I already try it with a pit file, but it dosent't work.
My Problem is that i don't know if the stock which i had downloaded is the right one for my phone. The smartphone is in bootloop and i cant check the pda and the product code. Is there any possibility to find out the right pda number if the smartphone is in bootloop??
Please guys i need ur help.

Hi , try with latest GERMAN DBT firmware and don't use pit file for now , also make sure that you set correctly Odin!
download firmware from Sammobile .

[Q] Flashed Stock ROM using Odin /data won't format at all

I've flashed the Stock ROM for my phone 3 times (I think it's Vodafone for UK - but not 100% sure)..
All completes and Odin says successful. I reboot and my phone doesn't get past the first 'Samsung Galaxy SIII GT-I9300' logo. I've flashed and rooted many phones in the past, including both my sons S3's, my daughters S3 (this one) and my HTC One M7.
I've re-rooted the phone (so recovery.img installs) and I can load Philz Recovery on it no problem - CWM or TWRP better for this situation?
My findings manually in Philz Recovery so far...
Formatting /system - Works OK
Formatting /cache - Works OK
Formatting /preload - Works OK
Formatting /data - Reboots phone almost instantly.
unmount /data -> Formatting /data - reboots phone almost instantly.
When I try to install a custom ROM 'Formatting /data' reboots the phone and I'm stuck at the Sammy logo again.
Is my /data partition screwed? Is there a way to check?
I want to make certain because I do not want to use a PIT file unless it is the last resort. Is there an alternative route.
Re partition just /data perhaps using adb?
After installing the Stock ROM I cannot get into Stock Recovery, but if I root, I can get into custom recovery.
Odin/Download mode working fine still.
Very odd... Any pointers?
Any assistance hugely appreciated.

Feels like the /data partition is screwed beyond repair, but I'm hoping not. Can I recreate it somehow?
Thinking this phone needs a new EMMC, but I do not understand why this happens -
(Yes, I added the PIT this time).

All goes as it should. No complaining until it reboots.
Still stuck at Android on his back with Red Triangle Warning.
This phone has been a mission.
I've just run it all again, this time, with Erase NAND selected. I figured it was do or die time... Data wouldn't format no matter what I tried so figured wipe out the NAND completely and try to recreate the partitions...
WIN! Phones is back in one piece working a treat. Odd problem, but glad I documented everything I did here. Maybe it'll help others in the future.
Installed Philz Custom Recovery, and ARHDv51. All working perfectly now.

Hi,
Exactly same problem here with my gt8730. But i was running Cm13 and twrp 3. I tried the two previous debrick images for rom 4 and 5.1 with no success. Exactly the same message. And now i was trying to flash the PIT... same error.

1 - Usb Cable on. Battery on. Press Power button.
2 - Vibrate, release battery and the power button.

I believe @cyberc5 problem is the same as @aureljared . The phone NAND simply got corrupted. How do I know this? Easy, if you were running CM13 with TWRP, the "CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD" line should say "Yes (X Counts)".
You should try to nand erase the Emmc

It happened to me once but I have found a way-
Take the file which showed fail with hidden.img then continue with the steps...
First extract it using winrar or 7zip etc..
Second cut hidden.img and save it in a safe place in your PC.
Third compress remaining files (format is .tar)
Then flash the new .tar file, 99% percent success.
Hope it helps.....
if you have read a little bit on this forum, then you've should have know that the android 6.0.1 rom that you tried to flash is the Vodafone version and that you should have to flash a pit-file for your phone before you flash that rom because of the "hidden.img"problem..............than you also should have known that you better can flash the 6.0.1 XEU version.........so try it again and read first before you ask, all your problems you can find an answer here....

My Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960W) is bricked and every time I try flashing I fail.
I am using Odin v3.13(patched) and running as administrator.
I put the phone in download mode, then open Odin and load the files. I was not able to check which firmware version I was supposed to flash but I'm pretty sure I have the right files. (G960WVLS6CSH1)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here are my Odin settings:

Edit:
Flashing with Odin v3.12 generates a pass but then the phone just boot loops or black screens.
