Hello guys,
I'm on this great forum since years, normally i have no issue but i did something stupid with my new buyed phone an Alcatel C9 (7047)
I was playing with some roms. I bricked my device by flashing an incorrect preload.bin and i have no backups, he is recognized by the windows device manager (MTK) and i can flash a rom / files with sp flash tool: That's it.
- The Alcatel mobile upgrade tool doesn't work
- Booting with volume UP + Power doesn't work
- Flashing only a recovery.img --> it doesn't boot
Is there any user who will can make an sp flash tool backup from his Alcatel Pop C9?
Thanks for reading and answering!
Marc
can you help me with the scater file.
My phone xtouch PF73 gives me this message "decrypt error, boot failed" after i tried flashing it.
I have tried two more ROMS but with those i get the "S_NOT_ENOUGH_STORAGE(1011) error message in both SP Flash tool and WiseLink Tool"
Android version: 4.22
MTK platform : MT6572
I used
SP Flash Tool v5.1352.01
SP Flash Tool v5.1628
wise tool v4.6.0.44
How can i fix it?

Click to collapse
Reason:
The firmware(s) you are trying to flash to your MTK device is larger than the available space allocated for the firmware in the phone’s storage space.
Possible fix ( was not tested by me ):
Click on the Format Tab
Select/tick Format whole Flash and click the Start button before connecting your device.
Once the formatting is done, go to the Download Tab and select just the Preloader file first and flash it.
After the preloader.bin has been successfully flashed to your device, tick the rest of the firmware files and flash as well.
