You must unlock FRP in developer options. Tap 5 Times on compilation number and find "enable OEM unlock" .

Hey guys,

Thank you for writing us at Motorola Customer Care.
With reference to your mail regarding MOTOROLA RAZR XT910, we would like to inform you that Boot Loader in this handset is unlocked from Motorola in India.
Please Note: We do not recommend you to upgrade handset's OS unofficially, as doing the same will void it's warranty and also may lead it to complete dead.

Cheekrox, can you do fastboot OEM unlock and see if it does accept the command?
If your device can be unlocked, I should be able to unlock all the GSM RAZRs out there.

and then key in "fastboot oem unlock" without quote then enter.
then copy paste the feedback here.
Okay, here's the response:

That's weird...coz the Moto rep confirmed that it IS unlocked. Any other way to find out? Or anybody else to email in Moto? Somebody in a higher level?
Your device is locked and can't be unlocked. You also see on the bootloader "Device is LOCKED".
Yeah, they said the same to me prior buying it, then SURPRISE: it was LOCKED and not unlockable.

Oh yeah! Damn. Is there no way to unlock it? Should I ask send them an email again or something? I mean, its on record...they can't lie on record...=P
Obviously there's no way, until they release an unlockable bootloader.
And anyway I don't find this to be so fair 'cause when I bought it they said the same thing they said to you.

Hey guys! Im having trouble unlocking my HTC One M9 (Sprint) with htc Dev.
I downloaded Android sdk, installed platform tools, i open command prompt window inside the platform tools folder
and I type adb devices, and it shows my device number and that it is connected. I reboot my phone into download mode, and I
type fastboot oem get_identifier_token and instead of showing me the token number i get

I have tried it many times moved the folder around. uninstalled htc sync manager sdk manager and reinstalled. i get the same thing every time.
I recently did the ota update, not sure if that has something to do with it. So im now running
Android 5.1 sense 7
Please help me out. Im thinking about installing an RUU to have Android 5.0 and then trying the htc dev unlock.
I'm not sure but might have something to do with Android's Anti-Theft protection. Try disabling all security on the phone including and pin codes or lock screens, reboot and try again. Doesn't look like a driver issue

Unlock bootloader problem Sprint HTC One m9
Hi,
I also have a brand new Sprint HTC One M9 and am trying to unlock the bootloader.
I seem to have the exact problem which you had and also learned to enable the OEM unlock setting. However i still have a problem with the next step which is to submit the token ID on the htcdev.com site. Everything in the process works until I submit the token to htcdev. I get an error regarding an invalid token or wrong token length message each time i try it.
Can you let me know if you have succeeded and if so did you have to perform any additional steps.
Thanks
Tiernan

I have seen before where when I copy my token from the cmd prompt, it will put spaces on every line screwing up the token hence kicking out an error. Try pasting it into notepad first and delete any extra spaces before submitting.
I had trouble "marking" my token as well, highlighted way too much. I looked into the properties of edit and unchecked something about word wrap and it was all good. Sorry I can't remember the particulars or the terminology.
I am trying to buy a Sprint phone today (possibly the Htc one M9). Is it still possible to unlock bootloader through the HTC website? And if so, must the phone be completely paid off?? I really do not want to deal with any Samsung phones since I have had my At&t GS4 with locked bootloader for 2 years. Is there any roms or good mods for this phone yet?
There is no good roms for either the Note 5, s6, or Edge plus so if HTC allows unlocking bootloader to allow for a custom recovery than I would think the development will be good over time unlike any locked down samsung phone. Any advice on a good phone?

1. go to https://emui.huawei.com/ and log in with your HUAWEI ID
2. go to UNLOCK page and get your unlock key.
3. In settings of your phone search for HDB and enable that option.
4. go to settings > system > about phone and click few times on compilation number to enable programmer settings.
5. go back to settings > system > programmer settings and enable USB debugging and unlock OEM
6. download HiSuite, connect your phone and make Backup of everything that you need (unlocking bootloader wipes everything on your internal storage)
7. If you cant connect your device, try to do this https://ph.answers.acer.com/app/ans...windows-10:-disable-signed-driver-enforcement
8. download this zip and extract on your desktop. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1A0z2K1BjTzntPJe-1CqqUYv-NnXWi5vD
9. inside the folder hold SHIFT and press right click and click open power shell here.
10. type .\adb devices
11. type .\adb reboot bootloader
12. type .\fastboot oem unlock [your unlock key]
13. Press volume + on your phone to select YES and than power button to confirm.
14. Now your bootloader is unlocked and your phone will do the factory reset. Enjoy.

Nah bruh, I think you messed up. 22 marked the 60th day that bootloader codes would be given. I'm having major trouble to get my code. I think I'm going to give a shot to HCU-Client or DC unlocker. The only thing that sucks is that it is a paid service. And it seems sketchy as hell. Anyways maybe I'll inform the forums If I succeed. But to recap, Huawei isn't going to provide you a code as it seems. Maybe they'll start again. I heard XDA is in the talks with Huawei to persuade them to restart the procedure.

If in Android -> Settings -> Developer options -> OEM unlock option isn't present then unlocking phone's bootloader is denied, you can't unlock it by means of Fastboot.
May be you can obtain from OEM/Carrier an unlock-key. Contact them.
BTW: You always can check Android's system file named build.prop for device's bootloader-unlock capability
Code:
adb devices
adb shell "getprop ro.oem.unlock_supported"
If the device supports "fastboot flashing unlock", then the returned value is 1

Same here tried everything from flashing in EDL mode to downloading Yuware and trying to unlock bootloader. The adb commands
Code:
getprop sys.oem_unlock_allowed
getprop ro.oem_unlock_supported
both return blank. Using Miracle box software to check device info returns Bootloader : unknown. Trying to root via Miracle Box, Kingroot and other methods fails. The original Signed Android 5.1.1 based CM signed zips also won't flash via Recovery and the links are also almost non existent for those. Any hope of finding a original CM firmware to flash via QFIL is very slim. There has to be some way to get it working, there was a YouTube video showcasing the YU Yutopia on Stock Android 5.1.1 Engineering build that now doesn't have the OEM Unlock option only if someone would help. Getting it rooted somehow god knows how is the only option to get started.
Don't waste more time with trying to unlock phone's bootloader: it's NOT supported.
if anyone interested, I made some modifation in stock rom, so it is rooted, without unlocking bootloader, here is the link of my thread

Greetings all,
I am having trouble attempting to root or even unlock the bootloader on my V60 (LM-V600TM), Android V11. Many guides online seem to gloss over needing the bootloader unlocked before root. TMALSS; I'm not sure if the non-international version can be bootloader unlocked and/or if I can root without needing this. Long version of what I've tried is below:
When following this guide on xda using KDZ,
I am getting stuck at Section 11.1.2:
Code:
C:\adb-platform-tools>fastboot flash frp frp.img
Sending 'frp' (512 KB) FAILED (remote: 'Download is not allowed on locked devices')
fastboot: error: Command failed
Thus to unlock the bootloader, I am following a guide from TWRPupdate:
It says to perform 'adb reboot bootloader' and then 'fastboot oem device-id':
Code:
C:\adb-platform-tools>fastboot device-id
fastboot: usage: unknown command device-id
My phone only reboots into normal mode whenever running reboot bootloader command within ADB.
I can run fastboot commands when I run 'adb reboot fastmode' but I don't believe this is true fastmode. As I have tried everything mentioned here, such as cables or different computers. Essentially most fastboot commands I've tried do not work except for showing my device as listed / connected.
I have also tried the drivers from LG / Google / ADB separately. And on 2 computers.
Is it possible that I don't have rescue mode or a bootloader still? As I get a black screen when entering recovery mode (but my computer recognizes A device), but adb nor fastboot does. I used to see the recovery screen logo, but I stopped seeing this screen either after updating to Android V11 or reading/backing-up the partitions in QFIL.
In last resort, I have tried rooting via patching the boot image using Magisk v23. I downloaded the firmware for my carrier, converted the KDZ to DZ via Python, and extracted the boot.img_117638 file. Given the file is 0 bytes with nothing in text edit, I still converted it to an img file. But in the kdztools android app, when I select this image file and run, I get:
Code:
!Invalid input file
!Installation failed
I'm guessing the boot.img file should have some data in it. But I'm not sure this method would even work due to the fastboot issues, especially with 'download to device' errors.
-------
I'm just at a standstill on what to even try next. I don't see many people having this much trouble unlocking/rooting their v60. Did the OTA Android v.11 break the root-ability?!
PS: Debugging and OEM unlock are both set in developer options. I can also list drivers used if need.
Thanks for the help in advance!
While digging I also found a post by alexenferman whom managed to use QFIL to root many older ZTE smartphones. They state it may but likely won't work on newer flagship phones. It's a great tutorial I'll have to try soon, but is there a reason it likely won't work here?

Why are you even in section 11.1? You have a v600TM ... a TMobile version. Not a Verizon version. Stop. Just stop. Jump to 11.2.
If you have gotten the engineering bootloader in place, you should be good to go with 11.2.

Haha, I remember reading that and still continued
I am on Verizon myself using this TM model. I know the phone was unlocked to the point where I could use it with Verizon. I even got 5g using my old 4g sim card.
Anyhow.. I have tried using that command already, and get the same 'command not supported issue'.

C:\adb-platform-tools>fastboot devices
LMV600TMc40cxxxx fastboot
C:\adb-platform-tools>fastboot oem unlock

Again have tried different computers and cables as I've read fastboot can be pretty picky too.

Yes I do, I have turned it off and back on as well.
Well then at this point, I'm tapped out. Smarter folks than me will need to step in and take up the mantle.

I ended up posting a form to reddit where about 10 people insisted I did something wrong, and with little surprise -- I did.
I did not flash the engineering bootloader after saving a copy.
Makes a lot more sense since it seemed like a lot of steps to backup without actually doing anything
Thanks NG for the help too!
