brick watch - blank display and white spots - Amazfit

Hi all,
I own the pace from roughly dec `17 - Jan `18. the watch has been working more or less properly (with some major GPS height deviation).
I upgraded the watch last week to 2.8 OS and it seems to be working OK.
today, after the shower, the watch all of the sudden showed a dimmed display and after 30-60 min, it became blank and after 1-2 hours 2 white spots appeared on the screen.
the watch is still connected via bluetooth to the app, but no display is shown (only backlight is operational via the power button).
I tried flashing the 2.8 OS (and others) via the ZIP files which contains the automatic batch files and the ROM files, but it is not completing...
can anyone help?

Display only shows stripes

[XDA/MDA, PPC 2002, O2/Mobilkom Austria]
Hi developers,
In the evening I took my XDA into the docking-station for realoading the accumulator. On the next morning I removed the XDA and suddenly there were only coloured vertical stripes and horizontal banners an the screen. The hole night the XDA was also connected as so many times before to my notebook, wich was also realoaded.
Except this problem the XDA runs without problems. I am able to control it with my notebook in combination with the "Pocket Controller".
Suspect 1: The problem appears exacty at the 11.9. in the morning.
Suspest 2: Some hours later after the "therapy" (see later) the display ran normally for Display about 10 min..
"Therapy":
1. I removed the four sceews backwards and fixed it again (it helped two times in the last after my XDA felt on the floor - there were simelar symtoms)
2. I removed the backwards-cover and the only screw (black) inside i saw.
3. I checked the contacts by view - ok
4. I closed the cover, then Hard-Reset, Installed the backuped system-informations with activSync, then Hard-Reset again, 15 Min. reaload
--> O WUNDER: The display ran for about 10 min. normally, than stripes again
5. Many hard- and soft-resets
6. Virus-Check with "PC-cillin for Pocket 2.0"
7. Shaking & knocking
NO SOLUTION.
Does the XDA (1) have a backup-battery and where?
Does anybody have some ideas?
Please help..

Display flashes when off after 3.2 update

I turned off my tab (pressing the on off button) in a dark room to watch television, after a few seconds the display began to flicker every few seconds kept doing it until I turned it back on over 10 minutes. Has anyone seen this issue since the 3.2 upgrade, didn't have prior to it.

Galaxy S7 screen flickering bars / green gradient (Green screen of death?)

Hi,
My Galaxy S7 froze up this morning, and when I hard rebooted it the screen will either flicker green lines, or slowly fades into green bars. This happens whether it's in the OS, recovery mode, download mode, or anywhere in between.
The fingerprint reader and touchscreen still works, since I can hear the unlock sound from fingerprint or pattern.
A few hours ago the screen started working again for a few minutes, and stayed fine through a reboot from recovery mode into normal OS, but then went back to how it was.
The phone is rooted, and I had been running the phone in greyscale mode for the last week using CF Lumen.
Do I need to fully replace the front display and digitiser to repair this?

Telephone is turning screen backlight off when under sun

I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S which has the following behaviour: it works normally until the moment it goes under the sun, then (apparently only) the backlight of the screen is turned off and never turns on again until I restart the smartphone, where it works normally until the very moment it "detects" a bright light like under the sun, then the screen goes black. When this happens, sometimes you can still see the shape of what was on screen, but most times it only goes totally black.
When the screen is black, the telephone keeps working normally (music keeps being played, receives calls, vibration responses keep working, etc...(confirmed it using scrcpy and all is working normally)), only that the backlight is turned off and it keeps totally black. During the night, i.e. with artificial light, the telephone works normally (I was able to replicate the error using a strong flashlight above the telephone, the screen also went black the very moment I turned it on).
What I tried to resolve: restarted many times, disabled every auto brightness (also one that I think is a Xiaomi MIUI only, sunlight detector, something like this) settings that are in the configuration menu, restarted using vol up + power button. Factory reseted the smartphone. Disabled pocket mode before and after factory reset.
Any idea how to proceed? What is killing me is that it seem to be a software issue, like, why the screen don't turn on back after a while, but every time you restart it, or why the phone works all night long (i.e. there no strong light on it)?
How to capture the telephone log (logcat perhaps?) and be sure of what is the exact event that is disabling screen? Maybe I can manipulate it to prevent from happening, or to make screen goes back to normal after a while, as I work as a software developer.

amazfit gts 1 freezes with black screen when trying to change watch face (etc)

Hi everybody,
I am facing a strange situation with my GTS 1 : since my last recharge, my screen stays dark; if I long-press the button, the amazfit logo appears but then it turns black again.
If I plug it to charge, the screen appears and it goes on charging until 100%, then it stays with the screen working for a while, but if I try to change the watch face (or sometimes, also to "find the watch" with the Zepp feature) it goes black again. To make it even worse, sometimes it just goes black and freezes after a while I am wearing it, and the only way to revive it is to plug it to charge again.
I tried to factory reset, to reinstall firmware and resources (with Notify app: Zepp does not detect any update) , and I am starting wondering that the battery could be somehow defective (I bought it two years ago...) - any hint from you experts, or anything I could try to understand what is wrong? Thanks in advance!
