So I just got the new Viking 10 pro II and I've already done 2 Factory resets as well as changing the settings in the tablet itself and I'm getting really mad because nothing has changed it still keeps turning the screen off after 15 seconds of me not touching the screen please help

Have tried to find a solution by reading posts but have not had any luck, Just got my Gtab 2 days ago and have not had a chance to do much with it. Today I went to turn it on got past the viewsonic splash screen and then it freezes at the t&T ui screen, just sits there. Is there anyway to reset or recover from this point? have to hold the power button 6 sec to turn it off and when rebooting goes to the same spot again and freezes. Any help would be greatly appreciated as am a total noob when it comes to this stuff. Thanks for any advice

How can I keep my screen from going into sleep mode?
I have my phone always connected to the USB port, so power drain is not an issue.
I have gone to settings, display, screen time-out... but the only options are:
15 seconds
30 seconds
1 minute
2 minutes
10 minutes
BTW, my phone is rooted.
So I just got this phone as a backup for when I go out to work on construction that if my phone were to break it would be this $40 Optimus F3 and not my $640 LG G3. Now here is the issue and I will explain what I have done.
Issue: When I turn screen off (Hit the power button once or when it auto sleeps) the phone just locks up and freezes. It happens when the screen is off for 10 seconds or longer. Before that I can reactivate the phone and it works fine.
Other Symptoms:
-If I allow the phone to stay frozen after about 2 minutes it reboots itself.
What I have done
-Factory Reset several times
-Restored the stock firmware kdz via the lg firmware updater
-Rooted to install a cpu app which does't allow the phone into a lower frequency. I have tried setting minimum frequency to every single option available and it still freezes at the 10+ second mark.
-Tried another battery from a friends F3.
Test I have made:
Disable screen timeout. This allowed the phone to stay on and responsive for as long as the screen was on. No matter how long I let it go as soon as the screen turns off the issues starts and 10 seconds later it just locks up then restarts after another 2 minutes.
Times tested: 10 minutes, 40 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours and 8 hours. Same result each time.
I have no idea what else I can do. I would appreciate any help. I am starting to think it is a hardware failure which kicks in when the screen is off. I don't mind having the screen on all the time but I would love to track down this issue. If I must and this being an lcd display would having a special background do anything at all? Is there a color which is a lower power consumption than any other? Thanks

i have a very unusual freezing problem that is driving me nuts. i have read loads of posts about people using dummy file generator, clearing defaults, factory resetting etc. but my problem remains after all of the above.
here is what happens with my device.
device is galaxy s3(gt-i9300)
running stock vodafone branded but open to all networks 4.3
baseband i9300buugnf1
build number jss15j.i9300xxugnh4
the problem started back in october last year. the screen would freeze and the only way of getting it back would be to hold the power button in for about 10 secs, or pulling the battery. i tried leaving it overnight to see if it would unfreeze itself, but no joy.
this was just occasionally to start off with, but has now become too frequent to allow the phone to be usable. sometimes the phone would go for about 20 mins without a freeze, but other times it would freeze after just a couple of mins.
sometimes, when i reboot the device, it freezes on the samsung logo, but the logo still pulsates as if it is still booting up. but never does. it also freezes when turned off and charging. i have to hold the power button in for about 10 secs again to get it to start up.
the phone is out of warranty. i did have a problem with the phone over a year ago and sent it away to samsung, where they changed the motherboard as it was force closing all my apps. but just after a year of it working perfectly, this happens. it seems samsung have put a self destruct timer on their devices. lol.
has anyone had the same sort of problems, if so did you manage to fix the problem?
any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello , i have a Cubot x10 and i am having some problems with the touchscreen. When i turn the screen on the touch is responsive for around 10 seconds before it stops responding. The phone worked perfectly fine yesterday morning and i havent done anything to it. I tried hard resetting it 4 times to no avail. Any suggestions ?
