MIUI has two versions of ROMs. First one is " Chinese" which is meant for the China where Google services are barred. Other one is GLOBAL which is meant for rest of the world including India. There is no "Indian" version of ROM. Global ROM = India (Enter your country here if you are not from China) ROM

Till now only china stable 8.2 has been rolled out Global stable has not been rolled out yet
It will take maybe 3 to 4 days

Checking on the official ROM download page 8.1.x has never been released for both versions of Mi5s.
Is it some kind of nightly ROM?
Or a fake one?

Anyway you are using the latest Global Stable, that's why you are not getting 8.2, because it doesn't exist yet.

Xiaomi.eu is based in the China Dev ROM, not in the global one, and there is a SIM card bug in the China one and that is the reason why xiaomi.eu have delayed the ROM release.

Is OK Google working?
I flash and work perfect.
But
I return for MIUI.EU 8.11.15 because i have a great problem. After flash MIUI.EU based ROM, when i return for MIUI Global based ROM i dont can charge region. Only China is avalaibre in options.
And with this, i dont can active facial unlock. Only work in Índia, Indonésia, Hong Kong, etc.
I try various ways. I return para OREO, I flash old version Global Beta, I retired MIUI account from device and nothing fix this.
Now, i only can use MIUI.EU based rom because dont need charge the region for facial unlock work.
Someone can help me?
You can flash new EU rom againt. You can't change region in Global rom.
Now i can fix! One friend send me a zip called region fix. Now i can change region in Global again.
