Do you know, does Samsung S8 plus have any feature, which cchenges Sound profiles by it self based on time settings?
Example: 9 am - 5 pm - Vibrate mode.
5 pm - 11 pm - Sound mode

Use Volume scheduler pro from playstore. I am using it and it does your concern.

I use Samsung sound assistant. İt allows better sound control, (more precise volume up to %150 value, EQ and so on) it works wonderfully

i love music and also i really like Mi piston in-earphone. may some of you know that mi piston doesnt work or sound well on other devices except xiaomi phones and same goes on custom roms. i tried most of the custom roms available but im not that satisfied with the sound quality.
please port the music app and the effects for all mi piston earphones.

I'm currently using liquid smooth with viper already installed. tweaked it a night ago but still not satisfied with the sound quality. if i increase something, the other degrades like base to treble or something like that.

I agree with you..even some paid irs which I have done do justice to the pistons+mi3 combo on custom roms..dirac hd definitely does something amazing in the sound processing

somebody ported (or something like that) the camera app of miui v5 and can be installed through recovery flash. may be it is possible for miui music app and drac effects. i really like miui music, downloading the songs while you listen to it is very useful.

Just replace the mixer_paths_mtp.xml in /system/etc if you don't want to flash anything
But I think that locked bootloader twrp could work
Thanks for your help but I don't really trust this mod. Besides, many users report serious bugs. All I need is to raise the volume limit from audio jack 3.5 for earphones. I don't want to mess with speakers.
For example, for sony xperia M which I have there is this trick:

Lol those aren't serious bugs, if you don't get sound you just have to replace your backup
I Found it! The solution was so simple, was in program's (Music apk) settings.
Go to Settings--> Deactivate ClearAudio+ -->Enter Sound Settings
-Activate dynamic Normaliser
Now activate clear audio+ from the same window. Done!

If you have root, install Dolby Atmos and activate the option Volume Leveler.

Been using it since released of 4pda. Love this ROM. Great battery, great performance. Really one of the best. This is recommended!
Can i flash it with Odin? I kinda screwed up my phone and i can only reach Download mode, not the TWRP one.

I got this solved. I flashed the recovery image from Odin. Did an Odin flash earlier with a wrong official ROM and screwed up the phone. But i got TWRP back and flashed it. THanks.

I have a few bugs to report:
1. if you activate Always on screen, you might end up with a buggy screen after you lock your device. A reboot solves it until you lock it again.
2. Private mode does not work. Although it asks for a pattern/PIN, you cannot turn it on afterwards.
3. Iris Scanner doesn't work.
4. Samsung Pay will obviously not work since you have a rooted device and Knox has been tripped
5. Face Recognition is a bust (but i cannot expect much from that since i might lack the hardware that does that)
Please recommend a kernel and undervolt settings .

What about ROM speed/fluidity ? does it lag sometimes like other S8 Roms ? also how about the S8 camera included, is it stable ?
BTW, the iris scanner will never work due to missing sensor, so it would be better if removed completely from the settings

After 3 weeks with this Rom, I can report that it's one of my favorites Rom. Everything works like a charm (except the new Samsung internet app (or it's just me ?)). The only main problem is battery life, I have to charge phone after 3h SoT, even with maritos kernel. I use as daily driver btw

I have found a fix for the buggy screen with AOD, go to AOD settings, click on the clock that you want and set a background, it will work (hit thank if it helped)

I can tell you that, after 2 months of official 7.0.0 on this phone, this ROM is heaven for me. I does not lag, everything opens as expected, except the things i mentioned above, the camera does its job, though i haven't recorded a video yet, but the pictures and flash are not crashing the software.
And yes, i would remove features that cannot be used in this phone. They are misleading and useless without their respective hardware.

I don't have a problem with the battery, then again i did not change the kernel. I lack the knowledge on how to set it up properly. But i can argue that battery life on this ROM allows me to use the phone for one full day (on/off) instead of a few hours on stock.

V4A is enough. Dolby has super less functions and is super easy to use if you don't want to deal with big number of tweaks.

Configuring Viper is entirely on user's taste.
I don't use audio modules anymore, I'm satisfied with my sound after tweaking the build in EQ.
I use Vanced youtube (for PiP mode and locked screen playback), I used to have viper as well but now I just stick to AudioFX as it's much easier to configure and most of the times I just use it to lower the bass on weak headphones to reduce buzzing.
Also, what's up with that google camera patch? Is it this one?

how can i install xposed on Mi5 Miui Oreo? O.S. crash all the time on boot. I think it is compatible only with stock android release.
