i switched off my lg g6 when it have 70% battery but now it is not turning on. when connected to charger it shows a question mark on battery. please help me..?

When I shut down my Phone its DISCHARGING! Moreover the battery is empty after ~ 5 hours with no wlan, no display action, no call-standy.. just idling with the OS. What is broken? The phone hardware or the battery?

Hi guys, i consider myself an intermediate around the android OS and i have tried most solutions that came to my head with no results.
My problem is the following:
My xperia ray is running stock rom ICS and is rooted. That's it
One day my battery suddenly drained to 0% and phone shut off.
Since then, i cannot charge it. Whenever i plugged it, the led blinks red /sometimes keep blinking/something always red/sometimes the phone boots after 10 seconds from entering the main page it will reboot.
I turned on my phone, but the phone is not charging
Well when it's plugged in, the lockscreen says charging. The battery icon has the flash sign on it. It is recognized by my Laptop. But the battery status is discharging and i monitored the voltage, it was decreasing.
Phone connected to the computer and files to it.
I connect the phone to a charger for charging sign on the lock screen comes and goes charging and discharging the battery light blinks phone.
Most of the time I connect a phone off the charger is charging the phone
The phone will not charge more than 83%
I much RAM is installed on my phone
Types 4.0.4-4.4
And the
Android 5
But the phone is not charging

My battery drains while my LG G5 H860 phone is turned off,it drains at about the same rate as i would expect if were on,it will
drain completely if i leave it powered off long enough.
I have tried 3 manufacture resets and Replace new battery it countinues to drain while powered off.is this a software problem or hardware (phone problem?

Hello,
My LG G5 battery is not charging properly while plugged in and using the phone at the same time. The connected icon is displayed but the battery percentage keeps going down.
I use LG original usb cable and 2.4A charger. So i guess my charger and cable shouldn't be the issues.
This is not normal for Android phones although it is recommended to leave the phone untouched while charging.
Do you know any battery application to at least make the battery percentage not going down? I currently use greenify to maximise the number of background apps to be hibernated (non rooted).

i have change batteries in my phone but same problem for every one. battery info is not correct. some charge hang on 93% and i have to restart my phone then it show battry fully charged.its annoying.

Same here as bought G5 F700L couple of days ago..have you got any solution..? Its weird that charging get stuck sometime and idle drains alot too.
Wonder if there will be any international rom for it as came for G4 korean variants.
LG should do something serious about common GPS failure in there G's as well as it wont lock most of the time.
