Hi,
I purchased the Oppo Find X (Chinese Rom), however anytime I try to download an App outside of the Oppo App Store, I'm getting the following pop up:
"System App" Wants to install "Boss 4". Please Verify Your Identify To Do So".
I made an Oppo ID using my own number (Irish Number) and everything was working fine, until today when I tried to re-enter my passcode.
When I entered in my Oppo ID passcode, which is linked to my phone it gives me an error message.
Is there any way to remove this security feature?
Any help on this?
Thanks in advance!

The only solution by the moment it's install apks with the integrated file manager, it bypass the restriction, Or you can install the play store with Google services from de oppo app store.

Unfortunately not, anytime I would go back home it would quit out of the launcher and bring me back to ColorOS

Hi, I already had this error, if you use the O-Face instead of password, it works, you have to set it and when you have this popup you click on the O-Face logo.

Hi there,
I have purchased a Coolpad 8017 mobile phone in China running Android 4.4.2. I have (apparently) rooted the phone using Kingo Root and Super SU is functional. I attempted to install Google Play and the associated framework using the guide on theandriodpit.com:
Here is the guide:
Download a couple of APKs, you can usually find the newest bundle in a zip package on XDA Developers:
•Google Play Store (the newest version you can find)
•Google Services Framework
•Google Login Service/Account Manager
If you are rooted you can copy them to your root directory to System/App using a root manager like ES File Explorer. Then just restart your device.
When I try to access Google Play and it asks me to enter my account information, this message appears: ''Unfortunately, Google Services Framework has stopped''. Then after inputting my email and password, it hangs on the 'Signing in....''This can take a few minutes.....'' screen.
Is my phone rooted properly? Have I missed any important steps? What else could be the problem?
Thanks,
Andrew.
I can't install a new custom ROM as there doesn't appear to be any available for my device yet. Please help.
I'll take my question elsewhere. You're helpful folks aren't you?

I've update HiSuite to version in topic. Now HiSuite, when clicking on Backup, it shows that I have to go to Google Play to download or update to latest Huawei Backup? There is no such thing on Google Play. Searched and searched, but nothing.
i have the same your problem.. and i need to make immediately a backup of my smartphone
Same here, really annoying...
I have the same problem ...
I did a backup normally yesterday with the hisuite version you mentioned above...
You could try make a factory reset.
Just kidding
Maybe look for the hisuite app on your H7 and uninstall it.
Then reconnect to pc and open hisuite on pc.

I've send them an e-mail about this problem and they replied this: "At present the latest version of the backup system has not been on the line, please update your follow-up note"
I have the solution guys!
I've worked it out yesterday!
1. Install the huawei app store from my attachment below
2. Open it and search for "Huawei"
3. There will be a app which has the same icon as the Huawei Backup app on your smartphone (you'll know it is the right app when you see it, it's all in chinese in the store
4.click on the icon next to the app to update it
5. After installing it reboot and reconnect to Pc
6. Have fun

Hey buddy, please see if you can help me. It's for a different phone but the nature of the problem is similar.
I'm having a really frustrating issue with a HiSuite Backup that I made. My P8 Lite ran into that infamous WiFi issue that seems to be plaguing a number of these devices. I made a backup using HiSuite of the device and sent it off to Huawei for service. Once I got the device fixed and returned to me, I plugged it back in with HiSuite to restore the backup, where it detects the backup but when I attempt to restore, it gets stuck on "Waiting" for all items and the progress bar remains stuck at 0% with the message "Copying files to your device... Do not disconnect." This goes on for hours until I manually cancel. The one data point that I really care about are the contacts, and there seems to be no way to get them back. Help plz, anyone?
I read somewhere about granting the backup app permissions, but there's no permissions manager in my Settings. Also, if I go to App Info for Huawei Backup, it says "No Permissions Requested" and is grayed out, so I cannot manually change it.
Huawei Backup app version is 7.1.1.306_OVE.
My HiSuite is version 5.0.0.301_OVE
and my P8 Lite is build number ALE-L21C185B525.
I could really use some guidance here; I'm going nuts otherwise.
I had same problem with newever ver. of HiSuite (4.0.7.300_OVE). Permissions were for full. I tried to reinstall Huawei Backup from Play Store, but Store says so I have installed this app. Then I tried to uninstall from phone and reinstall anew - Play Store says so my phone is incompatible!! Huawei incompatible with Huawei backu!!
Then after quick search on IUnternet I went to APKMirror and download newest Huawei Backup from there and install it on my phone - Bah!! Success!! HiSuite works fine with new Huawei Backup!

Thanks for the suggestion man and I tried, but no luck. FYI, my Huawei Backup version was the same as the one from APKMirror. I feel like ripping my hair out now and the worst part is, Huawei Support hasn't even bothered to respond. I'm NEVER buying Huawei again

Did you try to download fron APKMirror? If not, let's try.
Reinstall HiSuite, then install HuaweiBackup from APK Mirror. Do not look for versions, do it once more anyway.
BTW Huawei Support sucks... unfortunately.

Thanks for trying to help man. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. Huawei sucks indeed; I just bit the bullet and accepted my loss, and bought a new phone :/
Hi everyone,
So i very recently got my new phone, the XIAOMI REDMI 3, preinstalled with MIUI 7 and Google Play Store, Google Play services, Google Services Framework etc. at first, everything was working perfectly fine, but then suddenly my Play Store could not 'connect', displaying something along the lines of 'could not connect' and showing the 'retry' button. I factory reset my device, as snapchat was also not working (connection errors, even when my connection was fine and I could go on other internet based apps) after resetting, none of the google services work anymore -- I tried logging in to my google account by going on settings > other accounts > add > google, but it displays 'couldn't sign in, there was a problem communicating with Google servers. Try again later.' The same can be said for whenever I try to go onto play store. I am at my wits end and any help would be greatly appreciated as to how to solve this dilemma of mine.
Thanks
Preinstalled with google play means the seller tampered with the rom and you'll probably run into bugs. You'll need to flash a rom from the miui website, there's plenty of threads about this.
Here ya go for official ROM, http://en.miui.com/thread-228048-1-1.html, after installing that, just open Mi App Store, search for 'Google', click the Baidu icon, then install Google services from that.

I can't flash roms as my bootloader/recovery is locked. I have already applied for the unlock, but I have heard that it will take up to weeks until the request is seen

You should be able to do the official one using the updater app. Download the rom and save it to the phone. In the updater app select from file using the three dot menu in the right.
Sorry I can't remember whether there is a set folder or the name of the menu item. ... Hopefully you find those bits out!

I just received my Huawei Honor 8x Max. It came from China as it's the newer version having 6gb ram & Snapdragon 660...
The operating system seems unstable and despite Google Store being installed it does not work.
When attempting to open it, immediately closes to home screen. Several more attempts & then it says crashed and prompts me to delete it...
Tried clearing data/cache, still not working.
Uninstalled Google Play store still no difference.
Any ideas??
I got it. Fully works and integrated into the phone. Just using the phone itself. Emaïl me @ [email protected] for info

To install Google play on this phone. You need to download gsminstaller.apk. But the phone block you from installing it. First enable developer option. Go to enable usb debugging. Disable monitor apps install by adb.
apkinstaller .c om
Install and run this. Connect your computer to your phone. Install gsminstaller.apk using apkinstaller. After that install Google installer 2.o apk on your phone. Run it.. u should have Google play installed.
All the file can by downloaded by googling it. Sorry it take too long to go step by step detail.

I used adb to try and install gsminstaller.apk from the pc and the phone shows me the same screen blocking the install, saying I should open appgallery to download a safe/compatible version of this app. but this app was removed from the appgallery by huawei...
THE SOLUTION: Go to developer options in the phone and enable app installs without asking for permission.
This will wipe all google apps, but its the only solution that works.
Remember to re-install the old 4.4.4 google contacts sync because I think that gets wiped too.
I hate updates i knew it would ruin my brand new phone... **** you honor, stop ruining our phones. First you make people pay for root, now thins.
Im not updating again.
Did it work? Just wondering. Got Google on Honor 8x. Orderd from China. Working fully.
