Why do you need the boot.img? Flash the kernel.sin this will work, too

you must have installed a custom recovery or have rooted your official rom that is why it doesn't download updates
you have to flash your stock rom through odin first then you can receive updates
if you are doing this just for installing stock MM then download latest firmware or MM firmware for your variant and flash it

download this img go to twrp and in bottom right hand corner select install image and install image then flash wifi fix as a zip

There are two options: flash img in recovery partition and boot partition, I suppose you chose recovery instead of boot..

I asked this question because of the downloads are more than 200 but I was not able to boot that Android P dp1.
I'm curious about this too. I tried flashing it via the latest Redwolf recovery but it came up with an Invalid zip error.
Me toó i can flash but i think this .zip is for proyect treable

That's because it's a zip. Remember how in the beginning we needed to update twrp to flash oreo roms or it would give error 7. It's same here. And also treble roms are system.img file which we have to flash, and not any .zip file. Unless and until someone updates our twrp to support android p dev preview. It would be a hard time installating here.

HOW do you flash the stock image ?
ive had about enough of how difficult this is. I have been searching forever... I come across this thread and many others all with incomplete information on how to return to stock.
Unfortunately i broke my DN2103_11_C_01 firmware by removing stock dialer app with ADB and now my Nord 2 is bootlooped.
Can anyone please share full backup of DN2103_11_C_01 or at least "super" partition from exactly this firmware?
I want to try to flash this partition with MTK tools and hopefully recover my data.

Edit: Use Fastboot Enhance to extract the payload.bin.
