I live in Egypt and the Pocophone here is too expensive
I thought i can buy it from AliExpress cheap and with good bundles
But then i found out that most devices on AliExpress gets an unofficial miui rom to remove miui China
All I'm asking here can i buy it with this unofficial rom and flash the official rom and still get OTA or not
And if there a store on AliExpress that sell the phone with official global miui

Btw i have a Lenovo a5000 rooted and flashed a couple of roms on it before
All im saying is that i need to try miui for a bit
Then I'm rooting the phone and flashing some roms on it too but i need official miui with ota updates first

Actually there is xiaomi online store and xiaomi authorised stores on ali express from where you can get the phone with official miui on it

5. what is chines dev rom why it is needed ?? i have miui 7.3 global 7.3.6.0 LHOMIDD out of the box cant i directly unlock my device with this rom after i got conformation unlock via mi ?
6. where can i find stock rom as we all know that if something goes wrong flashing custom rom only stock rom can save the phone
