FYI
Ok guys As you all noticed xda decided that all paid unlock threads voilated with xda free policy, hence some users had to take it outside xda.
- its was tha right move from xda-profit/biz -should be taken elsewhere.

Hi,
I'm brand new to this forum so if I'm posting in the wrong place I apologize and please redirect me.
As far as I can see there is no root yet for the sprint LG g3?
Is there any way to be notified when one is avaliable?
Or is there a place I can keep checking that it will be posted when avaliable?
Thanks!

Right place. We just got separated from the other G3's.
Look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2816060
in the OP for the spreadsheet from thecubed.
For us, we're looking at August-ish.

Thread closed. Do not use XDA to make money.
I rooted my phone with dirty Santa root and I was able to flash a verizon Rom on it and get it up and running . I have an inactive Verizon SIM in it and its showing that its connecting to verizon. It even calls verizon when I dial 611. I'm in the process of switching from sprint to verizon. I will post back and let everyone know if it fully works when I get my service switched over.
Not really the place for this kinda post but OK cool....

Not necessarily. I've seen moderators of XDA removing threads for smallers things. On LG V20 > LG V20 ROMs, Kernels, Recoveries, & Other Development > Announcements> Section 15> 4th bulletpoint ; states that
"Development Forums (ones with the word development in the title) - For Developers to post release threads e.g. ROMs and Kernels including modifications to kernels, bootloaders, ROMs, etc., as well as R&D development discussion threads designed with an end goal"
Last time i saw a thread on this section being closed was the "V20+ V1" created by bountyman334, and it was temporarily closed because he didn't put a link to his development. and only after he placed a link on the thread and let the moderator know, then the thread was reopened.
To be honest, if i were you, i would have put this thread under "LG V20 GUIDES, NEWS, & DISCUSSION" section

hmm I have never changed a thread from sections before. But for what i can see, when you hit the button "report" found under the main OP, then you can report it as "Thread/post moving or maintenance" and as a comment on the box provided, clarify that you want to change the thread to "x" or "y" section.
