Huawei P8 Lite boot loop - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello XDA Community! I have a "small" problem with my P8 Lite. When booting, it gets stuck at the carrier screen (in my case, Vodafone, European carrier). This happend after I rooted the phone.
I tried two methods to fix the problem, however each method had an "issue":
1. I tried to install the stock firmware, however at system.img i get the error "unknown status code"...
2. Tried to do a hard reset, however in the Recovery mode there's no "Factory Reset" option (and I have instead an "Update and Recovery download" option which gives an error)
Mentioning that the phone runs Android 6.0 with EMUI 4
What should I do?
Sorry for my bad english, i am from Eastern Europe

[Q] Vega A870L System Restart Because of Application Error

My Vega Iron suddenly restart and encountered this error "System Restart because of Application Error". The first time, it restarted just fine but on the second one it always stucked at L+ Logo. I already tried factory reset on the stock recovery but it didn't solved it. I also tried the Vega Self Upgrade but always have an error on USB Driver on 3 PCs I used. I can't find any help on the net on how to properly run it. Then I tried to flash a latest firmware but with sms fix using CWM Recovery but still encounter same error. I actually found a vietnamese forum with the error but I can't understand even if I translate it.
Can anyone please help me? Current firmware is S1235210.

Try newer FlashTool version first. Recommended FT version for MT67xx is 5.1444 or newer.

Mate 10 Lite (RNE-L01) without O.S.

Hello guys, first of all sorry for my bad English but I'm Italian and I'm writing through the use of Google Translate.
I wanted to ask for help with a problem that occurred to me a few days ago ... about a week ago I bought a Mate 10 Lite brand TIM Italia (RNE-L01C55) with the intention to flash a firmware No Brand (C432) so documenting on internet I tried various methods:
Update with Firmware Finder but always with poor results (even with compatible firmware) because the update stopped at 5-6% giving me the error "Software Install Failed"
Local update from SDcard and forced update but also always gave me the "Software Install Failed" error
After several desperate attempts I decided to unblock the bootloader and install the TWRP recovery by trying to flash "Update.zip" and as a result I made an advanced cleaning also eliminating the operating system. After twisting the zip in TWRP he gave me the following error:
"Updater process ended with ERROR: 9"
Right now I find myself without any operating system and when I try to flash any firmware via TWRP I always have the same error.

Help please -Innos D6000 (CH Version) - Cannot escape factory default - In Chinese!

Hi
I don't have much experience flashing ROM's etc, but had successfully "updated" (by SD Card - Update) my D6000 (Chinese Version) using the D6000_V3.4_0509-ota-eng.zip ROM from GizBeat's ROM thread on chinaphonearena - (sorry can't post links 'cos < 10 posts!)
Phone ran fine for several months, but started intermittently getting the "System UI not responding" - with Wait or OK buttons. Pressing neither button did anything, so was having to reboot (Pwr and Vol Up) - which sometimes then resulted in the phone booting OK.
To try and resolve this, I ended up doing a "Wipe data/ Factory reset" - thinking I'd then be able to work on rooting the phone and flashing another ROM etc. Unfortunately what I'd not anticipated was it resetting to a Chinese UI !
I'm guessing that there's an obvious answer to this, but What I really don't understand is that in "About phone" it shows Android Version as still being 5.1.1, Baseband M8939.......V3.4, and the Kernel Version 3.10.49-perf. This is all as it was - before I did the Factory reset.
Following the instructions in "Innos D6000 root gapps temporary TWRP custom recovery how to tutorial guide" (Chinaphonearena - GizBeats tutorial) I flashed SuperSu.zip and installed permanent TWRP. Then used it to install the original ROM as above.
This appeared to work - TWRP showed: - "No MD5 file found, Patching system image unconditionally, patching fimware images, Script succeeded: result was [t].........Update partition details.......Done" and the "Successful" message at the top of the TWRP screen.
When I rebooted however it was back to the same Chinese UI Huh - Have since re-tried after wiping everything and even after getting the "No O/S installed" msg, phone still boots to same Chinese UI. (Am assuming that this is stored on the ROM somewhere and hidden or protected?).
Any advice on how to escape from this Chinese stranglehold and save what little is left of my sanity will be extremely appreciated - (So far on CHPhone Arena 101 views and not 1 suggestion ) Obviously I am an Android newbie when it comes to flashing rom's etc!
Many thanks - In hope!

Encryption failed, sometimes bootlooping

Hello guys,
i've get an defect S9+ and trying to get it to work. When i got the the phone there was a problem with the Software Update. I flashed the phone via odin. Now the phone bootloops and sometimes boots up to the message "encryption failed" with a reset button (this message is writen in dutch). I've tried to reset but this doesnt helped. There is still the bootloops and encryption problem.
I can get into the Download mode and into the recovery.
I've tried a german rom version and a dutch one. But I think I've done anything wrong or not flashed properly because the message and info textes, such like "installing update" are in dutch, even when i install a german version.
In Download mode you can read the message:
Current Binary: Samsung Official
System Status: Custom
Can anyone help? Is there a possibility to delete everything and install the stuff "from the scratch"?
Sorry for the bad english
EDIT: Translated, i think it's this message:
encryption failed. Unable to start up your device the encryption process was interrupted. You need to reset your device to factory default settings. This will erase all data.
it sounds like somebody probably messed around flashing the phone before you? When you flashed the German ROM, did you use CSC and not HOME-CSC? I think using CSC might be the closest you can do to starting from scratch, wiping everything and all that.
I had the same problem, had to change motherbord so i had to bay me a new one
