Hello, I am looking for a way to flash a new rom (even stock) or a backup so I can restore it for the phone Allview p9 lite 2017. Allview is a romanian phone seller who sell rebranded phones made in China. I know the phone is using a mt6753 processor. Right now is in a state where I can't bypass the google verification account, as the owner who sold me the phone had a google account and I forgot to remove or add mine before the reset..and now I am stuck. Any help please? Android version on it is 7 with latest update, can't bypass with tricks like sellect all, share, otg..

I just bought a LENOVO S2005 in China, the phone came with Android 2.3.6 using it´s own app I upgrade it to 4.0.3 but there´s a problem: I can´t register any google account on it (there´s a place to put one ms exchange account, but no google) and there isn´t access to google market or google play :-(
Does anybody knows how to solve this?!?

I also have this phone which I bought in China. Love the phone and wish I could use it here in the US.
Mine has been updated to ICS which happened through a Lenovo download.
I was able to download from AndroidPit an app store ability. It is problematic but at least it gives me some functionality. I haven't been able to make google/play work nice with the device yet. I think it is something with the fight that happened with China and Google. Not sure.
If you don't mind, where are you located and if you are in the US, have you been able to get the phone unlocked.

Hi, I got a gift from my family a Mate 20 pro and they didn't know that they bought a chinese model, and now im stuck without being able to change launcher, use some google apps and more...
Is there any way, doesn't matter how hard or tidious it is to release the phone from the chinese rom???
Any help will be greatly appriciated!

You aren't likely to find your answer on XDA. There is no free method for unlocking the bootloader on Huawei phones (which might not be an issue on the Chinese version). There also is no simple way to manually flash firmware on Huawei phones because they don't want owners (or unscrupulous Chinese merchants) to modify the software.
You would probably need to rebrand your phone to run the international ROM on it and I don't know if rebranding is even possible on this phone--it wasn't on the P20 Pro.
You might want to contact Funky Huawei. It's not a free service but they might at least be able to tell you if running the global ROM on the Chinese hardware phone is possible.
If that isn't an option somebody said there was an unnoficial build of LOS for the M20P. You might be able to flash that which wouldn't be an ideal solution but it would give you access to most Google apps.
Only issue so far is WiFi calling missing on my Chinese version, Google map timeline can't working properly.
I can use okay Google, Google feeds etc...after deleted some related Chinese softwares.

I have bought a Note 8 from china, and I'm waiting for it to be shipped, so I want to know some details while I can still get a refund.
Can I install google play services, and be able to use them with no problem ?
Will I be able to root my phone in the future ?
Does the chinese model have some limitations compared to the other models ? If so, can I flash another model firmware on it ?

Hello, so while trying to get google services on my p40lite 5g (cdy-lgrp2-ovs) i end up with magic ui on my mobile and still no gms (i installed cdy-lgrp4 instead of lgrp2 i didnt notice the difference T_t)
So now im stuck with an honor device and i cant get any cdy-lgrp2-ovs firmware to reinstal huawei firmware on my mobile, i give up for google services but i just want to get my phone back to how he was initially

I know this aint what your asking for BUT if you have a custom recovery you could backup what it is to an sdcard for of what it is needing from the firmware maybe. or if its to fix your phone, i know that if your systems gone bad, This device ( atu-l22 ) which of what i has is able to download the firmware for you even if your phone doesnt have a system installed on it..

I know i shouldnt be posting this question on your forum but maybe you or anyone that visits this post may know how to install ( custom rom/ custom firmware ) to our specific device? ( Atu-L22 ) ive been trying for a very long time, i have Unlocked bootloader & Magisk rooted device. Much experience with doing stuff to phone systems BUT then it comes to huawei which is muc different for ME to what samsung and other androids are? i just need help installing custom roms, im currently about to delete my system from my phone which ive backed up, and am about to have it reinstalled from that Erecovery thingy which our device offers, then imma fix/ unlock the vendor type thingy thru HCU Client and see if that helps?
