I just started using the Amazfit Stratos about a month ago. and syncing was easy and automatic. I ran on Monday and for some reason the run did not show up in the Amazfit app. All other data, steps, battery power, etc is updated, but this one run is missing. I have not run since due to my schedule, but curious if anyone has a solution?
Go to watch Settings -> Upload, wait for a while and force a sync in Amazfit and see if you can see the activity.
If not, you have two options:
1. Try to export the activity on watch to GPX and upload it manually to a third party service like Strava;
2. If it doesn't work for some reason, use AmazeBackup to extract the activity as TCX or GPX (search forum for more info).

I am not sure I am posting in the proper place. I have a Gear Fit S2 that I use daily for workouts. I have used since August without issue. In November, the S Health app has stopped uploading to Strava. Strava says it is not them. Samsung says it is probably an update issue and I should wait a few months to see if it fixes itself. SERIOUSLY? Any help is appreciated. My Polar and Garmin upload to Strava without a problem.
I sync to Strava as well with my last run on Jan 9th successfully importing.
Strava recalcs the data and it never matches S-Health, but I've gotten used to it.
I was having the same problem recently. Thanks to a post on reddit from a year ago, found a solution.
Clear the cache on the S Health app, force stop, then reopen. Sync'd my ride (map, elevation, speed, HR) within 30 seconds from doing that.
I posted this a few weeks ago

A quick search for Strava would have found this.
Your original post:
"Have now managed to fix this problem with the following steps:
1. Clear cache for the Samsung Gear Fit app.
2. Clear data.
3. Force stop.
4. Re-pair Gear Fit 2 with the app again.
5. Re-enable GPS on the Gear Fit 2.
This appears to have resolved my issues and I have used it twice since i did this."
This doesn't work for me. Previously, I found that uninstalling the updates in the Samsung HEALTH (not Gear) app would get it speaking to Strava again, but this resets all the app's settings which is very annoying if you use the app a lot like I do. If you're going to try this, don't forget to sync your Samsung data first.
I'm finding that my morning rides are syncing to Strava immediately, but my evening rides, after 5pm (GMT) don't sync until precisely midnight. This makes me thing Strava is restricting Samsung's access to its API somehow.
google/facebook login
In my case I am using a gear S3 with S health.
Have tried the steps above but nothing changed.
Now I changed login method from "use google account" to the regular strava login with mail and password.
Seems to work now!
Had to delete the pairing between strava and s health and pair them again by using the regular login method.
PS: If you dont have a password at strava because you used the google/facebook login:
Logout, click the "regular" login button and try the "forgot password" link with your google/facebook email adress to create one.
Edit: Seems that it works better then with the google login, means the activities are uploaded to strava. Sadly they are sometimes uploaded with great delay, often at the next morning.
How did you unpair s health and strava thanks
How did you unpair s health and strava thanks
I am using the german translation, so maybe the steps are called slightly different in the english app then my suggestions:
Open the s health app on your phone.
Go to settings -> connected services.
Strava should be marked with a green dot.
Click on strava. The pairing should be gone (the dot is grey now).
Maybe there is a security question if you are really sure to unpair...
Hi,
Can anyone help here.
I just did my first triathlon using the watch but i cannot seem to find way to upload it to my strava account. It can be view on activity page in amazfit apps.
There is no problem to sync my run activities to strava though. Even at the watch, it only have option of delete at the last page of the sport activity unlike running activity can export the gpx file and retrieve from gpxdata.
I really would like to upload this activity on strava.
hello,
i have the same problem. did you find a solution?
thank you
Hi, the only way i have managed to upload an activity to Strava is to first save it as an gpx export file in the watch. Then plug the watch into my computer then access GPSDATA via the computers file manager. In Strava then upload the GPX file.
Hope this helps. Not exactly automatic as stated or simple. As data sync for me does not work. I only just got the watch so maybe it is just slow syncing. As it says sync is successful!!
Stratos 2 Triathlon synch with Strava
Did you have any luck with this?
Individual open water swim, bike and run activities synch just fine. But i can't see how to get triathlon activities to synch, either as one activity or broken into 3
How do you export gpx from the watch. I have the gpxdata directory but I don't find the the functionality to export gpx from the watch.

It’s simple.
Open activities in your watch
Scroll to the activity you would like
Open the activity you want the gpx
Scroll right to left where it says more-> select export
It will now say exporting and message saying, exported fox file successfully and location of the file
Plug in the watch to computer and wait for the watch to be recognised and browse for the file location.
You can also export gpx file from the Amazfit app,
Open app, open the activity, you will see export icon in top right corner of the screen above the map
Click on the icon and you will see menu option saying share using -> export -> gpx format -> location in device and save the file
Whatever I try, the workout data which flow correctly from the watch to the App (tried both on IOS and Android) doesn't go to my Strava account (which is of course correctly configured in the App settings).
I have to export gpx data, copy the file to my PC and manually upload through the Strava Web page in order to have it also there.
This is really annoying.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks
Federico
1. Only outdoor activities which have GPS data will be synced to Strava;
2. If it's not working, go to Strava website, Settings -> My Apps and revoke Amazfit access then add it again on Amazfir app;
3. If it still doesn't work, you may have a problem with your data: unpair watch, pair again and repeat step 2 above. If still fails, do the same but DO NOT restore data to watch when pairing again. Only activity saved after Strava sync is enabled will be sent to Strava.

Hi gents,
I was checking a bit and you can use .gpx files to manually upload your activity to runtastic and strava (possibly also others).
You can save the activity gpx and then manually upload it. Since I am no android dev, would it be possible to automate this?
Amazmod is already linked with phone and has ability to xfer data via air, not sure what would be needed to upload it tho.
By delivering this mod you would be a hero to many <3
As you can directly upload to Strava, that is done.
Then you can use fitnesssyncer to automatically upload to garmin connect.
If you then connect garmin in your runtastic, everything is done automatically.

I dont think you got my point. Sync to strava is not direct but over cloud and sometimes takes days.
Second, I dont have nor I want another /garmin/ app just to sync it with target app I want.
I appreciate the workaround, I just would like the simple app more tho.
You didn't state that in your post.
1. Strava takes that long when Strava is down, normally it is instantly.
2. Runtastic doesn't allow anything. They don't even allow the direct connection from those sync sides.
The only thing you can do is manually export the TCX and Upload manually to runtastic.
For a long time now, after upgrading to the Zepp app, I have a problem syncing my Stratos 2 watch. The app is endlessly syncing without ever completing synchronization. This might take half an hour, so I close the app. Sometimes, I try to close the app and relaunch it, but with no success. Once in a while, the synchronization is successful. This may happen once in a week. that is 1 out of 10-15 tries.
Has anyone else a similar experience with the new Zepp app?
Also, what I have noticed is that, after a sync, my settings regarding on the various sports have changed to the default values, so I have to do the settings all over again. That's very frustrating.
Sync on your Stratos 2, it's more reliable
Yeah, Zepp syncs hit-or-miss style here.
What I do is turn bluetooth and GPS on on my phone, start Zepp, then use the Sync option on my Stratos 2 - using wifi it syncs 100% of the time; it's pretty slow, but under like 90 seconds everything's uploaded to the Zepp server (so to my Strava account too).

Thank you for your advice. Yes, it's working all the time and it's much quicker than the Zepp sync.
Meanwhile, I had sent a question to Amazfit Support and I got the following reply, if that is any worthwhile:
>Thank you for contacting Amazfit/Zepp.
>
>Regarding the syncing issue, could you please reboot your watch and phone to have a try?

>* Swipe UP until you find Data Sync
>* Tap Data Sync and choose Manual Sync to upload the watch data
>* Reinstall the latest Zepp app
>* Reboot your phone and your watch
>* Clear Bluetooth cache and data
>* Turn off and on the Bluetooth on your phone
