Mate 10 Pro BLA-A09 (US Version) Virus Library update failed - Huawei Mate 10 Questions & Answers

The mate 10 pro BLA-A09 (US vesion) has antivirus that powered by Avast, within the phone manager app. I am not able to update the virus library. Every time when i clicked the update, it always said "update failed, please check your networking setting". I found out it only update once when the phone was reset. Then few days later, it happened again. Currently the virus library version stuck on 180501-02. I wonder does anyone has same problem? Thank you.

Yes. Except I think I'm worse off than you are. My last update shows: 180303-00 which is likely March 3rd, 2018. You have an update from May 2nd. When I tried to manually update, I received the exact same error.
I'd like to know if anyone else has this issue with the US version of the phone? I'm running: 8.0.0.112(C567) with April 1st security patch.

Did you just update to the latest Mate 10 Pro build on the 17th of May? BLA-L29 8.0.0.142(C432)

Are you per chance using it in the USA on T-Mobile? I wanted to know if the BLA-L29 worked with VoLTE on T-Mobile now as it did not originally... Which is why I rebranded my BLA-L29 to the US model BLA-A09.

no, i'm europe right now i'll be back in the us for black friday, but i guess it's to far away to test and tell if it works
