Hello there,
I have broken my A510F screen, theres only black screen without touch privileges.
I still can unlock it with FINGERPRINT, but when I connect it to my PC, it doesn't recognize files, because I must pull down notifications bar, and set it to Transfering Media Files.
I can't access SAMSUNG FIND MY MOBILE, and I need to get files from phone.
Can anybody help me up there?

I am on the forum for a while but this is my first post.
So my situation is the following.
My S3 display broke and the touchscreen with it. I want to know would it be possible to add a bluetooth keyboard with integrated mouse (a Logitech Mediaboard pro) by editing the settings files on the pc and than transferring it to the smartphone?
The phone is rooted, without adb and with usb deubugging disabled but somehow i manage to get Odin detect the phone.
So I thought of editing a recovery.img from the SGS3 Toolkit recovry folder so that when i flash the phone it is already paired with the keyboard.
But I have no knowledge how to do this and a bit of help would be more than apreciated as well as any other method to achieve the above mentioned.
I thought connecting a keyboard and than to tv so i can use it untill i get a new display.
My smartphone model is:
Galaxy S3 GT-i9300 with PDA:LIB, PHONE:LIB, CSC:LI1 (read from kies)
no. buy an OTG adapter and connect a usb mouse. won't be able to hook up video though
My S3 I9300 screen is completely broken (blank) and I want to recover my photos. I can turn on the phone and it makes all the usual noises therefore indicating that it is working.
I have downloaded the Unified Toolkit from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1703488
But it seems that I need USB Debugging turned on for me to do anything with the phone - but this is impossible without a working screen...
I can blindly boot the handset into recovery mode - this results in Windows recognising the device (a device with no folders appears in explorer), and so does the Unified Toolkit (serial number is displayed).
Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can proceed? Are there any other tools that I can use? Is it possible to turn on USB debugging some other way?
Cheers
pull the files via adb while in recovery. find a guide if you don't know how
The unified toolkit will handle adb pull files. Option 11 in main menu if I'm not mistaken

Well, maybe you can try pull out the memory card from you S3 I9300 phone, and then recover files from memory card.

The whole point is that they're on the internal memory.
If your phone has a broken screen, you may try to recover data from phone with this tutorial: Recover data from phone whose screen is broken
hope this helps.
One of my relatives has an old Galaxy Player. It's not recognized by my PC (or any, for that matter) and recently its home screen (process com.scc.android.app.twlauncher) has stopped working. I need the photos off of it and have been trying to no avail. The files are on the internal SD card, hence the difficulty. I think that if I could just install an application (.apk), or even just access the storage from a PC, then I could figure something out, but I can't figure out how to.
Thanks in advance,

Is the Wi-Fi working on the device? If so, you could install Airdroid and transfer the files with no cable

It's working, but due to the home not appearing, I can't access it.
I need help with trying to transfer files to my computer with a Galaxy S7 that has no display or touchscreen activity. No USB sharing isnt enabled. (I know I know) Any help would be greatly appreciated. everything backed up to my google drive but my documents. Again please help!
I assume USB debugging is disabled too?
You might be able to plug in a mouse over the USB port so you can create some input. Not sure if the same would work for a display though. If you can manage to unlock with your mouse somehow you also should be able to access your data over USB as the phone isn't locked anymore. If you really can't manage to unlock the device without a screen, maybe you can remove the lock through find my device? Not sure though.
So if you manage to unlock the phone without a screen you should be fine
Hi!
I have a Xiaomi 10t phone. Unfortunately my screen is broken it is unusable. Now I can't access to my files, because I can't choose the file transfer option when connect it to the PC.
Is there any way to access my files?
The classic way, if the data is really worth it:
