How to unlock bootloader without using volume buttons? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Decided to flash Lineage OS, but my bootloader is locked. Phone is rooted, but volume up won't work in fastboot. That's a typical behavior for this phone, as you can see:

So my question is: How to unlock bootloader WITHOUT using volume keys?

Anyone?

There must be a way.

Nobody knows?

You actually miss nothing with a locked bootloader unless you can enter recovery download mode selector with power and volume down combo!

[Q]mini pro bootloader

Hi guys,
I have a sk17i and I've been trying to reboot into recovery without any success. I tried volume up+usb, volume down+usb, home button+usb, camera+usb, and all the combinations that I could think of. Either I got the led to become green or orange, but never blue. My phone is sim unlock, but not bootloader unlock I already have the key to unlock it, but of course I haven't been able to do it. I don't believe that the problem is in the phone because I have two of them, and I have exactly the same behavior in both.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

IF you not unlock your bootloader = you cant enter fastboot = cant enter fastboot = no CUSTOM kernel flashing = no custom kernel = no recovery for you. thats simple. if you ga a custom kernel, you can enter recovery, by pressing CONTINUESLY voulme down (-) at kernal boot screen.
good luck.
btw unlocking bootloader has NO disadvanteges, IMO.

Boots into bootloader automatically every time after rooted?

Hi, I just unlocked the bootloader and rooted my XT1527 with twrp and supersu successfully (Android 6.0). However, the phone boots into the bootloader automatically every time by pushing the power button only (without pushing the volume down button). Also, charging with the phone off will bring up the bootloader again. Did I screw up somewhere? How can I make it to behave like it used to be? Thanks in advance.
Found the solution. "fastboot oem fb_mode_clear" fixed it.

my phone is not going into Fastboot mode

My phone realme 1 is not going into fastboot mode when the powerbutton and volume-down button are pressed together. Instead it is going into recovery mode. What should i do to get it to fastboot mode
It's vol up and power button

After unlocking bootloader, you can enter fastboot mode. Means if bootloader is locked then you can enter only recovery.
you can go to fastboot mode by pressing Vol Down and Power Button but it needs the bootloader unlocked. so, first unlock that

Yes, after unlocking Bootloader or after applying in Deep Test apk you can enter FastBoot mode. Without unlocking bl there is no way to access fastboot mode. Only recovery is accessible.
By the way he is not new. He is developing ROMs for this device.

Well, Who tf tries to go to fastboot mode without unlocking bootloader in the first place?and I'm not a new member. I'm one of the lead developers of Realme mt6771 development team. You can go ahead and see at github.com/CPH1859 and github.com/RMX1831 . I'm saying the fact, if a person is trying to go to bootloader and he hasn't unlocked it, call him a new member. Its just Common sense. You can't open a door without unlocking it.

Realme 5 Looping after locking bootloader

Hi. I know this is my mistake. I just wanted to ask if there is any way for my Realme 5 RM1911 to be fixed. I used In depth test apk to unlock the bootloader. For those who doesn't know, it is necessary for Oppo and Realme Phones to use this to fully unlock bootloader to access flashing. After a failed installation of TWRP, I decided to just give up and continue using it. After a while my device is not certified on google play store. So after that I decided to go to my unlocked bootloader and lock it again using fastboot flashing lock. After that the bootloader ask me if i really want to lock it and chose yes. It booted and after that it is just displaying "The current image (boot/recovery) have been destroyed and cannot boot"
turning on and off and showing just like that. I cannot afford to fix it because Im just a student. I can't also access the stock bootloader eventhough I try pressing Power + Volume down or Volume Up. The only response is when I push power + volume up and down altogether, it is still connecting to computer but adb and fastboot doesnt work. Thank you very much for help.
