AGPS won't sync - Amazfit

I have Amazfit pace. I've been on the latest firmware 1.3.6d for a few days. I've restarted both my phone and watch several times. Tried to sync when phone connected to watch and data. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the Amazfit app (Android) on my phone. Still getting the error. I've done a factory reset on my watch. My phone has internet connection when connected to the watch. I can't get AGPS data to sync.

unfortunatelly same here. (ios) if you found a solution, please share here..

Same for me too... Very desapointed , must be a bug of the new firmware. Anyone with a solution..?

I have the same problem. After the fw update my first activity uploaded to the mobile app but did not upload to Strava. Two days after I did a new activity which was uploaded to Strava and while syncing that activity I saw a message like "...updating AGPS..." on the mobile app but for my surprise yesterday the watch started to show the message asking to do the AGPS update. I tried many times through the mobile app and through the watch (manually starting the upload and update options) but the problem persists.
The last fw update claims improvements in the GPS but for me it is taking much longer to sync with satellite than before.
Since the mobile app was also updated recently the issue could be anywhere: the new app, the new fw, or both...

It's really weird. I tried old Chinese firmware (pacefied), latest Chinese firmware, latest USA firmware 1.3.6d).. every firmware has this A-gps sync issue. I said weird because iOS Amazfit app 2.1.1 (latest version) be able to sync A-gps at past (2 or 3 days ago). So... What is the problem coming from? I guess it can be a server issue. Amazfit app might update soon..

Statement from Amazfit Dev group... It will be fixed soon.

Yeah my watch told me the AGPS was outdated now....

Same issue here with 1.3.6d.
I managed to get AGPS to update when I connected to the watch via adb shell to watch the output of logcat. I have no idea what about that did it (or whether that had anything to do with it).
In anycase, I attached the watch to the charging dock thing then to my computer. Ran
Code:
adb shell
Then ran
Code:
logcat | busybox tee /mnt/shell/emulated/0/log.txt
Finally I fired up the Amazfit app on my phone to sync and it ran successfully. In the output from logcat I see the following:

You don't "get it", it is updated when watch syncs with Amazfit app on phone. And even if you can copy the file manually, it expires after a while...

Stereo Bluetooth help

i have a pair of the sharper image 10x wireless headphones, class 1 bluetooth headphones. well long story short, they worked perfectly fine for music with my old g1, which was stolen. now, i am unable to pair my headphones with my new g1, and i've tried everything and now, i'm running out of ideas. since the sharper image went bankrupt, i cant return them to the store or call a customer support. i paired it over 100 times but it wont connect, the only thing that happens is, when i try to connect the headphones, it turns off once it tries to connect media audio. phone audio connects fine, but it still doesn't really work. at first i thought it was the rom, but then i wiped and flash 3 different roms just to have none of them work. i am using cyanogen 4.1.11.1 with .229i radio and dangerspl.

[Q] When browsing with enabled VPN, phone reboots itself.

I created VPN connection: L2TP/IPSec CRT VPN
When i connect to it and then start browsing using any of browsers available: Dolphin HD, FF or original one the effect is the same.
Website will start to open and then - SGS2 will suddenly reboot itself. This happens every each time, like 100% of attempts.
I have Android 2.3.4 on non-rooted phone. The same was when i had 2.3.3.
All browsers are up to date.
Have someone met with similar issue?
Does anyone use VPN on SGS2?
Maybe you could say which VPN settings work for you and don't crash your phone?
I've the similar issues.
every time I try to connect VPN(via PPTP), it reboots 100%.
EDIT: this only happens in 3G network. It's fine in wireless network. and when I had official Fireware, VPN connection is fine in wireless network, but can't connect in 3G network.(not reboot, but can't connect).
UPDATE: I use openvpn now, it works both in 3G and wireless network.

Same problem here. I opened another thread about this.
It looks like the problem is there with 2.3.4 and 2.3.5
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1297120
I use L2TP IpSec with PSK (because PPTP won't connect with my carrier in China). And everytime my phone reboots after a while (it's not only when surfing, just doing anything using data connection).

[S3C6410] Gprs is not connecting in Android 2.3

Hi all,
I got s3c6410 Arm development Board. It has been ported with Android 2.3.
This board has SIM300 GSM modem. When i tried to connect to internet through GPRS i found APN was missing.
By searching through internet i added APN settings manually.
I got the symbol G with arrows up down in the notification area.
But when i opened the browser i am not able to browse the websites.
I checked the netcfg in the adb shell
# netcfg
lo UP 127.0.0.1 255.0.0.0 0x00000049
eth0 DOWN 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0x00001002
I found i am not getting the ip in it.
I was able to make and receive calls through GSM modem.
The GPRS connects in the same board when i am using embedded linux with AT commands.
When i see the logcat -b radio

Need help with WIFI & BT

Hi all, want to congratulate you on this forum, I hope you can help me.
Recently bought this "SGP 5.0 YP-70" from Amazon and am very pleased, but after two weeks of use, suddenly stopped working the WiFi and BT, I have dealt with several networks and definitely nothing. Update to 2.3.6, then downgrade to 2.2.2, rooting, unrooting, I'm thinking it's a hardware problem, someone has had a similar fault? I can not return it for warranty because the shipping (Venezuela) would cost more than a new one. I would appreciate any suggestions.
:crying:
try flush Dalvik cache and cache partition
if dont help, get logcat, try to turn on wifi and bt and show us those logs

Look like messed up configuration or messed up kernel.
Try install right 2.3.5 or 2.3.6 and try to flash a right kernel.
I had got similar problem after flash cm7 kernel on stock 2.3.6

I really think it's a hardware issue.
