I have a problem with my new Sprint LG V30+.
1. The issue is with the text group messages. My contacts are from Gmail account which have several groups already set up. When I try to send a group message I go to address book and select groups, then from the pull down menu I should have been able to select Send Group Message, but the option is not there. I am only able send the group text if I select members individually from texting app. I did not have this problem on LGG3 or Galaxy s6 and S8.
2. I am unable to sync music from PC via USB or any other way. I had no problem with getting photos back. The USB access was set correctly to media transfer.
I wonder if this is a software problem or I am doing something wrong?

I have some contacts on my phone with Multiple numbers and they are not coming up when i type their name in any text message app that i download. They only show up when i use the Native messenger app that is default. I have to go to their contact in the contact list in order to send them a text. whats the issue and how can i fix it?
I would like to be able to write SMS and MMS from my computer instead of directly on my Galaxy S4.
There are many programs, but I have not been able to find one where I can send MMS.
MightyText have the option to attach a file, but the message and the file will never reach the recipient.

So I know In android how to delete multiple messages (selecting one at a time) or select all or deleting one at a time.
here is my problem I have a coworker I am friends with. We text each other both as friends amd we also exchange important information routinely (invoice totals, login user accounts, client numbers etc.)
So id like to delete all non important messages but thats going to take forever. If I could like select all messages for a day and then deselect the important o es that may be easier. Any ideas?

I have created contact groups (carried over from S7). I can't seem to send group text messages.
I select "messages" icon, then, "New message" icon.
My groups do not show up in the text messaging app, though it does in the phone contacts.
And even in contacts I have to choose the entire group (I can't select just a few.)
Any thoughts.

Just want to add my request for any possible solution to this problem. I'm attempting to send a group text from within the actual texting app -- not leaving it to go into Contacts first -- and for some reason, groups aren't listed in the separate contacts sub-heading. Seems like a boneheaded design decision.
I spoke to Samsung about this. Apparently the ability to choose a "group" from within the messaging app was removed with the Oreo update. SMH
After the july or june update... I noticed that I can no longer share to text conversations that contain more than 2 other recipients.
I've been getting no where with Samsung support via twitter..and At&t said the updates was all samsungs fault...
But if I want to share anything, from any app, or the within the native OS... for example, if I go to pictures, select a picture and hit Share > select messages > the conversations > I should see all of the conversations that are available on the phone via the native messages app.
But I don't.
Any text/conversation that has more has more than 2 other recipients (a group of 3 including me) is not listed at all. Missing.
and they're not under "Groups" either... And "group conversations" is turned in the settings obviously...
I have a group texts of 4 members and one with 5 .. whatever I need to send them, I have to save it first..then go straight to messages and hit + there to send it.
why the **** would they remove this functionality?
am I the only person seeing this?
