Install this app https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/huami...azfit-watch-1-7-4-4-dev-android-apk-download/ and log in with your mi fit account (I've tried with the 2.0 app but it not let me log in into mi account). Pair your watch with the app scanning the QR code from the watch.
NOTE: If you are logged in Amazfit app from Play Store first you must unpair the watch from this app (this will cause factory reset on watch) and uninstall it from phone then install the app from above.
After this you must log in Mi fit app and go to pair your watch (I've used the 3.2 Mi fit app from here https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type=app_release&searchtype=apk&s=Mi+fit ).
After this you can install the Amazfit watch 2.0 app.
That's all.

It worked for me but after many tries I had to use a VPN to connect through a chinese server in order to be able to log in Amazfit Watch app using Mi account.

You can use the 2.0 app without this trick.
This is for the ones that want to use the same account for MiFit app and Amazfit app and to sync data between them.

For me is syncing.
What I see in Amazfit app I see also in Mi fit app.
Maybe you should sync first the watch with the Amazfit app and then with Mi Fit app.

I have the latest international stock Rom 1.3.5.
You must use the same account that you use in MiFit app also in Amazfit app.

You must sync first the watch with the Amazfit app (it must sync correctly - sync success in app) then when you sync with the MiFit app it should show all data.
Try to sync the watch 2-3 times in Amazfit app.

And now I see that if you are in continuous heat rate mode MiFit app doesn't read that data.
It only syncs manual heart rate measurements.

1.0 how do i install the 2.0 (US version) from the play store. can i just uninstall the 1.7.4.4 that you posted here?
2.0 I was able to update the 1.7.4.4 that you posted here to 2.2 (CHINA version) from APKmirror, but whenever i try to sync with mi fit it just stays at Syncing data 100%.

PE - I manage to make it work with MiFit US version but only with Amazfit CN version. When I unistall CN vers and install US version from Store syncronisation didn't work anymore. US version has Strava integration, CN doesn't...Is it correct?

Now I have Amazfit and MiFit apps installed from G play store. I've signed in with my G account in both apps and sync is working good between them.

Try MyPhoneExplorer app+ its Win sync host, it can
create local calendars inside the Google calendar app.
Working fine here without Google account.

i'm using im + pro for my Google and icq contacts.
you can always go with non-paid version, which has no chat history backup and few things removed.
I also use im+ best alternative app IMHO.

Guys, it would be nice if we have a continual app that tells when apps work for the gear fit. When posting, please list what the app does and give it a category (fitness, news, etc.)
My list thus far:
Strava- fitness app. It starts and stops a run and shows your time, but the HR monitor does not work. Also note it will not display vertical.
Sleep Genius- first version failed to do anything, but they updated. I tried to use it last night, but by the time I woke up, the app stopped tracking sleep.

For strava just install the app on your phone, you should then see an extra icon on the fit called app connect with an option to turn strava on in there
There are a few news feeds that are out for the fit now. I just tried Appy Geek for fit and News Republic for gear fit. You have to download two apps for both..... The fit app and the actually program. Haven't spent to much time with them though.

Installed Appy Geek Gear fit, works well.
Few people commented they like vertical, me I can not stand vertical.
These apps open the App on your device then uploads the content to the Gear Fit.

And i think it would be usefull if you could control you smartphone camera with Fit. For example when you set Timer to take picture for yourself or a group of people when there is noone who can do it for you. You could just tap your fit to take for example 5 pictures.

Maybe I am missing something, but I can't find the app connect on my gear fit. Does it have to be activated or turned on somewhere?
Just download for example NewsRepublic and Newrepublic for Fit and it will show up on your fit.

There is a calender app that just popped up in the play store. Works decent if you are needing a quick calendar and want to too look at events. It does look like you can only use it in horizontal mode which makes sense bases on the layout.

Always hated the look of gmail and was a big fan of the Outlook app... the past 3 months, Outlook has been horrible... laggy and unreliable. Still use it but now I am enjoying the new Inbox by Gmail. Great UI, fresh new look. Not yet as powerful as Gmail but I am sure they will enhance it slowly.
I tried inbox, didn't like it.
I have Note 10.1 2014 and Note 3, so want an app that works on both. I have gmail, Hotmail and yahoo accounts so...... need something versatile.

I'm using Cloudmagic right now. You can use it with every account you have, and it gives you the ability to create a cloudmagic account, so you can log in on other devices to sync them all.

Installing the new exchange module [1] gmail 5.0 works with exchange account, i use it with office365 account with push!

How can I sync sport data to Strava when I install this Amazfit Watch version? In the Playstore version I can sync to Strava but when I install this app it only syncs to Mi Fit.
