Can anyone provide me honours stock camera in custom ROMs because in custom ROMs we cannot use the bouquet effect so can anyone I have ported the camera or any other way so please tell me...thnks in advance
There's no way to use stock camera on custom ROMs actually. This is because Kirin files related to camera are still closed source, and so the only way to use stock camera is being on stock. In various roms threads, often you'll find a flashable zip to obtain the best camera achievable on the rom, but no way to use stock one.

I suppose yes if that's what the dev say, I'm not on custom so i suggest you to follow the indications as per OP.

so how do I get the camera app in other roms .... (generally flashable zips, ports etc)

A lot of his work in his ROM is his own personal touch. I believe it's just the snap dragon camera with his Hal. You can search here and find the flashable zip or apk.
Install Snapdragon Camera. There's a flashable ZIP somewhere on this forum. You won't get some of the features though (like 1440p front cam video recording) as these features are ROM dependent.

Which ROM are you using? It comes built in with all CM based ROMs.

but manual shutter speed breaks in all flashable versions
Snap Camera HDR works with HAL perfectly and even has working manual focus, so I fully recommend that.

Snapdragon Camera - Here is the better modded snap camera, that is working lot better than stock camera in our custom ROMs. Almost stable. Install APK.
- Front camera manual focus,front cam flash, video pause/resume, photo while video, 60/120fps slow motion video, panorama, hdr mode, beauty mode, scenes... Etc are tested and working fine.

Fix Camera issues in Custom ROMs based on Lineage OS. (most of the issues fixed, and most stable as of now)
One more updated camera snap apk. This is better than included one as many features are working except panorama mode. Front cam focus, filters...Etc work fine. Still earlier posted Snapdragon camera is better, but this would be easy to replace stock camera instead of new app.
- download attached snap.apk file.
- clear data of your camera app. And force stop.
- use esexplorer/rootbrowser to Copy above file to /system/priv-app/snap/ folder (replace existing one)
- go to properties of file and change permissions to rw_r__r__
- reboot to recovery and wipe delvik/cache and reboot system.

Using IR in Nougat ROMs.
Here is the working tested solution to use IR of Le2 to control devices.
Install third party app from google play store called "ZaZa remote"
Select your drvice make n model and use remote. Or create your own remote using DIY feature with your device remote.
This app is much better than stock eui IR remote app...
Enjoy.
Edit: selinux mode needs to be enforcing to get IR worked.

What does this do?
Ever since I have updated to pie,Any version of Gcam I install such as the ones from recommended on the threads for gcam on the themes,mods and apps section(both the newer thread by Ratanavv and the older one by cstark) continually crash and seldom work.
Sometimes,it even causes the stock camera app to crash
I was wondering what has been triggering this issue since it wasn't one when I was on Oreo
Would appreciate any help or advice since this is my only camera and I do use it on near-daily basis

I'm confused. If it's your "only" camera, that means you're not using stock firmware. Otherwise you would also have the LG camera. Yet you do mention stock camera. Do you mean LG camera or some custom ROM stock camera? Are you on custom ROM or not?
You also don't say which variant you have. May not make any difference here but usually basic information when asking for help with rooted V30 variants, some of which have been Frankensteined.
You did read the warning in post #1 if every Pie KDZ thread about not updating to Pie if you wish to run custom ROMS, right? Specifically about camera issues? The warning had a link to possible fixes (like Permissive mode), but that post also says not everything can be fixed. Have you tried those fixes?

Then he can use the excellent stock LG camera. It's not necessarily an emergency he not have Gcam. I've never used Gcam and I use my V30 camera every day.

not running a custom kernel but running a couple of magisk modules
however I don't think these are responsible for the issues since:
a)This was a non-issue on my oreo build with the same modules
b)They are none that affect the camera i.e modules like Youtube Vanced and Launcher mods

Yes I could but I much prefer the extra dynamic range and sharpness the Gcam gives,plus the front shooter is simply horrid on the stock cam

The stock camera has started stuttering more frequently now and the front shooter just force closes whenever I try to capture anything from it

Re-install Pie KDZ via Refurbish mode.
If that doesn't work, then install Nougat KDZ via Partition DL mode, then go back to Pie KDZ.
Also look at whatever apps, mods you have.
Your issue may also be the way you installed Pie:

Did you do a clean install or dirty flash? Clean install will fix your issues, if you also follow the advice below.
Make sure you disable any Magisk and Xposed mods before flashing to Pie and do NOT re-enable them before double checking they are Pie compatible. Many such mods are OS-specific.
Is it possible that it's an actual hardware problem?

Open the app and go to settings and make some manual adjustments such as: Camera video resolution, photo resolution, stabilization ... then close and open the app. I had problems with rom stock Pie but after this method here it worked normal.
Install the rom pixel Experience and 48Mpx does not work, it only remains limited to 12Mpx, and this not only happens with the ANX Camera, nor in this rom, I also have Havoc OS currently installed and the 48Mpx does not work, nor with the Fixes installed to activate 48Mpx, it only takes 2Mpx photos, and in the Open Camera application in Stock I could use 48Mpx, and this same app in custom ROM, only allows me to use up to a maximum of 12Mpx.
Is there any solution to this problem?

If you use magisk use anxcamera module. Exactly like stock camera but portrait mode causes it to crash is the only downside. But 48mp works.

Can someone please upload the stock camera app that comes with stock Android or ROM.I installed a custom ROM and now I don't have it.
The stock camera is already the MIUI one.

You can try ANXCamera if you are rooted. Version 164 is the one that works well with Mi A3. Also flash the latest 48MP fix zip which is also available on the ANXCamera website. Everything works fine.
