Reverting back to 1.3.4 on Amazfit - Amazfit

Hello, I am using the version 1.3.5f on my Amazfit, but I am not happy with the battery life, also the 3rd party applications are slower. What is the possibility to revert back to version 1.3.4f? I am on original ROM, unrooted.
Thanks.

[Q] Android market force close

I bought an Optimus One in Dubai and it didn't came with android market (apparently it's blocked over here), so I rooted it and installed the vending.apk manually.
It opens but force close all the time, downloads never start and after a while it force closes... I've tried clearing the data and using market enabler but the problem persists.
Im new on android, anyone can help?
Thanks!
Facing the same problem...
@raguida
Strange coincidence!! I also bought the Optimus One (P-503) from Dubai and facing the same problem of not having Android Market. For some strange reason, SLIDE ME is pre-loaded on the phone... but it cannot hold a candle to Android Market.
Can you walk me through the steps used for rooting it? Also, where did you get the vending.apk from?
Help from the gurus would certainly help leveraging the power of Android.
Thanks!!
Anyone has market running properly on Optimus One?
I've downloaded many vending.apk files the only one that actually installed is attached, but like I said even when it doesn't force close the downloads stuck on "starting download" phase...
Maybe it's not the proper vending.apk for this phone or for froyo... if any user have this phone with market running and can upload the apk it would be great...
To root it was really simple just follow the step by step video on this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=803682
Good luck and let me know if you have better luck... I suggest you try to install the market before rooting bcs so far rooting the phone didnt help on anything and maybe in the end it's not even necessary...
I downloaded my market.apk from phone. It is actualized to last version. Maybe it will help maybe not. You will see.
Customized sw from Vodafone, Central Europe (LG-P500-V10a)
//EDIT:
What about name of application? Can't be problem here?
Thanks a lot, you version is much newer then the one I was using, unfortunatelly the FC still happens when I try to download or open the downloads tab... or maybe it's because of my version, it's V-10c...
Thanks anyway!

It's strange. Maybe problem is not in application itself. Check it out.
If problem is really in issue that Google's market doesn't support East countries you probably will have to flash one of original-one firmware from another country.
Which version of fw do you have?

It will be fine check if P503 and P500 are same model with different ROMs. If so, then chose your original ROM and flash it into.
It have one problem - lost of warranty.

After re-flash you of course lost also rooting, because whole ROM was replaced. For rooting you can use same steps as before you used. (Super One click 1.5.5+ (PC app), z4root (android app), or configure via adb shell)
If is phone rooted, than you are allowed to delete what you want - also pre-installed apps. You can find this apps in /system/app but be careful what are you delete!!
Can somebody confirm this path? I'm not sure about this.

Any reason for selecting the 10A version and not the 10C version? I read here that the 10A version has a bug and the user was being recommended 10C.

Any problems being noticed by you subsequent to the flashing? Also, does the IMEI number get wiped out after flashing?

Because it seems, that A,B,C aren't older or newer version, but only country modification. But nobody knows, what is true.
Discuss about this you can find here.
I think that possibility of different language (country) versions can be likeliest.

I've chosen 10a bcs mine was already showing 10c, but I think it was a modified version of 10c (without market), anyway 10a is working fine. Does the 10c version come with nDrive or you also had to download it again?
Have you noticed any missing apps from your previous version to this 10c you installed? Also there are any new apps other them market there?
Cheers,

Perfect thanks i will try theme if I can find ftf files, I found 2 and will give theme a try later today
There is a program called XperiFirm from which you can download any ftf you want from any carrier, market and for any model, just select your desired model and firmware, download the package and make note of its location on your PC, then fire up flashtool, select bundle -> create, navigate to the place I've mentioned earlier, choose the phone's model from the grey list, add customisation and version if you like and add the parts at the bottom, then click create, when it is created you are ready to flash it, it will already be available in the flashing menu sorry for my English, it is not my native lang but I've tried to explain it as hard as I could, you can find better explanations with pics in the XperiFirm thread

I haven't paid attention to that... It looks quite okay with no abnormal battery drain. But I can't say whether it's better than 5.0.2 when it comes to battery life.
However, more than battery life, I can tell you that you'll experience a phone far more smoother and pleasant to use with 4.4.4... Now that's only my opinion but I have noticed a world of difference between the two (4.4.4 vs 5.0.2).

Software update questions

Hello!
I've just got my OPX and I wanted to update my software (my phone is running on Android 5.1.1 and OxygenOS 2.1.2), but I couldn't find a software update button in Settings >> About phone.
Does this mean that I have to update it manually (using my PC)?
If so, can I just get the latest update or do I have to install them one by one, in chronological order?
Will there be any loss of data?
Thanks!

You would have to flash chronological, yes. I already read about the missing button here some time ago.
Just backup your stuff and flash the full 2.2.1. ROM .

Root and use Titanium Backup to restore apps' settings.
Eventually, you will encounter bugs (Shelf, Google Hangout calls). The newest version is bug-free for me and runs very smooth with a custom kernel (BluSpark).

Does rooting void the warranty? I've bought my phone from a carrier (off contract) in the EU and I have 2 years of warranty. The last time I've rooted a phone was in 2011/2012 and I remember being uncertain about the warranty.

No, with OnePlus devices it does not void the warranty. Check here: https://oneplus.net/support/answer/will-rooting-or-unlocking-the-bootloader-void-my-warranty

No, it won`t get OTA if you flash f/w from non native region, even if you flas f/w from BC72 to BC72.
I got BC72 from China, flashed to Russian f/w 2 months ago, and it didn`t get OTA until i flashed back native China f/w.
It`s very sad, i agree. (((

Global C2 is HK, you are right. It comes with all Google services and apps installed from the box, and if you get OTA it is your native f/w.
Chinese (NOT HK or TW!) XQ-BC72 devices comes without Google apps from the box, however, it does has Google services inside the f/w, and you can install Google apps (market, gmail, youtube e.t.c) manually with no problem, so it won`t be almost any difference between HK and Chinese rom after you install the apps manually by yourself.

Yes, you can flash updated f/w with Newflasher from any XQ-BC72 to any QX-BC72 with no problem, but you must remember the main thing - OTA update system stops working on non native f/w!
I don`t see any reason for you to flash your HK device to China f/w, it doesn`t have any sense. But to flash Chinese device to a global ROM (HK, TW, SEA, RUS...) definitely makes sense if only OTA system could work after that (((

Thank you very much for your reply. I agree with you that it does not make sense to flash Chinese f/w to HK f/w. It just that I do not like the look of Google apks and the Google calendar does not have a year view. You are right, losing OTA update is a problem. I will just disable the Google apks and chose some other equivalent apks.

Would you tell me, please, your device was Chinese BC72 out of the box?
You won't get bootloop if you set actice slot A before flashing, the exact command for this look in the instructions please.
And i highly recommend to you to make a f/w repair procedure with Xperia companion, after Newflasher flashing.

I've got you. Yes, you can try to flash CN f/w on your HK device, but it doesn't make any sense. CN f/w is poor, it doesn't have any google apps pre-installed, however, it does have a google services, you just need to install g apps manually by yourself.
Try SEA f/w instead od CN
I just like to try f/w with different apps instead of g apps. If the SEA f/w is similar to HK f/w with g apps then I am not so interest in it unless it has some features different than the HK f/w.

My device is HK BC72 out of the box (I think) since the software info says GLOBAL-C2-user. I am afraid that if I flash a previous software version I might get boot loop due to anti roll back. I just had a hard brick on my Mi 11 due to flashing an android 12 version. I do not want to brick my new xperia so soon. I should be able to fix the boot loop using Xperia companion right?

I would have done that if the CN version is also 61.0.A.14.3. I do not want to brick the phone due to anti roll back.

Not everyone bootloop can be fix by XC recovering. If you will flash the device without changing slot, you won't be able to repair the device with XC, for example.
There's no anti roll back protection on Xperias, as i know. You may flash the older f/w back with no problem, just chande to slot A as active before flashing.

I flashed back my device from newer RU f/w to older CN f/w, and it flashed great. After that i made a companion repair, and now i'm using it.
