According to http://www.gmc.com/gmc-life/technology/how-gmcs-wireless-charging-works.html, it does support Qi standard, so it should work.
If it works with iphone X, then it works with V30

Have you tried it without any case on it?

[Q] Pogo/magnet pins for charging

Is there any other way to charge but with the microUSB, like pogo er magnetic?
Google dropped that method forever ago, now all of their products support Wireless Qi Charging, at least everything in the past from Nexus 4 onwards has.
Not Nexus 9...

It's not listed as a spec anywhere.
I would be surprised if N9 wont support Qi.

Wireless Charging Died

Yesterday the wireless charging chip died in my V10. I'm using the official LG CPR-120 wireless charging back cover.
I tried both of my Tylt Vu chargers. The light on the charger is green, but the phone does not charge. My Note 4 still charges on both chargers, so I know they're good.
Wireless charging dying was a very common issue on the LG G4 due to a crappy wireless charging chip by IDT. Looks like LG used the same crappy chip in the V10.
T-Mobile is sending a replacement but I'm not going to charge my V10 wirelessly anymore, since it will just break again.

Kyocera Duraforce issue with Qi Wireless Charger

Any one else having issues charging there Duraforce with a Qi wireless charger.
in setting/battery is says align the logo with the charging pad, tried every position but there's no charging.
case is removed from the phone, my other phone has no issues it charges as soon as phone touches the pad.
recently purchased the Qi pad never tested the phone with old software
phones been updated to lollipop .
Kyocera Duraforce Pro wireless charging standard
After reading that the Duraforce Pro supports "both" the Qi and PMA wireless charging standards, I bought a Qi charger and my Duraforce Pro failed to recognize it at all. The charger tested out fine on other phones including my wife's Galaxy S8.
Hope that my wasting of a couple days resolving this will help others BEFORE they buy their charger.
What I finally learned from a Kyocera rep is that there are four, carrier specific, versions of the Duraforce Pro (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile). The Duraforce Pro for Verizon uses the Qi standard, and the other 3 use PMA.
Wireless charger
I use one of the wireless chargers that Samsung makes. It was one of those round ones that I bought from AT&T. I never had a problem with it charging my phone until I broke the charger.

Duracell Powermat with LG V30+

as I understand it, duracell has the PMA sort of wireless charging and I read on some website that LG V30 supports PMA and Qi.
While my phone charges fine on the Qi wireless charger, I can't make it work on a Duracell Powermat (designed for the Samsung S3)
Has anyone managed to charge their V30 on a duracell powermat please?
update: this is the website which made me believe that powermat will work on V30

LG V30+ THINQ stopped wireless charging

Put phone on wireless charging stand last night and woke up to a dead phone this morning.
It charges just fine if wired.
I have shut down and restarted my phone several times...
Any suggestions or reasons why this would happen.
Thanks in advance.
:good: I do hope you have checked the charging equipment first?? I've have had charging pads, as well as, chargers themselves fail!! I have a US998 30b V30 and a US998 20h V30+, working perfect!! Only device issue I've had was with an LG V3, the wireless pickup coil came loose from the back of the cover, and tore, damaging the pickup coil!! :good:

Yeah, I've had a couple of Qi wireless charging pad fail on me also.
It could also be if your usb port has gone bad.( Happened to me)
But after usb port replacement, the wireless charging started working again
Before posting i did check all my wireless chargers...all working fine...my phone charges fine by direct plug in... It simply stopped wireless charging.
