Found these on ebay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TPU-GEL-C...sesPouches&hash=item2c60f2c4c5#ht_2017wt_1139
There's a load of them, different colours etc. Not sure what the quality will be like or if they will be identical to the ones available in the box. Will order one and keep everyone posted.
I have the 'clear' one of these. Clear it is not, but it's a good snug fit. Only really differs from the OEM one by allowing access to the SIM tray, but this leaves the top unprotected.
I have the original Nokia in black... But who'd use such a case? Phone looks disappear immediately after putting the case on the phone
People who like to keep their stuff mint for resale purposes
New point if view for me. Used to being careful with phones and keeping them as spares
I'm careful, but it's an extra piece of mind.
The more resale £££ the better when it's time for a change, I have an old spare HTC Typhoon to tide me over if needs be.
Only black is OK
Wow Thanks for that

Is there anything like matte cases are there ? The link consists of only glossy cases :-/
I got myself one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TPU-GEL-JELLY-CASE-COVER-NOKIA-LUMIA-800-CLEAR-/200687703852
Covers the SIM slot and is a very good fit for the phone - especially the buttons. Also doesn't expose the Nokia badge on the back of the phone. Tried a couple off Ebay and IMO this was the best. Several different sellers have these "Wave" cases now, different colours and prices - just search for "lumia 800 gel wave"
I decided to buy an OEM case for mine. Figure Nokia know what's best.

They do! The CC-1031 is much nicer than the eBay gel case.
Looks better
Nicer (less slippery) feeling
Better button access
A minor con is that there is no access to the SIM tray, but I'll take that for the added protection of having the corner covered.

Update to my zagg review; DO NOT BUY INVISIBLE SHIELD! The back protector just peeled up and got a bunch of dirt under the edge just because I stuck it in a leather phone case that was a little snug! Absolute junk! The adhesive they use is worthless! Maybe it is just bad luck, but I doubt it since it has peeled on the front AND back! I am going to rip this junk off and reinstall some awesome xtreme guard for a 10th the price of overated zagg crap!

I bought a ZAGG too, thought it was a case! Crap.
Check out www.rearthusa.com. They have a case for the Galaxy Player
Nintendo Cases for the 5.0!
Hi Folks! I bought my SGP5.0 back in January and still learning my way around it. Its a neat lil gadget and a good choice over the 7+ I was looking to get. Discovered it at the last minute as Best Buy was selling it as an MP3 player!
While at BB, I too wanted a case to keep it in and scoured the store for something that would apply. They had this Nintendo case which works great!
POWER A Pokemon Zip Case for Nintendo DS Lite
Inside it has 2 elastic bands to keep the game secure. For the 5.0, I cut out the upper band as it's not necessary, as the 5.0 will fit rather snuggly in the case. For me to get it out, I just push from the bottom and it pops out. Thats how snug it is! The other half of the case easily holds up to 2 styli and 3 memory cards.
The down side is it does not have a belt clip, but for day to day it does the trick and the case will protect your 5.0! And it's 10 bucks!
If you need a case to carry everything, then go to Walmart for this slightly larger case:
POWER A 3DS Mini Transporter Case Blue 3DS Nintendo DS Dsi
The front compartment has a nice pocket to hold your 5.0 with a velcro strap, and styli. The back half can hold 12 memory cards, or if you don't need that many, there's room for your usb cord and ac adapter. This case has a handle that you can loop your belt through to keep it at your side. At the store it was in black as well as blue, and cost $15.
I hope all this helps. I too checked online, but did want to spend a lot of money on a case or wait for Samsung to make one.
Steve
BTW, try one of those small picture frame stands to hold your 5.0 landscape style for watching videos/movies! You'll have to add those little rubber cushions to keep it from sliding, and you may have to shape the stand to better hold the 50, but it works and can be carried easily as it folds.
I have a Riot Outfitters case.Bought from Best Buy. I like the feel of it, and come with a handy kickstand. Though, it did brush of SOME paint in about 3 months. Still, i would like to see a clear case for the SGP5.0 to see that SEXY back.
Just received my Rearth case with screen protector and now I feel comfortable taking my Galaxy Player everywhere I go. It also looks sexy.
I'll post some photos of my Galaxy Player when I get home.

Yea I bought one of those cases for my US player as well back when they first came out. The thing is, there is a small hole on the bottom for an HDMI port which leads me to believe the case is meant for the Korean player. I also noticed that the case is a bit too long because it does not fit over the front speaker all the way. Although I visited their page recently and noticed that it's been fixed, so I may consider repurchasing.
Rearth Ringke SLIM on SGP5.0 or YP-G70
My Samsung Galaxy Player (US version) fits very well in this case. A few of the first batches were shrunken, but now they have solved the problem. It fits snugly and protects it nicely. There are cutouts for the international version for the antenna and the sim card placement (?). Even with the cutouts, it has protected my device from many drops and falls. It's a good millimeter thick beyond the camera and speakers. It's on Amazon right now for about $16 US.

I just bought my S7 today, and since I was playing anyway, I tried my Buddibox case from my S6 on it
Perfect fit!
I don't yet have a picture, as my phone is my camera, and I am not betting all cases will work this way. But, before you toss your old S6 case you have come to love, why not try it on?
I have a feeling hard cases wont fit due to the thickness difference, but im gonna order my fav quicksand case from the s6 and see if it fits.

Bottom mic has been moved as well so your S6 case is going to cover it muffling your voice for anyone you talk to.

S6 is on the right in this picture, notice the placement of the mic hole:

Looks like the top mic hole is moved a bit too...
I knew it had to be too good...
How much did it move? If you have an S6 case try it out and report back
Just got my OP5 and cases are not available yet.
I don't any risk of damaging my brand new phone so i compared the dimensions with other phones.
The Huawei P10 Plus has similar dimensions so i'll pick up a softcase today and see if i can modify it a bit (button and camera hole cut) and see if it wil fit for a couple of weeks.
As a temporary fix since I didn't get a case either (sold out) as I was transferring Sims from my OP3 and noticed just how similar the phones are in size even if the screen is a little larger on the 5. So I put the Spigen case for my 3 on the 5, obviously the camera cutouts are wrong, but that could be easily fixed with an xacto knife.
TL;DR I put my OP3 case on my 5 until I can get a proper case for it.
@Jowhee - How about buttons? Do they fit?
Yes, I ended up using scissors to cut (hack) out an opening for the cameras and flash, I also widened the speaker port in the bottom a little. Headphone jack and USB are fine, they even work with my dock.

thanks for the info. based off your recommendation I went ahead and ordered a ringke fusion case that will get here monday. Ill modify it and use it until we get some good cases for the op5 itself.
I just took some of my Orzly OnePlus 3 cases from last year, and make a camera cut out while I wait for my actual oneplus 5 cases to arrive! Was hard work and the cases were tough to cut but totally worth it!

I have extra op3 case that fits perfect. Just can't use camera until New case comes. Im fine for time being. I feel much better using it with a case. Had note 3 fell out of my basketball shorts and cracked the screen. Would have been avoided with a case.
How about the oppo R11 case. Saw from. Gizmo China that it will fit on op5, considering both phones are identical with the casing. Just need to figure out how to make a small hole for the notification slider. The bumper case from Oneplus is a bit pricey, I would rather use the fund to get an extra dash charger to put it in my office.
oneplus 3 case fits just fine. just cut a hole for the camera lol
Guess I was lucky with my order, arrived yesterday
Luckly enough in alot of places you can get quailty cases from companies like Orzly within a few days
Man, still using a ringke case for the 3. I ordered one from China, one from what I thought was in Cali but turns out a drop shipper from China, and the orzly case off amazon which ships from England, all on the same day I ordered the phone.
Sucks to be in the states sometimes lol.
I ordered a clear silicone case from Amazon from KP technology. Purchased on 27th and receive 29th. £2.99 worth buying just to protect your phone for the time being.
Just buy an Oppo R11 case, it's basically the same phone, the camera is mounted in the exact same place.
e.g. :
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nillkin-Super-Frosted-Shield-Hard-Case-Cover-for-OPPO-R11-/172744557507
Only thing is, I think those cases would cover the rear mic.

Just a note on this. The Oppo r11 cases fit but it's not perfect. There is overlap with the power button, and volume keys. The case doesn't go high enough to cover the whole button. On the bottom, the headphone jack is covered up by like 1mm but you can cut it. The mic hole is off too. It works though.
Hello everyone,
I wasn't expecting to be writing this so soon if I'm honest. Expected a few more days before I got rang by my wife whilst and work and asked what I'd ordered this time.
So the Orzly Pro-Fit Tempered Glass landed in my hands today (as well as their 5 pack film set, but I'll get to that later) and since we're having issues with the Official OnePlus TGSP it made sense to remove that and get straight into this protector and find out whether it's worth you lot purchasing.
A quick disclaimer I'm writing this after applying the glass and using it for a few hours. I will keep you updated in the comments below over the next week on how it holds up.
So, how does this differ to the Official 3D screen?
- Unlike the official 3D screen, Orzly have opted for adhesive on the sides and the top but not in the middle. This was an issue with their V1 screen last year as the Dot Matrix and Oil slicks were an absolute nightmare, less so with V2. After spending a few hours with this one, I can already tell they've made some significant improvements. It feels more premium than the OP3 screen did, I can't see the dot matrix under my house lighting at all and no oil slicks.
- They have incorporated cut outs for the front facing camera and sensors. The official one just has clear glass over them.
My verdict: Buy this one.
I haven't tested many yet (infact just the official and this) but if the choice is between the two like it was last year, this one wins for me. It doesn't cut into your screen and it seems like it'll work with most cases as the fitting of it is very good.
It's also a TON cheaper than the official one and its a twin pack.
Where can I buy?
As far as I'm aware they sell on the various local Amazon sites. Two of the big ones I use are Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk
Take a look at my video here if you want to see it in more detail:

I hope I will be able to fit it in this case

@niijonodhg you just saved me $30, thanks! I subscribed to your channel, too
Thanks for this, just confirmed what I was hoping. Another quailty product from Orzly. I still can't fathom why OnePlus made such a terrible screen protector and charged people more for it.

Be sure to let people know when you try it,. According to what the actual manufacturers are saying about them though, they have written the following...
PLEASE NOTE: The Pro-Fit Glass Screen Protector is designed to work with Orzly Cases for the Oneplus 5. We cannot however guarantee its compatibility with OnePlus 5 cases from other manufacturers
This doesn't mean that it won't fit another case, but it does mean it's risky. So probably a good idea is if anyone on here tries different cases with this screen protector that we let as many people know on here which ones fit with it versus which ones didn't, as that may be our only way to truly guage this. The Orzly screen protector definitely seems like the only tempered glass screen protector that works well with the phone, so whatever I do I'm going to need to base my case around what works with that, so the more info I could get on this, the better. (I'll probably just get one of orzly 's cases anyway at first just to be sure, but would be nice to know what all the options are for later on (if there are any)

I'm planning on making another video, just as soon as a bunch of cases arrive! But if someone else can get to it sooner, then please do!
Thanks a lot for the video. Nice to hear it doesn't cut into the sides of the screen like others. What's your opinion on how deep the fingerprint scanner feels in the cutout?
Seems that Orzly is shipping them from the UK... found a similar one that ships from the united states - https://www.amazon.com/s?keywords=Oneplus+5+Screen+Protector&hidden-keywords=B07378RSWD. I've used amfilm a lot before- never any issues at all.

I've not really noticed it, the cut out is slightly wider than the the fingerprint sensor so leaves a good gap around it.

I had a small issue with the amFilm TGSP for the Nintendo Switch not staying on the Switch properly under heat. But other than that it was reasonably OK.

I've heard that that is from the dock. My son has the Switch and we had that issue. They sent a free replacement that worked for him. Might be worth sending an email.
So Orzly is better because it dont cut the screen like OP official tgsp?
For me i think Oneplus own is better because adhesive on entire visible part, even when it comes about 0.3mm top of sides. I have used Orzly products many years. V2 for OP3T was disappoined mostly thanks to glue on borders only. Screen wont look that clear as with tgsp with full adhesive or without tgsp at all. Also oil slick can come because adhesives only on sides. It depends how greatly you clean your screen.
