V4A is enough. Dolby has super less functions and is super easy to use if you don't want to deal with big number of tweaks.

Configuring Viper is entirely on user's taste.
I don't use audio modules anymore, I'm satisfied with my sound after tweaking the build in EQ.
I use Vanced youtube (for PiP mode and locked screen playback), I used to have viper as well but now I just stick to AudioFX as it's much easier to configure and most of the times I just use it to lower the bass on weak headphones to reduce buzzing.
Also, what's up with that google camera patch? Is it this one?

For headphones turn these on:
Master Power
Playback Gain Control - Max it if your earphones are good
ViPER-DDC - I use the Audio Technica mk2 500 cuz I have them. You can use the same even on normal earphones. Still makes it better.
Field Surround - slightl level 5
Headphone Surround + level 2
ViPER Bass - boost at 50Hz by 14db
ViPER Clarity - 3.5db
For phone speaker just turned on extra loud it doesn't matter max it if your phone speakers don't start cracking. Adjust accordingly.
Don't use Dolby or any other sound modifier with Viper4Android. Disable MusicFX in system apps.

Thanks for the hard work, I don't get this instal and reinstall? but please confirm the following:
Flash the op6_v5_stereomod in twrp,
Install AML from magisk,
Reboot.
Thanks for your help.
Thanks for your work!
There are applications that output sound depending on the proximity sensor (for example, watsapp, telegram). You turn on the voice message, bring the phone to your ear and the sound from the external speaker switches to conversational (that could be heard in public places).
Is it possible to implement it in your fashion or is it technically impossible?
Is it any difference between this
https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6/themes/magisk-stereo-speaker-mod-oneplus-6-t3814512
And u r mod
It literally says EXACTLY what the differences are in the main post dude!
- AML support
- Unity support
This basically means:
- This can work flawlessly with other audio mods.
- This can work with or without Magisk.

Try to create app like op5t stereo mod which helps to control sound parameters like mono, true stereo etc
Sorry to say this but providing any form of GUI or additions to the mod isn't really in the scope of what I set out to achieve here.
The code, however, is freely available on GitHub using the link from the main post - I'm more than happy for anyone to fork the code and add any additional functionality they wish to.
My aim here is simply to provide AML support so things like Atmos, ViPER, etc. can be used seamlessly alongside the mod. I also converted the mod to use "patch" instead of just overwriting the file and switched to Unity so that it could support being flashed directly for those not wishing to run Magisk.
Confirm this is working flawlessly together with ainur sauron & viper4android. Awesome mod for our device! Thank you very much!

Yes it works with Atmos - I ran that for a while myself - worked great.
If you're wondering - I ran the latest build from: https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=247761
Not my work - just linking to it since the main post for Atmos links to a 5 month older version by the same dev - very odd.

Do any of these audio mods actually improve speaker quality? The speaker crackles at high volumes right out of the box. Would love to improve it, but wiping to unlock bootloader only seems worth it if there's a noticeable difference

Some of the mods can have a considerable amount of effect on the audio quality but things like Atmos are not going to resolve any audio "popping" or distortion. ViPER may be able to help mitigate the issue.
The purpose of this mod, however, is actually just to enable the earpeace speaker as a secondary speaker so instead of just the one mono speaker at the button - you have a kind of stereo effect (i.e. 2 audio sources.)
I'm sure others can guide better on which specific ViPER settings may help with the issue you're facing but it may be worth tinkering if you're passionate about resolving the issue. That having been said - unlocking the bootloader and rooting does lose you OTA functionality so it's something to keep in mind.
How can permanent increase earpiece volume? If I increase it with ex kernel manager I turns back to normal after switching to standby
What is "AML" and there I get the aml module? ?
I have installed the v5 of stereo mod along with AML and Vioer4Amdroid. How do i control the volume and gain levels of earpiece? I am not able to find the control settings anywhere.

Does oxi-fy work?
A magisk module adding the mods from ShaDisNX255's Thread plus some extra ones
Features we normally deserve to get
Note: It should only be used on the Galaxy A71 (SM-A715F). Trying on other devices is at your own risk.
In case something doesn't work, remove the module. It will revert everything to it's normal state.
In case you bootloop (Which is extremely unlikely), boot into safe mode and remove the module.
If you stumble on problems, please open a new issue on GitHub. I was not able to test it on multiple devices, because I only own one.
Added OS features:
Enable Dolby Atmos without headphones
Higher audio quality (Disabled DRC, which deeply compresses audio)
Disabled Samsung Marketing
High-End Animations
Enhanced CPU Responsiveness
Added High Performance mode
HDR Effect Support
Voice Recorder Interview mode
AOD to lockscreen transition
Full edge lighting
Added camera features:
Added new modes: Pro Video
Extended pro (video) mode features: Histogram, Focus peaking, zoom, reset button, expanded shutter speed
Unlimited video file size
Switch camera (back/front) while recording (Bug: When switching, camera is upside down)
FullHD 60FPS recording
24FPS mode for 4K and FHD (Pro mode)
Second editing in Single Take
Custom resolutions in live focus
Beauty feature in live focus
Torch flash in live focus
Night mode zoom
Spoiler: Android 10 - added features
Note: I won't support android 10 anymore. You can download the latest and last version here.

You need to be properly rooted with Magisk to run it. If you don't know how to do that then I suggest you look up tutorials.
For some reason my camera app always crash when I have this installed on an A71 with Android 10. And yes, I have installed the correct version. You might want to look into that.

Is there any dolby audio mod for Android 11 with equalizer such as atmos, digital plus or dolby audio without root ?
As far as I know no you must have root. I've used Dolby Digital v7.3 from 2nd post located here quite a bit on my last device which was a OnePlus 6t and it worked very well. There was a small bug that didn't effect anything where when I initially set DD up, when turning one of the setting on or off I would have to reopen the app because it would close and push me out of it when making these adjustments. I don't mean the EQ adjustments in talking about the four other sound switches on the app below where the EQ is ok DD. This is a known bug but like I said if didn't cause anything to not work I would just flash 7.3 in magisk manager then during initial set-up I would turn on these settings one by one and one at a tone due to this issue and the app pushing me out every time I turned on a switch. Once I had all four on how I wanted them then I would adjust the EQ depending on what I was listening to.. I don't think there are Dolby Mods that can be used without root... I believe they'd have to be made as part of the rom to be that way like Atmos comes on some devices but I've never seen anything like this besides from an oem that doesn't require root.
Dolby Digital 7.3 is in the second post here:
