Blackview A10 no whatsapp notifications - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello all,
Recently I got a Blackview A10. After installing all the application I went through the process of disabling the battery optimization and locking those apps that I would like to keep receiving notifications even when they are closed.
I managed to do this for all the applications (gmail, facebook and messanger) but not for whatsapp. I did a factory reset to the phone but still no luck.
Is there anything else that you suggest I can do to solve this issue?
Thank you.

[Q] Samsung Galaxy SL (GT I9003) Issues

Hi,
I am having a lot of problems with my Galaxy SL (I9003DDKA5) which I purchased in May 2011.
I cannot access most of the apps(all the games, the Youtube app, Twitter, Facebook, the Playstation app, Imdb, google plus, home switcher etc, etc.) A stopped unexpectedly report is displayed when I try to open any applications except for the factory ones. Whenever i try to install any applications, even an update to the Facebook application I cannot access, a application not signed correctly message is displayed.
I deleted the Facebook application and removed most of my widgets. Then i rebooted the phone, and when it was back up, the facebook application was back and all those applications also. Further, every time i reset, there is an alarm for 2:30 PM on Tuesday that is set automatically. I don't remember setting this at any point of time and I delete it when I boot up but whenever the phone is rebooted, this alarm is back. Also, the phone keeps vibrating the way it does every time there is a force close message even though there isn't any.
All I am effectively able to do is make calls, text and use the browser. Also the Battery Notifier app still functions, as does the Captivate Keep Alive and Load monitor which have solved the freezing problem that has been plaguing me ever since I got this phone.
I have been facing these problems since yesterday afternoon
Can you guys please help me out? Do remember that I cannot install any apps from the Market. Will anything short of a factory reset help me at this time?
Thanks.

[Q] Problem after rooting

Yesterday I have rooted my Samsung Galaxy SII, but today I'm experiencing some problems when entering Contacs. Whenever I want to either add or show a contact, I'm getting the message "Android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly".
Now I have found out it's because of synchronizing. When I remove Whatsapp/Facebook from synchronize accounts, everything works perfect. But how can I solve this without removing the accounts?
Same problem here, i returned to Samsung official stock Rom, but i am still having the same issue. Hope that someone can help us

[Q] Cannot sync contacts due to FC of com.google.process.gapps

Hello guys, I was trying to solve this for a couple of hours but all I could find were variations of this but the problem is not with Play Store, that works fine. The FC "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" occurs every time I try to sync contacts, either to Gmail account (which hence doesn't have any contacts in it) or to Samsung cloud. So it appears that the process responsible for collecting all the contacts in the phone and sending them to backup is making trouble. Reseting app preferences in Settings -> Apps -> All didn't help. Another suggestion, when someone was solving this FC for Internet Browser, was to delete data and cache of Internet Browser. So do you have any idea which one of the many tiny system apps showing up in All Apps might be the one that is responsible for sending contacts to backup so that I could delete it's cache and data and see if it helps? Or do you have any other idea how to solve this unfortunate problem? The phone has unrooted stock ROM with everything updated to the latest versions.

Galaxy S9+ Notification issues

Hi all,
I have been searching for this for a while and haven't found the answer anywhere.
I have 2 problems with notifications on my S9+ and can't figure out how to fix them - hopefully someone here can help.
1. Gmail: I have 4 different gmail accounts on my phone, 3 of them show up notifications no problem, but 1 of them for some reason doesn't. The one that doesn't is the most important one however, and the default account for the phone.
I have gone through what I can see for the settings and duplicated everything between the different accounts and I have also deleted the account and reloaded it and still no joy.
From what I can see it is still syncing and retrieving the mails, but just not telling me if there are new ones there.
Any ideas?
2. Whatsapp: This may not be an issue with my phone, but again hopefully someone can help. I have a wearOS watch and up until recently whatsapp notifications were coming up on the watch no problem before one day just stopping. I am not sure if any changes occured (add update etc.) that caused the notifications to stop.
But what makes this one strange (to me anyway) is that all other notifications come up no problem on my watch, however I also have a fitbit which retrieves whatsapp messages but these are still working fine. Both watch and fitbit worked fine with whatsapp notifications previously just in case anyone thinks there might be an issue having two wearables taking the same notifications.
Hopefully someone can help me with 1 or both of these issues.
Thanks very much,
N
