Im new at the forum
Had my phone for two days now. Wifi speed keeps dropping until i turn on/off wifi then it goes back to normal speed. (from 120KBps til 11MBps) tried all kinds of locations and differnet networks. Both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.. Tried factory reset (3 times. also had google sync error)
Try to reboot the router!
I'm having the same issue on my mate 10 pro.
Which brand of router, and what firmware are you in.

Edit: I have a Fritzbox (German brand, DSL router), mate 10 pro
I'm in the UK and have Vodafone fibre. Firmware is BLA-L09 8.0.0.115 (C782) and have had no updates.

Me too. Try different WiFi because i am in vacation.
Different routers, different networks. Same Wi-Fi issues [emoji25]

Hi, im unable to use 3G on my Samsung GT-P7500, and i don't know what is the problem. Could anyone help me, please?

EDIT: I also tried my SIM card on other smartphones and it worked, i could surf the internet wihtout a single problem.
First of all you have to tell us : Tab version is it P7500 or else? then ROM Version... and check the APN settings to match your provider.
Mine did that on the first day I got it. Problem was I stuck a micro sim with adapter in it and while removing it broke 2 pins in the sim tray. They are so small and weak I didn't even know they broke at first.
So I ordered an original replacement off eBay for $10, popped off the back cover and put the new one in. Tested with a regular sim and all was good again.
Maybe you have done the same thing. If it doesn't detect the sim then it's most likely the sim tray.

Does you table recognised SIM already, means asking for a PIN?
If yes, make sure you have right APN settings! With a network monitoring app you can check your signal, if you have proper 3G coverage.

Hope guys.
I want your help please.
I have 5 days the galaxy s6 edge G925F and I must say the device is great.
But I have one problem.
I can't received 4g signal anywhere.
On my old g3 and g4 it was most easy to received 4g signal.
Here I see my phone only one time with this. I worried if this is hardware issue but I believe if yes I will had problem on all networks. The Internet speed work good but no 4g.
I test another 2 devices one s6 edge and one simple s6 and it had 4g signal on some places but this two devices running the android 5.1.1 and my phone doesn't received the 5.1.1 yet and running the android 5.0.2.
I tried factory reset wipe cache but nothing.
Sorry for my English but please if anyone knows how to fix this I want help.

Go to Settings - Mobile networks - Network mode and make sure GSM/HSPA/LTE (auto connect) is selected. If it is, maybe your APN (Access Point Names) settings are not setup, take a look in there also and make sure its geared towards your carrier.

I have do all this. My carrier it's OK
I tried two sim cards and other devices.
For me nothing only one time - for the others I see but running android 5.1.1.
But my phone works great with signal perfect call and Internet speed.
The only issue is this.

SOLVED: After update to 5.1.1 with kies the phone works fine with 4g signal.

Ive had my edge s6 (sm-g925f) for about 3 months without any issues.
But this week i found that my phone would not connect to my network.
Ive searched and searched for answers, and found nothing to fix my problem.
It was ROOTED up to this happening, but due to me trying everything, including reflashing the stock 5.1.1 touchwiz.
I've ran a 'Checkmend' just incase, which come back fine too, the IMEI and baseband and model number are all in check in the device settings. The only things out of the norm are the 'phone number' showing '00000000000' and under 'network' it shows 'unknown' under the 'simcard status' part of the settings.
The sim works fine in my other phone and in my partners phone. But the same problem happens when i put her sim in the s6.
I can search for networks manually and even click on them, but then get a error saying 'unable to connect, try later'.
When not trying anything and with a sim in the phone it says 'emergency calls only' .
It could be a faulty sim card slot but surly i wouldnt be able to search for networks if this was the case?
My main cause i think it could be, is that the EFS folder is corrupt, but wouldnt the IMEI number be a false one in the settings and /or the baseband wouldnt show correctly, but it all does. And i dont have a backup of the EFS to be able to restore it. So im basically on my legs with this phone before i turn it into a £500 glass toaster.
Any help would be amazing.

I put in my first post that i did a 'check mend' that come back clean. and also i put my partners sim in my phone to make sure. and it also come back with the same problem.
Last attempt bump. ... :crying:
Try this ...
Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > GSM Only
and restart your phone ...
I've tried every combination of network setting and option. As well as little trick's that are around. Like hold this for 2 seconds then this and this for 20. And so on.
If a reflash hasn't sorted it I'm sure changing a setting isnt going to do anything.
I've tried it again just to make sure but still stuck in emergency only.
To anyone that still thinks the phone is blacklisted even though I ran a checkmend, it would still let me connect to the data network at least still on a blacklisted phone. I can't even do this. The sim works fine in my other phone and in my partners phone.
I think it's something to do with the modem folder or EFS but I don't have a back up to restore.
Have you reflashed it through odin? Hmm wierd. ..

Yes mate. Odin. 3.10.
An incorrect baseband was my original diagnosis but them this couldnt be the case as the phone was working fine for 3 months on the same ROM it randomly stopped connecting on . If I had flashed another, then this problem happened that I would know that was it. But the fact I've reflashed it after the problem was already there seems to me that it's something deeper than just the Firmware.

Your imei should be unknown if the EFS is lost I think. Hmm...keep this updated

Have you tried to restore partitions with the app "partitions backup & restore " from play store. .just a thought.

See this thread. Seems like we may not have Galileo, at least for now.
Galileo has not launched yet for commercial/end users application.
I don't have any personal knowledge on this, but the Galileo website says it started offering "Initial Services" in December 2016.

Garmin's latest GPS watches, the F5 plus series, is using Galileo, and I've seen posts reporting it's working.
But like the OP, GPS apps I've tried on the S9+ don't show any Galileo satellites.

I recently purchased an Honor 10 from Argos and am using it on the three network. It seems like you can only use features like 4G Super Voice (VoLTE) if you bought the phone directly from three. I am presuming that to mean that three has a custom version of the stock firmware for the device but they do not provide a way of downloading this from their site. Does anyone have this firmware or the ability to dump it from their phone and share?

I already have put the sim in, there is no option to enable VoLTE/4G super voice I can see, three support suggested I should have some software from them that was OTA, are you saying you have an Honor 10 on three and it gives you the option to enable it?
There isn't an option. It just works when you are in a volte area.
And when you connect to WiFi you should get WiFi calling in the notifications area.

I just checked on the three website, I didn't notice this last time:
Devices that didn't come from Three.
Right now, all 4G Super-Voice compatible iPhones will be 4G Super-Voice enabled once the carrier settings have been installed, even if they didn't come from Three.
4G Super-Voice doesn't work on other non-Three devices yet however, even if the manufacturer has stated that it's VoLTE compatible. We're working on this, so be sure to check back for updates.

So they must have some kind of custom firmware or something I presume.
I have wifi calling enabled on my device but again the three website says my device is not supported and it won't work and that seems to be true because even with wifi enabled and wifi calling enabled in the setting I do not get the wifi calling in the notification area.
That's hasnt been updated. All Huawei P20 series and honor 10 series have the same software across the market. It will. Work for volte

I am afraid what you are telling me goes against what three themselves are directly telling me. A three support guy just called me after a web chat and said that at the moment they have NOT released the update for Honor 10 to enable VoLTE. He said when it is released I will get a text message from three about the update and that it will then be enabled on my phone. I am afraid what you are saying is not what Three are saying.
Dude I work for Three. I range the phones they sell. I setup the Honor partnership. I can tell you flat out the software is one software across the market. It customises based on the sim.
What software version are you in b104 B120 or B131

This might explain my issue about the updates....
My handset was purchased from three as PAYG. It's still stuck on 120 firmware.
If all handsets are the same why have we not seen the 131 update
B131 is not out in the UK yet. Its leaked in firmware finder but it hasn't had CTS approval yet which means no Google pay etc

Apologies, I guess I misunderstood what the support guy was saying, thanks for the clarification! I am on B120 according to the phone. The three site doesn't help, it's confusing they say that it won't work on devices not purchased from three. If there is no software difference does that mean that wifi calling should work for me too? It doesn't seem to be unless emui hides the usual icons you would expect to see?
It's only a new thing that Huawei and honor have done which is put the settings into the baseline software regardless of where you buy it in uk

As far i know if 3 mobile did not support volte your menu for volte wouldnt exist. Or you wouldnt had choice to activate it. At least this is how it was on p9. I have a honor 10 c432 unbranded device and my options are open for volte. If that helps. Maybe switching to different region firnware it will give you the option.
Ps for me is not appearing on the notch when is active but when i disable notch its showing an icon

This isn't correct. Since honor 9, 10 and Huawei P20, p20 pro it's in all UK devices

No because that be of data still stays in the notch. Even when disabled

Well i dont know as long i was in vodafone uk i didnt had volte. Once i switched to c432 on my p9 then i had the choice. Seems like they are stripping down services for some reason. Also updates was non existed
