It's a software issue flash the latest xiomi.eu ROM it's fixed in it but the ROM is currently not stable.

This is not effecting on all devices.
Mine is ok since Miui 10 as on Miui 9 I did encounter slight touch issue.
I'm not saying its totally gone but reduced and I can accept it.
If your device still have exact same issue then make a video and share with everyone so that they can try to simulate it on their poco.
Maybe you should return/exchange for another unit.

Yeah, that's what I'm referring to. The only problem I faced with regard to latency.
P.S. not 100% fixed, but a sign that it's not a hardware issue as some were afraid of.
I tried all solutions but none of them working(root fix ,xioami.eu rom,miui 10 )

Did you try the latest beta 10 that was released today?
Had around a ,5s delay and I thought there was an issue with my device. Turns out it was from when I was messing around with accessibility settings and turned on the triple tap for zoom which waited for a triple click, delaying the click event therefore adding that delay so make sure that is off by going to settings -> additional settings -> accessibility -> magnification and turn both off

I havê the pro version (i believe this is the same as prime but the name was changed because marketing stuff...brazil )
My only problemas so far is the audio recording...it works...but you van hear a noise in deep of recording ...

Unfortunately my sensor is not working, maybe it's a device problem
Camera is laggy, and this is a EmfoxZhou build i believe from About section of the ROM
I couldn't test for other bugs, as I have limited time
YAS537 is impossible since no one fixed it yet.
I guess, unless Xiaomi releases the kernel, we won't be able to experience it completely, but do you think it will happen :/

No, the kernel does not solve the problem of sound recording.
Just tested todays closed beta 8.11.23 and touch issues have been rectified.
Pubg issue of small movements not registered with multi touch is solved.
Edge scrolling is improved drastically. Keyboard is highly responsive.
In all probability download link for open beta should be posted in a day or two so everybody can confirm

Yup was facing touch issued on pubg waiting for open beta... Sometimes while sliding to move forward in pubg sometimes he would face towards the sky and this irritated the most out of some other bugs...

This is not a common problem so not sure how it can be fixed. Must be some typical problem with ur software / hardware.
You can try factory resetting the device or if u have unlocked bootloader try changing the rom. Beta 8.11.23 is working fine for the past 5-6 so far.

I have a lot of touch issues on Poco, but even playing 1~3 hours for day I never had it.
8.11.23 also fixes screen bleed btw.

Thats the oppsite from what I heard from other people in other forums. At least 4 guys had confirmed that .23 solve the touch issue.

Well I fastbooted to 8.11.15 and took ota for 8.11.23 and touch is wonderful.
Have maybe 10+ people , also beta testers confirming this
Are u on stock kernel cos the fix might be kernel based.

I have the exact same issue. But funny thing is, i only noticed it in PUBG Mobile, and only when using 6x or 8x scopes. Thought i was the only one, jeesus its so hard to get a headshot with sniper when you cant make small croshair adjustment. Im completely stock

Yes, It appears that every mi pad 4 has this issue... I used to have a mi 6 and something similar happened, and It got fixed after while with some updates.
I play pubg and some racing games where this problem annoys me a lot. I wonder if there is any custom rom that has this fixed.

I havent tried any custom roms as there seems to be battery drain issues judging by comments. Im quite happy with miui, everythings working fine and fast, just this one little bug. I think its kernel side issue, but cant confirm that, as we dont have any custom kernels available.

To me it happens even when the tablet is cool, its just a bug, regardless of screen orientation..
I've just received an update: 10.2.1.0 and it got better. Not completely fixed, but it happens less often.

No. Its always there, doesnt matter what temperature. And doesnt matter which rotation.
I didn'nt had this issue when i was on unofficial vendor rom

bro i just installed the 9.1.10 beta and the problem has been partially fixed....
this problem is there in another Xiaomi phones... such as Mi 5s Plus series....
The problem is software related, not hardware. I installed Paranoid Android together with arter97 software collection and the issues with touch responsiveness is gone. Bad thing however is that native gestures is lacking and that the tablet is no longer certified. However the first issue is a minor one, I installed FGN and it functions the same as miui rom's gestures.
Even after the update i face touch delay in PUBG. Should I go for replacement?.What are some other games where will I face touch delay so that i can confirm it. If you had replaced your pocophone please share your experience.

Hey theres a problem i am facing on my oneplus 5t from last 1.5 years which is getting worse day by day. the issue is that my screen freezes and dont respond to my touch sometimes, earlier it was easy to recover by just restarting the phone one time but now it freezes a lot and dont respond to touches and yeah this is not hang or someting , i can control thr phone through google assistant voice commands. and yeah this is even not a hardware problem coz it gets recovered nowadays by just putting the phone in fridge for 10 minutes. you can search on yt of exact issue. so , anyone got a fix for this?
