Try dirty flashing the ROM again. If it doesn't work then clean install the ROM.

But it reboots every time when I enter in language choosing step of setup wizard
Flashed successfully with v16 eng.stk twrp after booting it rebooted for only one time
Bugs and working:-
1. Gestures not working
2.harware button are always on and not working because when you touch them they vibrates
3.after enabling on screen buttons hardware button are still active and not working(same vibration feedback)
4.lags some time but its smooth rom
5.led is working

Tested camera its quality is great google camrea is the inbuild app
I didn't tested the gps though

I flashed open gapps pico version and it rebooted only one time .
Requirements:
1) Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon phone;
2) TWRP installed;
3) Rooted.
Initialization:
1) Copy Snapdragon Camera RedmiNote3SD.zip file into internal or micro sd storage;
2) Go to TWRP and select "Install";
3) Choose .zip file and install;
4) Reboot System.
After your phone boots up you will see new "Camera" icon on your home screen.
Have fun taking pictures!

1>> open root Explorer ( use Es explorer or mix explorer)
go to /system >>data>> and open build. prop
change
2>>'ro.product.model=Redmi note 3' to 'ro.product.model=Pixel 2 XL'
3>>"ro.product.brand=Xiaomi ' to 'ro.product.brand=Google"
4>>"ro.product.manufacturer=Xiaomi" to "ro.product.manufacturer=Google"
5>> then add 'ro.opa.eligible_device=true' at the end
Then go and Download or updated Google app to latest beta
you will find the button in the right corner

Reverted to stock build.prop.
Google lens is still there.
Maybe latest Google App v7.13.21.21 already has glens feature?
