i flashed micromax canvas knight A290 (mediatex M6592) stock rom but after a week it started crashing apps so i just rebooted my device but it went to a bootloop. then i flashed the stock rom ( i have already flashed it many time with full precaution) process went ok but now phone is not booting , no light , no charging when i connect it to flash again it gets recognised and flashing goes ok again but still no sign of life whatsoever. when i connect it to pc i can hear usb on/off sound. plz help me UNBRICK my device

Hi,
I am newbie to this forum and also this is my first smartphone...but if given instructions i can definately follow....I have got this new micromax ninja 4 which is great phone but due to ram constraints on the phone i rooted it yesterday and to clear the phone i removed couple of micromax applications after that phone doesnt recognise the sim card and keep getting message like dialer storage stopped responding core.android stopped respnding.....things i have tried to fix....
done factory reset from recovery console..wiped cache as well nogo...removed root uninstaller as well still the same...please help in installing factory image of the phone so i wud root it again and wud delete cautiously...any suggestion or help wud be appreciated...

i am also new here,learnt that you usedrecovery console in this handset....can you please explain me how to take the phone to recovery console....my phone is struck at boot logo...so need to take it to recory console....i would be at a great relief if i can take the phone to recory console....awaitng yours reply....

Hi sure just shut down the phone n then press the volume up key n power on button together til u see first screen n it will go to recovery console
How to flash stock A87 ROM
Only in case you bricked your phone
Incase if you bricked your phone or made some serious changes and cant revert back or some kind of malfunction happened and you’re worried, no need to worry from now on. We have stock a87 rom which is the original os shipped with Micromax devices.
Just download this file and copy it to sdcard
Then turn off ur phone.
Now press up volume + power button until u see micromax logo.
Then u will enter the recovery mode ,there by using the volume rocker select the apply update.
From the sdcard and press power button ,now select yes and press power button again.
After sometime you will see successful message.
Now select reboot.
Thats all your phone is back to stock rom shipped from micromax.

whats the phone's chipset?

I've got a moto g and a micromax bolt a35. The A35 was very slow and I thought I'd try my luck with a custom rom.

I managed to get my micromax A35 rooted and cyanogenmod installed.
The problem arised when I installed the rom. Initially, everything was good. But then, it got stuck in ":recovering data (some numbers here) " part. This is when I removed the battery of the phone. When I restarted the phone, I got the bolt logo and then it gets stuck at a blackscreen
Someone please help me.

while flashing with SPtool for stock rom, my 8x 1000 got bricked,
i was using material L rom from http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/rom-android-l-material-rom-xolo-8x-1000-t3011562
i just wanted to switch to stock rom with SPtool. it detected my phone and immediately it was not responding and got closed. i tried again again again but no luck. phone is not even running recovery with volume keys.
no light, no sound. when i connects to pc it just makes a sound "tidinggg".
no charging indicator.
i lost hope with SPtool.
if any one can help Please.

I have a micromax canvas hd a116 which was working fine from past three years.
But two days before when i was attending a call it suddenly stopped and everything stopped working displaying "Unfortunately Stopped" error and it powered off.
And when i switched it on it freezed on boot logo. Every attempt to restart gave the same result. I decided to take it to MICROMAX CARE. They said it might be a software issue and it will be charged Rs700 for reflashing software. They also said that 90% chances are that it will be recovered but 10% chances are that it woud bring no effect.
I thought giving it try.
But as those 10% chances were there was no effect one of the staff told me that the fashing process gave an error in between.
After that I thought to give it a try my self.
I used SP FLASH TOOLS for the process.
But it gave a BROM ERROR:5069 (after the red and purple bar).
I have also tried flashing each file one by one but ony the PRELOADER was flashed successfuly and rest all files gave same error.
Please Help me with the flashing process.
P.S.- I don't know much about tech and flashing stuff so i might need a detailed instruction for every step. Though i have flashed a custom rom two years ago but i did that from recovery mode and not using SP FLASH TOOLS.

I'm new her and sorry for my bad English
I have a wiko lenny phone a few days ago my phone stuck on wiko logo on welcome screen and blocked there even if I tried to charge it battery logo appears without percentage of charging and the screen always power on and red led not working so i flashed it by sp flash tool but didn't work although sp flash tool program said phone flashed successfully!!
I can't hard reset it because it says : CANNOT GET ENCRYPT STATE
so please anyone can help me...

Flash the stock rom again :3 search for it on needrom
Give a flash with latest STOCK ROM for your device, after flashing still getting boot-loop give a hard reset It should work after reset.
