[Q] Bootloop after disassembly

I was having some problems with my headphone jack and i opened my Galaxy Note to check it out. Took only those flat cables around it and used a Contact Cleaner. After that, it's stuck on bootloop.
I had a recovery mode installed and the touch wasn't working at all (TWRP)!
I tried to flash a stock rom, which removed the recovery mode, but kept the same problem.
What could i possibly try?
How far does it actually get before it loops back? Samsung logo? Boot animation? Home screen?
You might have a stuck power button.

Samsung logo.
I'm going to guess your power button is stuck.

I should try to disassembly again?
Thanks for the answer.
The stuck power button is a very common defect in the original Galaxy note. It either gets literally stuck, or misaligned and is constantly pressed. I fixed mine by flicking the backside of the phone with my finger by the button. Some have fixed it by tapping the button rapidly. Others needed to take it apart and clean the physical button itself.

Couldn't be possible that the touchscreen is causing some sort of short circuit and the cellphone shuts itself as a prevention? I'm thinking that cause when i first managed to enter the Recovery Mode TWRP (before flashing a new rom), the touch wasn't working at all.
I'll try your alternative as well and will report tomorrow.

Won't Turn On Anymore - Glass Repair Attempt - Even Replaced LCD

Hello,
I bought a cracked Galaxy S3 which I used for a few months before I tried to repair it, I have successfully replaced the glass only on a Galaxy S3 before.
Anyway I accidentally pulled the lcd in half, So I bought an LCD off Aliexpress and it arrived earlier today.
I just replaced it then and expected to put the battery in for it to turn on, But it won't....
I've tried plugging it into a USB, And not getting any response on the screen or from the computer. Also tried a wall charger and it's not showing up any picture..
What have I done to it? The battery wouldn't be dead because I didn't have it in while attempting to replace the glass
You can try a usb jig, otherwise a repair centre.

Make sure that the battery is charged then try booting in download mode.
Press and hold volume down, home and power button. If it boots you're lucky. if not, try the the usb jig suggested by boomboomer.
Search on how to unbrick (your device model) and start from there.

How could it have it been bricked from a front glass repair attempt?

Many glass repairs are ending up with a faulty phone .

I see, What causes this? I believe I applied more heat than I have previously. But i've also seen people using a heat gun
Is there any point buying a jig to test it?
All a jig does is access download mode if the three button method does not work .

Heat, heat is death to electronics.
Good news everyone, The phone miraculously turned on.
It was behaving erratically and not booting, Screen flashing on and off but after being charged up a fair bit it seems to be working fine
Thanks all

Screen not turning on after water damage

Unfortunately I dropped my phone into a toilet. I recovered it quickly and opened it up and removed the motherboard and dried it out. The battery was damaged so i bought a replacement. Unfortunately I broke the fingerprint Cable when removing the lid.
I've reassembled the device but the screen is not displaying anything. The device is charging as the red light appears. The capacitive buttons also light and the volume buttons make a sound but the screen is showing nothing.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Broken power button

Hi guys,
So after a year of a broken screen, I fixed my Z2, after like 5 months of using it, she decide to broke again... It fall on the floor from like a meter height.
I do have a glass protection screen which is a bit cracked (thank god the screen itself is fine..) after it fall and also phone does have a rubber cover on it.
So it fall, at first I thought that my phone died cause it wasn't reacting to power button at all. So I thought why not try turning off the Z2 to see if its still alive by pressing the red button where the sim card is.
And here we are now, can't turn on my Z2 at all. Even if the power button was broken but I knew that phone is still alive I would unlock it by pressing the camera button (ups.. too late..).
So any idea if its the button itself broken like a plastic thing under the button that touches the connector on the flex or is it the entire flex that is broken ? I've no idea if the rest of the buttons are working as turn off my Z2 and can't test it.
Any idea what might be broken and is there an option to turn on the Z2 without the power button ? It does react to charging for sure as the LED lights up red for a sec and then its orange as the battery is 75% charged and screen is working too cause it does show the Xperia logo with an Android one and it does show battery charging level etc.
I don't know how to fix it but if you have recovery, you can boot to system normally.

[AT&T] V10 Screens won't power on but phone vibrates once when power button pushed

[AT&T] V10 Screens won't power on but phone vibrates once when power button pushed
BONE STOCK ROM. One day my V10 screens were unresponsive. The mini screen was updating time correctly but wasn't responsive to touch, and the power button would not wake the main screen.
I removed the battery for 30 seconds then replaced, pressed power button. I had one short vibration then nothing. Neither screen comes alive. Removal of battery and replacement followed by pressing power button always gets a single vibration like it's powering up, but screen never comes alive.
Has this happened to anyone else? I am also wondering if in repair, someone could somehow access my data... I have sensitive information but the system is security locked with screen pattern.

Sounds like your LCD and digitizer has went out need to get it replaced . No they can not access your phone all they will do is replace the LCD digitizer and power it on to see if it comes on once it does there job is done . Replacing or repairing repairing screen will not erase anything because all your info is saved on the motherboard
