some help with the expert out there. I installed a MIUI 11 based rom and everything was almost perfect. I had to encrypt my phone because it's a company phone and they want encrypted phones. When I was prompted to to so I've followed few indication and the phone restarted and it stayed for ages with the boot logo apparently doing nothing...there was no signal of life but maybe it was just encrypting in the background and I didn't know...other times I encrypted my data I could see a timer but not this time. Well, as a matter of fact I've force restarted the phone and from that moment on all my problems started. After few seconds of bootlogo a message errore popped up saying that I had interrupted the encryption process and that I would have needed a factory reset to restart phone...and so I did...but no way, the same message was always appearing...tried also a full format, factory reset, repairing file system...NO WAY! still the same message. I was panicking...then I've decided to install an AOSP based rom and BOOM, the phone booted up and I had my phone again...Then, proud of this success, I've decided to retry installing MIUI 11; so I made a clean flash (formatting data including internal storage) and, WTF, after few seconds the same [email protected]#@#ing errore message that I had interrupted the encryption process and that I should have made a factory reset, that obviously didn't worked, exactly like the first time.
So, forgive my looong message, but what the hell is going on here??? How is possible that this stupid error message survives to all the full wipe I made including internal storage??? how the hell can I get rid of it? It seems I can't install any of the MIUI rom...tried a couple but same result...
please help...I very much prefer MIUI11 than any other AOSP or similar ROM...
thx
andrea
twrp ,Mount vendor, wipe vendor system data internal.
Try to flash latest vendor only first , then flash the whole rom.
This might help bcuz vendor makes phone encrypt itself.
