Hello friends! I have a bit of a problem. I don't have any business account, nor a G Suite account, but GBoard (formerly Google Keyboard) is not letting me synchronise my personal dictionary with my account, stating that it isn't available for devices with G Suite or Android for Work profiles. Please help me. I use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (Snapdragon 625, 4 GB RAM).
Exactly same issue here
I am using Redmi Note 5 Pro

Have you tried a custom ROM like CleanROM or Beans?
Sent from my SCH-I605 using XDA Premium HD app
I have rooted my cool pad note 3 mobile using king root app now I cannot able to synchronize my google account........
So please help me to resolve this problem
Hello,
I searched the forum & google and was not able to find an answer, sorry if I missed it !
I tested Nougat ROMs on different devices (Redmi Note 3 pro SE & Vernee Apollo Lite), MAD Roms, Resurrection Remix, Lineage OS...
On Android Marshmallow although having a google account set on the phone, I was able to create contacts "local on the phone", not to the google account.
On those contacts, I was able to add a mobile # as well as a "professional mobile" #.
I was not sync'ing the contacts with the google account.
When moving to Nougat:
If I import contacts (from .vcf MM backup) before adding a google account, the contacts are local to the phone, and there are mobile & mobile pro fields. I can create new contacts local to the phone with both mobile & mobile pro fields.
if I import contacts (from same .vcf as above) after adding a google account, the contacts are on the google account, and the mobile pro fields are changed to mobile.
I can only create new contacts on the google account, not local to the phone, and there is no mobile pro field.
This loss of information (mobile pro field) prevents me from moving to Nougat.
I also looked at the contacts on the google account (on a brower on a computer), and I don't see any mobile pro field.
Is there an explanation to this regression ? Is there a fix or a way to workaround it ?
Thanks for your help !
If there is a better place to discuss this please let me know.
sorry, seems like I double posted (had a failure).
Is it possible to delete one of the 2 threads ?

how do you manage the mobile number & mobile pro number on contacts ?
thanks

I am using aCalendar+ and sync everything with Google Calendar. With my Fire HD 10 and my old Huawei P8 lite everything works fine. But on my Redmi Note 9 S with Miui 11.0.3 (QJWEUXM) I don't get the tasks to sync.
On initial installation of aCalendar I get a partial sync of the tasks. Which means, most, but not all tasks are imported to aCalendar. But then no further sync is possible.
I tried everything I could find by Google search, including setting all permissions and autostart. But nothing works.
Does anybody experience the same problem? Is there a fix or workaround? I would be so happy, if anybody could help.
I have exactly the same misbehaviour on my side.
Looking also for help.
Cheers
A workaround:
Go for the IMO best davsync for Android --> davx5 It is opensource, active and you get it for free on fdroid or on PlayStore for a few bucks
