i have alcatel on touch pixi and i have root it .
i need to know how to upgrade my android version 2.3.6 to version 4
I have the same phone from yesterday and I need to know the same thing. Is it possible to get a newer version of Android on it, and if its possible which is the highest version I can get on that phone? Its 4007X Pixi, quite low characheristics

but with it's low specification i'm pretty sure that:
1- it can't support android 4.0
2- no one in the community will work to port a custom ROM on it

I have recently bought a android Tv box based on allwinner H3 . It came with android 7.0 and the manufacturer has
also shared the android SDK source with me . Now I want to change the firmware of the device .

1. Will it be possible for me to port the official Android TV OS ?
2. Will it be possible to port the official Amazon Fire OS platform (like fire TV ) on to the device

The data I got with AIDA64 gives me the hardware data as prescribed as per technical specifications.
The problem is an in allot of these tablets , is that the Adroind version is KitKat 4.4.2
Can someone help to provide a custom ROM a let me know how I can get Android 9 on the tablet?
Device model: Jlinksz P10
Hardware: MT6797
Instaled Ram 6GB
Totale Memory 128 GB
Rooted device YES (managed to get this done)
Android 4.4.2 KitKat
Incremental vEN7103
Java VM Version Dalvik 1.6.0
Kernel Version 3.4.67
I do not know of this info is good for use so please let me know if you need more technical descriptions.
These Custom Roms will help alot of people out there.

Note that before you can install a Custom ROM you need to install a Custom Recovery ( e.g. TWRP ) matching your device. If you can't find the latter , you may consider to compile TWRP at your own.

Thanks for the tip I checked but I am a newbie in this matter.
The tablet is rooted now, I managed to do this.
But when I want to reboot the bootloader the screen goes black and stays like that.
I found out also that this is the model
SPEC are model MEDIATEK HELIO X20 -- MT6797

Hi there! My buddy has this phone, it is a Chinese clone but I am not sure if it’s 7 Plus or 8 Plus. All I know is that it has MTK6582. I have downloaded some ROMs but some of them are giving black screen and some others are not working at all. Can somebody help me with a fully tested ROM? Thank you!
