Hello so basically while using a Bluetooth mouse on android (not using the phone as a mouse) but connecting a Bluetooth mouse to my phone, it does not register "clicks" well it does but it doesn't basically it will work selecting apps and everything but once in a app the "click" no longer registers.
I've turned on "show touches" and when I click I notice that a "click" isn't there at all although when enabling "pointer location" from developer options when clicking it responds so it knows the mouses exact location ect but does not physically "click/touch"
My question is can anybody help solve this?? Would be really thankful.
Also if you ask why I need a mouse pointer on my phone I don't but what I want it for is my TV, I have a new Sony 4K TV with android as its software, and I have gotten some apps on it I would like to use and they boot up fine issue is after connecting mouse to TV I cannot select anything once inside an app, I've been using my phone to try and figure it out as once I've done it on here can simply recreate that on my TV as is the same platform. Anyway any help would be highly appreciated.
Regards, Bradley.

Greetings fellow XDA members,
I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, or maybe Im doing something wrong. I set up the IR blaster with the HTC One native TV app on my Toshiba TV and Comcast Cable Box. Everything works fine, but the TV remote seems to be missing the 'INPUT' toggle, which is to be used to change the input on the tv between HDMI ports. I searched through settings, and saw an option where i could teach it inputs from my regular TV remote, and it easily learned the button, but still the 'Input' toggle does not show up on my TV remote. It seems very peculiar since my GS4 showed it out of the box, and it is one of the most common inputs i use. I wondered if it has anythign to do with my TV model, but i dont want to change it incase it stops working completely.
Please let me know if anyone had the same problem or if its User Error here Cheers
I have a Lenovo IdeaTab S6000 and I recently purchased the Red Samurai/GameStop V2 branded Bluetooth controller and I'm finding that when I connect the controller, a mouse cursor appears on screen that can be semi-controlled via the analog sticks. This essentially causes none of the compatible games for the controller to improperly function. Within my tablets setting menu is an option to change a mouse's cursor speed (something not present on my HTC One, which the controller works perfectly on) and I was wondering if this option could be a factor in the overall problem and if disabling this option is possible. I have spent the past two days trying to remedie this problem and have had no luck so any kind of support would be greatly appreciated.
Also, this being my first post, I apologize in advance if this was posted in the wrong area.

Necroposting, but I figured I'd add to the conversation:
The only gamepad that I've gotten to work with this device (as a gamepad) is the Moga Hero. Connecting was always finicky at best and would require a full reboot, and immediately connect when it powers up. Otherwise it wouldn't pair at all.
I've tried the Red Samurai v2, the Nyko Playpad, and most recently the Mad Catz C.T.R.L.R. Invariably, the mouse mode works and works very well, but the gamepad mode always does what was written above.
In trying the xbox 360 gamepad, it blinks but doesn't connect.
As a lark, I purchased a Asus MeMo 7" HD tablet which has the same MediaTek chipset (8125) and the same exact problem exists with that device too (mouse mode works, no gamepad). Both the Memo and the Lenovo tabs are on the same version of Android (4.2.2) and the same kernel (3.4.5) on the stock rom. I assume it's Mediatek's fault, in which case HID gamepads are a no go on these devices.
Unless someone has other information, which would be much appreciated.
Oh, wanted to add something: when the C.T.R.L.R. connects in gamepad mode, you get only a cursor. When I connect my bluetooth keyboard, the multimedia controls start working. Not sure why that is.
Hello all,
I recently bought an Android tv box and I want to put it in my car. I bought also a 7" digitiser and a "digitizer to usb interface from Adafruit named ar1100" that help me to connect via USB the digitiser and the Tv box.
My problem is that I have set up the interface and when I connect to my tv box using USB, it works as a touchpad , not like a touchscreen. This means that I see a cursor and I need to move that cursor like the touchpad from the laptop.. I want to activate the function where the digitiser works as it is designed.
I have read on some forums that is a "Touch mode" function that can be activated but from what I understand, it is made by developers which insert some lines in the source code...
Do you please have any suggestion for me in order to find a solution? Or an .apk that can solve this?
Thank you very much! :crying:

Did you ever resolve this? I've connected my Ar1100 to three Android devices and have exactly the same problem.
Hi,
This is a tricky question, I fear. I bought a Bluetooth mouse, and I'm using it when I connect remotely to my computer (using Google's Remote desktop). I thought it would be used like on a computer, but I see that:
- I have to press my left mouse button and then move it in order to move the mouse pointer in my computer.
- Right clicking the mouse does nothing.
- Scroll does nothing.
So I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Perhaps an app to remotely connect to my computer that can utilize a mouse as is. Perhaps an app that somehow monitors my Bluetooth mouse and allows it to right click and scroll. Perhaps both.
Anyone have any suggestion? Thank you!
