Hi, surely this question has been asked before but the relative posts I've seen don't give a clear idea of how to perform in a secure way to do the "FRP unlock".
Actually, the 'Unlock OEM' option in 'Developer options' is disabled.
The only thing that I've done is to follow the steps in the Huawei to unlock the phone. Then after the reset I've cloned everything from my last phone (anHonor 6).
I only want to "FRP unlock", so I can flash TWRP and later gain root access to be able to run some applications that need root access.
Anybody could hel me?

I got a Moto E off eBay with a google account tied to it and I can't get the bootloader unlocked b/c I can't access the settings screen.....so its currently FRP locked. Is there a way to downgrade the firmware back to 5.0.2? I think that may help b/c when i try to unlock the Bootloader on 5.1, it tells me to enable OEM unlocking but I can't get to that screen....I don't think 5.0.2 has that option so it should just let me unlock bootloader...

Could try flashing the applicable firmware (http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e-2015/general/stocks-firmwares-moto-e-t3113235) via RSD Lite. Since it's officially signed by Motorola you don't need to unlock the bootloader.
However, the OEM Unlocking toggle you're talking about (in Settings > Developer Options) is in fact present in 5.0.2, at least in the XT1527/XT1528 5.0.2 firmwares.
so i guess i have a paperweight then....GRRR....
RSD Lite don't even see my phone
Sorry to bump an old thread but the problem is that the *#*#4636#*#* code does nothing from the dialer. Could we possibly downgrade to an older version with an older dialer???

Yes you can open any app with google now. Just type settings in the search bar and click the link(you dont have to be connected to internet). go to security and factory reset. FRP will be removed after reboot.

Accessed Settings But Still No Joy
Used this method to access settings https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4sQ73IoHQc but still no joy for me.
Trying to switch to guest user just puts you back into primary user, can't access developer options and factory reset button greyed out (XT1506). Hopefully someone else may have joy with one of these methods as I see they do work on others models/firmware.
Sony Xperia M4 Aqua (E2303) Root Guide
For devices with LOCKED BOOTLOADER (Bootloader unlock allowed: No)
I searched for days, weeks and months to find a way to root my Xperia M4 Aqua E2303 phone without any luck at all.
The problem is that every guide I could find means having to first unlock your bootloader before being able to root.
Dialling *#*#7378423#*#* will give you the 'Service Info' menu, and tapping 'Configuration' will give you more information.
Under 'Rooting Status' you will see Bootloader unlock allowed: No. If this is not the case, then I don't know if this guide will help you. However, if this IS the case, then the below allowed me to root my device.
My device info:
Android Version: 5.0 Lollipop
Kernel Version: 3.10.49
Build Number: 26.1.A.3.111
Disclaimer: I will not accept any responsibility for your device. You are using this guide and any linked files AT YOUR OWN RISK. Due to Bootloader being locked, this guide doesn't include flashing the recovery! I am sharing this in the hope that it will help someone having the same problems I did.
So, here we go.
1) Dial *#*#7378423#*#* then tap 'Configuration' then look under 'Rooting Status'. If it says 'Bootloader unlock allowed: No' then go to step 2.
2) Download the kit at http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=28364310233527948260
3) Unzip the kit. Make sure you have installed your Xperia M4's drivers including fastboot and ADB. These are also included in the kit you have just downloaded if you do not already have them.
4) Turn on your phone. Go to 'Settings' then go to 'About Phone'. Keep tapping on 'Build number' and you will unlock developer options.
5) Go to 'Settings' then go to 'Developer Options'. Tick 'Enable OEM unlock' and 'USB debugging'. Also UNTICK 'Verify apps over USB'.
6) Make sure your phone is well charged, and plug in your phone via USB cable. A message will appear asking if you give your PC debugging permission. Tick 'Always choose this option' and then tap 'Allow'.
7) On your computer, go to the kit you unzipped in Step 3 and go to the rootkitXperia_E23xx_26.1.X.3.xxx folder.
8) Double click on 'Install.bat' and an automated Command Prompt will open up (looks like DOS)
9) The bat file will send all the required files and scripts to your phone. When complete, your phone will restart.
10) When your phone has restarted, the Command Prompt will say 'Press any key to continue'. Push any key and the Command Prompt will close. If not, I am told the Rootkit can be run again until it works - however it worked first time for me.
If all has gone well, your phone will now be rooted and will have the SuperSU app installed. Download 'Root Checker Basic' from the app store to verify your root status.
The Rootkit files used were found at a similar thread here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/m4-aqua/development/root-xm4aqua-e2303-bolek-t3340399). This post/guide aims to be a more in-depth and approachable method for those not so comfortable working it out for themselves.
You're a lifesaver! Thanks so much I was stuck after having Bootloader Unlocked: No
Only problem is I don't have the usual feeling of satisfaction because of messing around with fastboot commands for hours that I usually do as this was so easy :/

Hi,
I have problem with root Motorola Moto E.
First step to root is unlock bootloader by fastboot oem get_unlock_data
In theory I should get the string byt instead I get "Could not get unlock data!"
During warienty phone was fixed and some parts were exchanged. The warranty is no longer valid so I wanted to root phone.
I get info to check Oem Unlock, but on my phone there is no such option.
Hmm...go into the developer settings and check if there is an option for "OEM unlocking" if it is ,then enable it and try again... Cheers!

Hello,
I've been trying to Root my Samsung C7 SM-C7000 phone but I keep getting the error that my phone is factory locked.
Is there a way to overcome this or unlock the phone?
I have read some threads about Enabling OEM Unlock in Developer Options, unfortunately this OEM Unlock is not available in my Developer Options menu no matter how much I tried getting it available by resetting dates.. etc.
Can anyone please help?
Can anyone help regarding this matter please??
Help Please!
Help Please!
@KHAWaNAWA
If option OEM unlock isn't offered in Developer options then phone's boot-loader can't get unlocked: Live with it.
Is it confirmed that OEM unlocking cannot be turned on on my device?
It's Samsung Galaxy C7 SM-C7000
Only to have said it: To root device's Android ( Android 6.0.1 ? ) it's not a prerequisite that phone's boot-loader got unlocked before.
The software on it is Android 8.0.0
I have tried to Root it and it said Factory locked.

You probably did it the wrong way.
Well in the download mode it shows me "Installation Failure" and under it
"You need to unlock your device to install a custom OS"
"For more information how to unlock visit samsung.com/cn"
I have even tried Rooting by going through recovery mode then selecting Reboot into Boot-loader, Same error.
@KHAWaNAWA
Look inside here.
Tried that too, same error still, phone is locked.
