Best smoothest Kenzo ROM and Kernel for daily using with customisations - Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Questions & Answers

Hi,
I've tried many Roms since I've bought Kenzo.
I got always problems with performance after some time.
I'm using google maps, dialer, spotify and some other apps on background.
Then it's scary lagging.
I'm already on Elixir OS wich is the best for me becouse of customisations.
Kernel Agni.
Can you help me to choose the best one ?

Nitrogen Os version of nougat plus radon kernel is the best because it is stable

use AEX...or Mokee or Bootleggers... Best as far as i have used...Even NOS is good but it has less features.

RR Oreo
RR Oreo is by far the best rom available for redmi note 3. It is super smooth and battery backup is excellent. It is giving me a screen on time of 6hrs and 50 min which is excellent for a 2.5 yr old device.

Here i wish to know the pros and cnos of these 3 roms over each other. Which performance is best? Which rom battery backup is best? Which roms stability is best? Which rom is most featurefull? Which rom is least featured? Which rom is least buggy?
PE/Nos/RR
I HAD TRIED ALL OF THREE ROMS ON MY RN3.
IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO TRY CUSTOM ROM ON YOUR RN3 I PERSONALLY SUGGEST YOU TO USE RR.
REASON :
GOOD STABILIZATION
GOOD BATTERY BACKUP
GREAT CUSTOMIZATION
EASY TO USE
WORKING ALL FUNCTIONALITY
HIGHER BENCHMARKS THEN OTHER CUSTOM ROMS
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE PE OR Nos ITS GOOD ROMS BUT IN MY OPINION I PREFER RR.
Find a rom with hardware-specific optimizations. Like the one from MOVZX
If you have the 3/32 version, Use RR(cause why not, good customization and great stability)
In RR charging LED not work...also no advance qs tiles (one touch)...otherwise RR is best..

Honestly, the charging LED is the only thing bothering me right now.
i can report that led is working fine on PE with latest franco's kernel for oreo roms and on stock NOS.i had no problems and major bugs on them whatsoever.
All apps are getting crashed altogether, randomly on PE
I'm currently on PE

Best rom for daily driver?

I am always a rr fan. But it lags to much when using facebook app. Recently i tried miui again and fb seem very smooth on miui than rr oreo. So, what is the best rom for daily use with moderate battery life and no lag? Oreo preferred.

Best rom to use for best screen on time

What rom do u think is the best to install to have the best screen on time performance
CAF and one plus port
Can u link your suggestions please
try xiaomi.eu rom with franco or sAf kernel
For me, who likes the pixel like experience, I'd recommend Nitrogen OS with stock kernel and without root. I'm having an almost like pixel experience and hitting the 10h SoT with moderate gaming. I recommend it a lot
nos and caf reloaded..... best sot
Havok + optimus drunk or arter

Favorite Rom || Discussion ||

lets share our personnel favorite ROM here.
With Reason and short review. so other also can test that rom.
my Personnel Favorite rom is Miui Eu version because of its own taste and MIUI stock features.
PE and Evolution are also Simply Awesome.
Please share your Favorite Rom
Ressurection Remix. Why? It has all the features you can imagine, tons of customization and i got 14hrs of SOT from 100-8% on a stock kernel.
Perfect rom
My favourite ROMs:
Stock Android based ROMs -
1. Resurrection Remix 8.6.2 (God level customization)
2. ShapeShiftOS 1.2.1 (most underrated and unique ROM IMHO)
3. Pixel Experience Plus (gives a real Google Pixel phone experience with extra features)
MIUI based ROM -
Xiaomi.eu MIUI 12.2 (beta) (Handsdown, the best MIUI version out there)
My favourite ROMs:
AncientOS : the best ROM for modding and animation.

nope, I like beta builds because we get new features every week
Sent from my Redmi K20 Pro using XDA Labs
My favorite ROM is GZOSP. However, since I couldn't find it for Redmi K20 pro, I settled down with another of my favorite ROM, Pixel Experience. But instead of flashing the regular edition, I chose the Plus edition just to get a little bit more customization. The reason I chose Pixel Experience over other custom ROMs is because of the aesthetic and pixel like experience that comes with minimal customizations (I like ROMs with minimal customizations) and some additional goodies from Google. Performance is good as well. Most importantly, the developer of the ROM; Henrique is a good friend of mine and is a very active developer. He takes feedback constantly and try to eradicate bugs/issues immediately.
Miui.eu, because all of the AOSP roms share the same bugs. Such as the home gesture not working in the recents area when you hide the gesture bar. MIUI also has a much nicer status area. It also better integrates with my smart home devices and tells me the battery charge of my wireless Xiaomi airbuds.
Which rom support sRGB color mod?

So what's the best custom miui Rom?
So far i tested a few Roms(EvoX, Aosip, Los, Havoc) and Aosip looks so far the best.
No bugs, no problems (just after 5 months of dirty flasing it got necassary to do a clean install because of random reboots), it seems to be the best optimized and lightest rom but still has enough customization for me.
Beside the good battery, aswell performance feels awesome like chrome scrolling is super smooth (on los and havoc it feels laggy, evox i dont remember).
I dont play hardcore games, but pogo feels aswell smoother on Aosip then on other roms, i just played 1-2 times cod but only on aosip and it was smooth.
May i gonna try AICP next, looks promising too.

Isn't this a bit short ? The shortest possible advertisement maybe.
I use it too, mainly because I don't want gapps and like long battery life. The latest version gives me about 6 days (I never wait that long because I keep my battery between 50 and 80%). The previous version gave me about 9 days of light use.
The last Havoc os unofficial fan service build (26/09) takes the cake for me. This version is after everything got polished up in official so before closing the project the dev decided to add a few unofficial features (like the option to disable night light for the FOD).
The rom is flawless, battery life is great, tons of options, no bugs whatsoever (except for one in the shady launcher where google now feed gets zoomed in every now and then, but that is really minor), the fingerprint reader is blazing fast in this build. All in all, among the best custom rom experiences I've had, and I've had around 10 different devices running custom aosp roms by now.
Also, there is a gapps version of the rom so you don't have to flash your own and them being included means much better compatibility than flashing nano gapps for example.

+1, hands down the best ROM. I'm still using it with NikGapps. ROM is so stable, I don't feel the urge to move to android 11

I also like RR for it's customizations, but for me personally, havoc comes out in top. It's cleaner.
I've just tried Aosip for the week, and it's riddled with bugs. Gesture issues with recents. Wifi dropping out. Hangups in recents. Crashing apps. Average battery life. ?
crDroid 6.10
I've been using it almost 2 months and it has everything I need in a custom rom: call recording, smart charging, blink flashlight, screen cast working, remove location and microphone status bar icons, default launcher (double tap to sleep, icon changer), among other great customizations.
Bugs? I really don't look for bugs, but I was having cracking sound bug in games and notifications, but I fix it by flashing F1xy kernel.
It's a really great rom, its EOL, but I don't need the latest security patches and the same developer is already working in A11 rom, so I'll keep an eye on that.

Best Custom Rom for vince?

Suggest me best android 10 custom rom with no bugs, all things working and great performance and smoothness, with plenty of customisation for vince.
ROM for Redmi Note 5
I am using Corvus ROM. Which is works totally fine. Especially the battery backup is quite impressive compare to stock Android.
