Lg v10 cpu confusion - LG V10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys, recently LG replaced main board for me ( after hale of the screen was blinking and behaving strange while other half working normal.... ,after replacement i have notice that camera was bit laggy na overall performance wasn't the same , so i have installed CPU-Z to see some info .. check my screenshot please... Regarding all the information's LG V10 should be :
Hexa-core (4x1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 & 2x1.8 GHz Cortex-A57)
my one is 4 x 1.8 GHz and 2 x 1.4 GHz
is this LG WAY to prevent boot loops etc ?

They have disabled the 2 big cores.. this a good solution to never having your v10 boot loop while sacrificing some of the power.

Actually, I think you've just confused the frequencies of the A53 and A57 cores.
If you check the official info page thingy on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 you'll find that your specs are just as stated by Qualcomm themselves. Also, mine looks identical, and it's never been tampered with by LG or anyone.

[Q] a little help from you people........

dear forum...........
im going to buy a new smartphone.....
at this moment i have two ideas.....
1. galaxy sII
2. lg optimus dual[lg 2X]
GALAXY SII with
Dual-core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor, Mali-400MP GPU, Exynos chipset
LG OPTIMUS DUAL
Dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor, ULP GeForce GPU, Tegra 2 AP20H chipset
what is the best.........galaxy or lg?
which gpu is the best geforce or Mali-400MP?
i dnt believe user ideas....can anyone tell me real deal?
is it true that these 2 phones have gpu apart of cpu? or is it intergrated to cpu? like laptop shared gpu?
The O2X is one of the most wretched phones ever to exist. It has LCD screen bleed, reboots randomly, overheats, and has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues. It's the subject of a class action lawsuit in the U.S. and a petition for recall launched by owners in the EU. Read the O2X and G2X forums.
GSII is the best out there atm. You can't compare LG O2X with that, even Sensation won't come.
Go for GSII eyes closed.
Regards.
thanks
ok im going for GSII......
and my last question is is it true galaxy s2 have a gpu apart of cpu?
something like......
1.2GHZ dual core cortex A9 processor with
MALI MP400 GPU?
or its combined into cpu like intel GMA or HD graphics?
or seperate processor and gpu?
Of course it has a GPU. And thats damn powerful.

yea mali mp 400 ryt? is it powerfull like nvidia gpu in optimus 2x?
^ More than that.
hey mate im from sri lanka. and ur a indian ryt? is that galaxy has a bad batery life with heavy usage of video playback? im going to get it tomorrow!
GS II is the best!

lg p760 vs motorola razr i. games and battery?

Hi ii saw a razr i for 120 euros . Im just curieus how it better than our phone.
The powervr is clocked at 400mhz.
I aint gonna buy it only 4.3'' screen.too little, Butits amoled is nice for me who text hole day.
and i saw that in cm10.1 some one clocked gpu at 380mhz. And cpu 1.2ghz
In begining i almost had the razr i. But at the end it came to expensive. The l9 i had it free.
ow and if some dev reads this. Is there gonna be a costume stock rom? With tweaks etc? Like the gpu oc and cpu. Same as mikes cm10.1. Looks very power ful and cool. But i prefer stock on this phone. For most battery and no bugs

[Q] Wich to buy LG l9 II or LG L90?

I want to buy a new smartphone and i can choose between L9 II & L90
http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=6100&idPhone2=5650
Both are atractive in one way and another
pros i see for L9 II:
720p resolution
additional button for quick memo's ect
Camera has HDR (?)
Internet speed is up to 42mbps (?)
now cons i see on L90
KitKat
looks better
Quad-Core CPU
Cheaper
I was wondering is L9 II dualcore cpu @ 1,4 is same performance then L90's A7Cortex quadcore @ 1,2 ghz?
Now an interesting question poped out. L90 has lower resolution, doesnt that mean that it will take less ram and cpu usage when it comes to graphics?
I would buy Lg l9 II. As far as I know it has a kitkat too :/ Hd screen for me is a very big advantage and it looks better than L90.

thanks!
But why 720p is so important on small screen (well im comparing to notebooks ect). I checked both phones and couldnt tell the difference.
Aswel what about processing power? does A7 cortex being quadcore has advantage over Dual-Core Krait @ 1.4 ghz? Antutu Benchmarks on youtube shows that L90 seem to score better. Although for example GTA San Andreas lags on L90 while L9 II runs smooth.
anyone?
I just picked up the L90, and it's phenomenal for the price. I'd recommend that.

Smallest rom with smallest UI

hey guys I owned multiple phones in my life and to be honest the best one I had is the HTC One XL
single cored device of 1.5GHZ i over clocked it to 1.8GHZ and i still have it, it is a lot faster than all new phones, faster than sony phones heck its even faster than my Xperia Z5 Compact 8 cored!!
4 cores of 2ghz and another 4 of 1.5 and can not even compete to the speed of the One XL when it comes to launching apps speed and smooth UI experience!
so I am asking you if its any related to the roms we have and the drivers of sony could be causing the problems? I tried AOKP AOSP AICP Lineage roms they are fast enough but still why isnt it as fast as the 4-5 years old HTC SINGLED CORED!
if its roms related or UI can any one suggest really small roms or UI that can give my device a more powerful experience?
thanks for any one that can help
Funny. Any proof, maybe benchmarks screenshots or comparsion video? My Antutu score is 86 660 on stock 7.0 firmware for example.

thats exactly the funny thing! I have a really high score on multitasking - GPU, basically every thing else besides "Single core" score
and its really funny how the phone specs it says : it comes with 4 large cores of 2.0GHZ when in actuallity they run at 1.5ghz and when you actually run it on 2.0 youre actually "over-clocking" when in actuallity its just what they are supposed to do! how is that?
plus I got 59000 on AOKP how is that possible??

Asking About CPU

Hi sir, admins and moderators,I just want to ask about android cpu,I want to buy new phone, what should I get,Octa core Mediatek or Quadcore snap dragon? An android with 5 and above inch with 2 or 3gb ram,Asus,Vivo or Oppo?I like xiomi but I havnt tried yet so not now. I play a lots of PPSSPP Games and my problem is always about FPS.I dont hate SAMSUNG but What I always see in my cpu-z was no cpu on or all cpu was stopped and the governor is aknown.and unlike samsung I try to play others phone like Asus snap dragon, all quad core is on but the governor is in interactive and the Fps is in 40 and above,And other is Oppo, Octa core mediatek,Governor is in interactive but I only see one core is remaining on and the 4 core sometimes every 4 or 6 seconds they turn on and the other 3 core turn on only when other hard games is running,PPSSPP FPS is in 41 and above but when the phone gets lowbatt.it drops into 17 FPS and beIow.I think the snap dragon is in 1.7 Ghz and the mediatek is in 1.4 or 1.7 to? So Im asking what phone is the best to buy? T.Y
