i have moto Z with rom RR 5.8.5 and kernel TurboZcustomRomN 1.6. 7.1.1
my problem is underclock CPU . i set cpu overclock to 2.15 or 1.6 ghz manually, but cpu after few minutes fall with clock.
Where is problem please ?

i find out a 10mb boot.img in my recovery backup, can we modify this boot.img and overclock the gpu??
Or it has any method to overclock the gpu?!
p3100 has same cpu gpu and ram with L9, i own it one, and it can overclock the sgx540 to 384mhz

My Neo is using a custom kernel, half of the time the phone reboots when it is running the WebGL part of the benchmark.
Not only this happens to stock browser, but also firefox, opera and chrome.
Could you guys try it?
Please suggest what kernel and cpu speed you are using.

Worked for me.. Got a score of 260 on stock browser..

I ran the benchmark successfully using Dolphin with a score of 407. Other details:
Phone: Neo V
ROM: Mike's 4.1.2 AOSP
Kernel: Fusion 4.4
Max: 1401.6 MHz
Min: 364.8 MHz
Governor: SmartAssV2

So I'm using a phone with mt6577 processor ICS,my main problem is cpu frequencies doesn't "stick" i.e. when I set 500mhz max freq. cpu still jumps to 1ghz,the only solution i have in mind is to compile my own kernel from source.
1. which version of ubuntu can i use?
2. if i use kernel source from other phone with mt6577 processor will it be compatible?
3. if it's not compatible how can i make it compatible?
4. is there any alternative solution to my problem? like using custom kernel for other mt6577 phones

I am using s duos with kyleopen oc1 kernel and still the clock is running at 1008mhz and not running at 1.2ghz with set cpu!!
and also when i set min and max to 1.2 its still showing 1ghz....help
guys i cannot downclock my CPU in my moto g .. i have cyanogen 12.1 installed with cyanogen kernel.....can i downclock my CPU in this kernel.. if yes how can i do that ?
