I'll make it short. I read that some Qualcomm devices get to recover through the installation/flashing of the bootloader from the external SD (the physical SD Card).
So I'd like you to try out the image I've done and see if something changes in your device. This one should include the first four partitions which are required to get the system up.
DON'T TRY IT IN A WORKING PHONE IF YOU AREN'T DUMB, it shouldn't work, but if I were you, I wouldn't try at a first place.
This is the command I used: dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/mmcblk0 of=/sdcard/test.img count=42572
Count is a combination of the blocks from the first four partitions.

MD5: 6c7903c47f5cd86e2c1bb10266d2671d
Put it right in the root of your external SD.
If its not working, you can also try this:

@facuarmo, can you give a clearer explanation about this method? I'm trying to help some owners of G4 Play here in Brazil, and they are a lil bit confused with how this procedure works.
Thanks in advance!

There isn't a real big deal. This just flashes from byte 0 to the end of this image on the flash memory.
The procedure is pretty simple.
Take off the battery.
Take off the SD card.
Plug it in a computer.
Format to FAT32 if you didn't.
Put the file on the root of the memory, without any other file.
Download Win32 Disk Imager
Flash loader.img to your sdcard.
Unplug.
Put back on phone.
Put battery and try to turn it on.

One more question @facuarmo (sorry about that)... How do we use that command "dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/mmcblk0 of=/sdcard/test.img count=42572", the info "MD5: 6c7903c47f5cd86e2c1bb10266d2671d" has which use for?

You don't need to use that command. It's just a way to show and be open about how I managed to get that image.
The MD5 is used to verify if the download has been successful ad it's just an optional step.

According to this thread (see translation below) this is cause you've had a bootloader whose version is greater than the one you're tryna install. You must wait till Motorola posts last Nougat "soak test" bootloader.
http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=938478
If the program shows the message FAILED (blank-flash:sdl-transfer-image:sdl-hello:invalid HDLC frame) it's okay, it's just that the bootloader version isn't compatible [...]

Holy shiz! You can't just do it right from another device through MTP. The SD card must be physically connected to the computer through an internal or USB adapter.

It is inside firmware already by Motorola itself: fastboot_harpia_vzw_oem_vzw_user_6.0.1_MPIS24.241-2.35-1-17_17_release-keys-cid2_vzw.tar.gz.gz
This firmware is available publicly on all known Motorola firmware sites.
@tiago ferreira:
Are you sure you have harpia verizon? and not other model/carrier?
Guys I hv a problem with my Moto g4 play
When I switched on or restart my phone automatically fastboot screen open and then manually click Power button to start the phone.
It's happens when I unlocked my bootloader.
By the way twrp recovery and other stuff is working well. So guys what should I do? Any solution for this?

(I'm assuming you're using Windows, specify if otherwise)
Use something like md5sum.exe (or for something fancier, check out HashTab) and verify the zip file has MD5: 55023cc10b59fdec0aaa6695c4cf83fb
Are you certain the file on your ext_sd is named PJ53IMG.zip and not PJ53IMG.zip.zip? You can verify this in Windows Explorer by going to Tools > Folder Options > View tab > Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" (see screenshot)

You can do as mdmower says or just click on the file to see if it opens. Windows will tell you if it is corrupt.
It sounds to me like it is not being copied to the right location. I would try a card reader and see what happens with that.

If you're connected via USB, and you are still locked, you can try to simply run the latest RUU.exe.
Link to download here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1769622
The latest update will allow global, and there's another thread or two about carrier unlock in one of the sections, but I can't recall offhand. Just poke around and you'll find it.

Did your other post give you the answer?
I've never done one of these before so I'll give it my best shot. It assumes you know how to get ADB working on your watch.
Go here for adb help.
**This only works on bootloader unlocked, rooted devices. The tool at the link above can help you achieve this requirement.** -thanks 7dk
Download Link: Here
MD5 Checksum: AC0F2B4AA2C1B5199789F2770CDA5B06
Directions:
0) YOU MUST BE ON ANDROID WEAR VERSION 4.4W2 (BUILD KNX01Q) IN ORDER TO FLASH THIS OTA
1) Install ADB and successfully connect to your watch over ADB.
2) Rename the install ZIP to 'update.zip' if not already done so.
3) Move the ZIP to your ADB directory.
4) Open a command prompt in your ADB directory and follow these commands:
adb push update.zip /sdcard/update.zip
adb shell
su
cp /sdcard/update.zip /cache/update.zip
echo 'boot-recovery ' > /cache/recovery/command
echo '--update_package=/cache/update.zip' >> /cache/recovery/command
reboot recovery
Your watch should now reboot and begin updating.
Thanks to reddit users z0mbiexx and TjPhysicist for getting the link and install working.
Thank You sir.

It sounds like your computer isn't recognizing your watch as an ADB device when it's in fastboot mode. Usually just monkey around in device manager when this happens, but I'm not great at fixing this issue. I'd look through the comments in that thread for more help.

As of now, are there any tools or methods?
Which can unlockbootloader & install Twrp and root nokia c1 TA-1165 ?
I didn't find a method at all. There are only methods of other Nokia devices
Who can give me some suggestions?
@surathus
Road map:
1. Check for a TWRP matching your low-end phone
If found
2. Check both USB debugging and OEM unlocking are offered

If both features are offered
3. Download & install USB-driver matching your phone from OEM's website
If installed
4. Download TWRP matching your phone
5. Unlock phone's boot-loader by means of Fastboot
6. Flash Magisk
7. Root phone by means of Magisk
8. Flash TWRP
fastboot oem unlock or fastboot flashing unlock

You will need to open the device and short the test points.
Hi! I´m trying to short the test point in a A02s but the pcb looks different to the one shown in the picture and I don't know what are the test points in this one. I made sure that is a A02s. Can you pleas help me? TIA

Thankyou for uploading the image of the PCB, Can you please upload a picture with back Camera's removed from the main board?
There might be some test points beneath the Camera Strip.
Sometimes for a different hardware variant the test point are different.

I cannot find the test points to this motherboard without physical access to it.
Also this motherboard is different from what we have in India.
Do you have a digital multimeter?
